These power hungry idiots think that Sri Lanka is a fools paradise and they can make us toƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ dance as they pleased. What is the new era this Sajit talking about I like to know as a voter of my beloved country.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ This is the new era under the present President Mahinda Rajapksa Mr.Sajit can’t you see?ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Are you blind or you want to make us fools like your friends and collegues in your party?ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ You and your party cannot find a proper leader to organize your party to become a strong opposition to the Government how can you or your joker leader Ranil can govern the wholeƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ country? Are you joking or dreaming?
How much loud you cry there won’t be anyone to rescue your party now, best thing for you to do is to accept the Invitation of the President of Sri Lanka and join hands with him to develop our beautiful nation. That is the only solution for our country beacuse still danger lurks around us from within and outside. What do you think if we give our vote to you or to your party are you going to build 1.2 million houses for us andƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ give employment to those who are without jobs? what else you will give what about RS.10,000.00 pay rise? Are you going to give that too Mr.Thief? What were you doing in the past?
How can we give our vote to a bad character like you. We know who you are and what you did in the past and dont think that we will use our valuable vote on you or your party with no decent individual leader to guide our country for a better future. This current President have shown the country what he is capable of and he has done immense service within this short period of time and most of all he brought us peace and freedom after thirty long years of our misery due to terrorism. He has built roads, Dams,Airports,Harbours, Houses, Developed East and North where no other leader has done what else you need.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ You Mr.Sajit just visit places around the country and see from your own eyes the progress of this Government in public sector and private sector both. We are not willing to dance for your old songs anymore.

Until 2005 we suffered a lot due to terrorism. You and your party never ever tried to finish off Prabakaran or his gang of murderers instead you and your then GovernmentƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ supported and helped the terrorists to take inch by inch of our land and futhermore your leader gave sensitive information of our Inteligence serviceman to th enemy and laterƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ on L.T.T.E. terrorists killed them in cold blood.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ You or your Goverment never appreciated this current Government for ending the war or participated in the victory parade instead you idiots organized protests and sit-ins. So do youƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ think we will give our vote to you and your party in local or General elections at any time? Let this Government complete their tenture in office and then you beƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ready with some new songs with a new leader to go to the masses and beg for their vote, if they like they will give you and make you guys kings again if not just mind your own business and allow who ever comes to power to do their job without unneccessary protests and lies. You must learn to take the defeat like a gentleman and respect the winner always.

This is the new era we all longed for atleast we can live in peace without bombs here and there. Thanks to the vision of our President and his gallant war heros who bravely won the most ruthless fight in their lives. Now your party is talking about Sarath Fonseka how about if by any chance he won the Presidential elections? He was a ruthless man same like L.T.T.E caders. All heard what he was doing to innocent soldiers in the Army how he was treating them and so on also what type of language he used during the election times and how he threatned the President and his government members. Nobody can deny that and now Mr.Sajit and his UNPers shedding crocodile tearsƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ to get sympathy from the masses.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Sarath fonseka is a very stupid General in my view He lost his respect due to his hunger for power. He is suffereing today not because of anyone because of himself. He shouldn’t have done what he did in the first place and if he is innocent he should tell his son-in-law to come forward and face the justice like a true soldier like himself. I respect him as a soldier but not for the man named Sarth Fonseka. He is a wicked man and he destroyed our unity and self respect. He tarnished our Image in front of the International community and tried to divide our nation after all the great sacrifices which brought us freedom and peace.

Mr.Sajit instead of barking like a stray dog just help the President and the Government to rebuild our shattered nation. You being in Habantota you know what is going on in the country better than anyone else. Our valuable vote cannot be wasted by giving it to a party which cannot choose a leader. First organize your party get rid of indecent and useless guys and make a decent party it used to be in the old days. HaveƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ people like Athulathmudali,Gamini Dissanayaka,Rukman Senanayaka, JR, R Premadasa, Ranjan Wijeratne, Cyril Mathew and so on not politicians who act like rowdies on the pavement. You must have a united strong opposition to deal with a strong Government otherwise how much you barked no one will listen to you or to your party.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ New era is already there talk about unity instead of division and be a worthwhile politician who can deliver the goods to the masses.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ I feel pity for you politicians because no shame to ask the vote again and gain telling lies and lies repeating the same old stories. We the voter not fools anymore.We know what you guys do when you take the power in to your hands.You guys forget us very soon and build your own empires with beautiful homes, luxury cars and round trips around the world. All politicians are same we wont see the likes of Dudley Senanayake anymore who worked for the people and the countryƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ with sincerity.

