After Dag HammershallƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s mysterious accidental death U Than became the UNOƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s General Secretary who after retiring made some scathing attack on USA for not being able to act independently without any interferences by the USA.

Kurt Waldheim was protected by the west on the allegations of war crimes.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  On his retirement he was made the president of Austria in order to save him from facing the war crimes tribunal.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  During his term as the Secretary General, he became the puppet of the west.

Butros Butros Garley after retiring wrote two books attacking USA for interfering into the Secretary GeneralƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s decisions.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Whichever way he goes it must be favourable to the USA and the west.

It is a high handed act by Banky Moon to appoint a panel of three people to investigate on Sri LankaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s behaviour in the last phase of the war against LTTE terrorism without consulting the Security council or the General council when the Security council has cleared Sri Lanka of any war crimes.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Especially when the matter in question is an internal affairs matter and when the host country itself is conducting its investigation in to the matter. The head of the panel a former Attorney General in Indonesia is a man notorious in his dealings in the past with Sri Lanka as biased against Sri Lanka favouring the Terrorists.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Navaneetham Pillai a South African Tamil is well known to be the spokesperson for the Terrorists group LTTE and is being accused of being on the payroll of the LTTE.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  One of the most corrupt ambassadors in the UNO who is a racist and anti Sri Lanka.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Navaneetham Pillai with her Tamil national Ambassador Radhika Coomaraswamy known as Pottu Amma tried to get the Security Council to take action against Sri Lanka and failed.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  So this panel is a result of Navaneetham PillaiƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s entrance through the back door to Moon.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  The American member of the panel is an appointee by that bloke Blake.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Therefore that BlakeƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s Bloke can never be independent.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Moon is being manipulated by the corrupt ambassadors and the pro terrorist groups funded and sponsored by the filthy rich pro terrorist Tamil Diaspora. The most important issue is that Sri Lanka has no faith on the panel or the Secretary General.

Moon is working hard enough to please the powerful nations in order to win another term as the Secretary General.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Therefore at this juncture Moon cannot antoganise the all mighty and the powerful west.

The Secretary General has no jurisdiction on a countryƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s internal affairs.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Now that Sri Lanka has rejected vehemently the MoonƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s panel, Moon must go to moon or else withdraw his corrupt panel.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Sri Lanka has the right to defend its territorial integrity, whether it is General Secretary or his masterƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s action when the issue is an internal affairs matter.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Sri Lanka has given a strong warning to the MoonƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s panel that they are not welcome in Sri Lanka.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Moon has no alternative other than to withdraw his panel.

IS THE PANELƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s REPORT BINDING

Certainly not.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  If at all the panel writes a bung Kum report from Tin Buck to, that report would not be worth the paper that is written on as the report is not binding.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Sri Lanka has challenged the authority of the Secretary General and the integrity of the panel. So if Moon has an iota of brain he must apologise to his member country for interfering into the internal affairs and withdraw his illegal panel and dismiss the ambassadors who instructed to take action against a member country.
