When people like MP Swaminathan utter such nosence purely for personel gain thru RACIAST FEELINGS AND VENGEANCE FOR GETTING LTTE WIPED OUT OF SRI LANKAN SOIL,represents UNP, a political party once was on high demand, how can they(UNP) ever DREAM OF COMMING TO POWER???

What the Tamils mean by political solution, in reality is that they want to keep the North and the East as captured Tamil territory (by Cholas and recent ethnic cleansing) and want to use the North and the East as a staging post to capture the rest of Sri Lanka. The hill country of our ancestors is already a Tamil area. Our Capital city is also now a Tamil area. It is dangerous to have mono ethnic Tamil areas as it will cause future conflicts. Sri Lanka should be for all and just not for Tamils only. If the Sinhalese keep sleeping then a mono ethnic Tamil Lanka is a possibility.
Tamils appear to have a racist, APARTHEID-BASED mentality. The Sinhalese need to be aware of the serious threat to them from Hitler type racist mentality of Tamils and should take measures to eliminate the threat.

Some idiots calling themselves “hela” preaches a new theory. These helas say becasue of Buddhism that the Sinhala’s slack because Buddhim teaches peace,harmony,compassion and most of all “dukkha”.
Buddha however taught “aarakkha sampada” for all lay people. Meaning lay people have all the right to work hard to protect their belongings. Slacking away is not Buddhism at all. We need not learn to be compassionate, as we are but we should lear to protect our land, culture and religion. Nothing worng in that according to Buddhism.