We asked from you and all politicians that be UNITED as one under one flag and under one President and help each and everyone of our fellow citizens to live a decent life in peace. If everyone of you think of your electorate and work hard like our President then you can asked ten times of out vote and we are ready to give to the best of best irrespevctive of party politics. We are fed up of infighting and disunity. We need a united Sri Lanka for all of us to live together Sinhalese,Tamils,Muslims,Burgers and Malays any part of the country as this blessed land belongs to all SRi Lankans.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ So let’s begin with this newƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ year to build a new nation of hope and peace. Stop mud slinging and tarnsihing our country’s Image abroad, Be truthful to yourself and serve the nation and the masses with dedication and sincerity. Follow the hero of Motherlanka who brought us freedom, peace and development a true son of Lanka from the south of the border.

Ranjit ! You really took the Bull by the Horns. These people are all frustrated and looks for power at any cost. Sajit is oblivious to the fact that THE NEW ERA STARTED LONG AGO. So what is talking about another ERA.
He said he will not sell the country for TWO PENNIES, and be a traitor to Mother Lanka. What did his BOSS RANIL do ? He sold two thirds of Mother Lanka to the MF Tamil Tiger Terrorists. Then he took flight to His Master to stop the GSP. His Excellency The President took a formidable stand against foreign interventionists. HE did not sell the motherland for even ONE PENNY, not two pennies.
Also I remember Sajit saying very recently, we must have … A VERY PEACEFUL SARATH FONSEKA TO LEAD THE COUNTRY. …… my foot.
Sajit is apparently now ready to PULL THE CARPET, UNDER RANILS FEET. A power hungry traitor.

Great article Ranjit. You really told this joker off. The only new era that the UNP knows is to go back to the good old days of selling public assets. Please note that Sajit did not use the word better era. This shows that he does not know what he is talking about. The government should hold an inquiry on the Athurugiriya safe house incident where the army deep penetration unit was exposed and their pictures published in the newspapers. The LTTE killed them off one by one. Ranil and John Amaratunge are responsible for this debacle and should have charges brought against them for murder. The UNP is full of traitors to the motherland like Ranil, Jayalath Jayawardene, Wickremabahu and several others who keep running to their Western Puppet masters and asking them to have sanctions imposed on the motherland and hold war crimes hearings against our leaders. How can this bunch of crooks ask any Patriotic Sri Lankan for his valuable vote. They will only get the votes of the LTTE supporters and Kalu Suddas in Colombo and it’s suburbs. It is high time even this group came to their senses and realized what a mess they would have created by voting for the Traitor Gonseka.

Susantha and Siri Why we dont have more patriotic Sri Lankans in our midst? Why our people dont realize the truth? Why we take sides and fight each other? This is our country and we all must love it as this blessed land belongs to all of us. If the Government do something wrong or bad we must stand together and oppose it, If they do anything good we all should stand together and appreciate it and futhermore if we dont like this Government we have the right to change it in the next elections, it is simple as that. After suffering so long still our people have not learned a lesson unneccessaraly they create tension. Politicians should be blamed for this situation. We are moving in the correct path and the whole world acknowledges it except these Sinhala and Tamil traitors who never appreciate anything. They want power to their hands by hook or crook and sell our land to their PARA SUDDAS. We all Patriotic Sri lankans should be united and save our land from this evil group at all cost.

Although there were good and honest patriotic UNP leader in the past , nowadys many politicos in the UNP are flabbergasted by achievements of current president. Undoubtedly..they all are srilankan, the problem is, we don’t want such a shameless betrayals to become leaders in our motherland again. Certainly, instead of criticizing the ruling party, how nice if they can appreciat and make collision between the point of views.
