“Accused human-smugglers would be considered guilty until proven innocent under an NDP amendment to proposed federal legislation,” according to Olivia Chow, the NDP Immigration critic.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Furthermore she wants the Tories’ Bill- C-49 reworked, so that any ship captains who arrive in Canadian waters with more than 40 passengers and lacking identification should have to prove they are not smuggling their human passengers.
That certainly would let the smart Tamil smugglers transport 39 Tamil illegal migrantsƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ in relays at a time to get through that loop hole.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ After all this is a million dollar business and who wants to lose on this lottery.

While that NDP policy certainly will notƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ buy my vote, you bet, she locked every 100,000 Tamil vote in the Greater Toronto Area. And that means it will be a dog fight between the Liberals who hold the nine GTA ridings where the Tamils have a bloc vote supporting the Liberals in the past, who let them collect two million dollars a month to stuff the Tamil Tiger war chest during their 13 year governance to buy weapons to fight their separatist war in Sri Lanka.
