The good old Mr Bruce Fein is in the news again! It appears that Mr Fein, former US Deputy Attorney General (1981-82), has changed his specialty for the occasion. Hard on the heels of Mr Sam ZafiriƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s asinine call on the US Government to investigate the President of Sri Lanka for alleged war crimes, Mr Fein has filed a case against him for alleged ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-torture and extrajudicial killings.ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ One can only hope that Prof Alston will not be too piqued over Mr FeinƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s move to tread on the learned professorƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s toes, for the latter seems to be challenging the formerƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s painstakingly built expertise on extrajudicial killings!
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ It is useful to refresh the memories of those who might not be quite familiar with Mr FeinƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s sordid attempts at shameless exploitation of tragic events in history to fatten his bank balances. Genocide used to be Mr FeinƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s specialism. He was wont to earn his bread by denouncing, on behalf of the LTTE, the ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-genocideƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ committed by the Sri Lankan Government against the Tamils while ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ assisting the Government of Turkey in its efforts to deny (he still does) the ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-genocideƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ against the Armenians.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Mr Fein, also Counsel for Tamils against Genocide, has been touting himself as an international consultant for quite some time now.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Mr FeinƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s metamorphosis beggars belief. He has transformed himself from being a fierce critic of the LTTE into one of its most sycophantic and servile acolytes in a little more than six years. On 3 February 2004, the same Mr Bruce Fein published an article in theƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Washington Times, with a rather different message for the US authorities. Mr Fein, commenting on the designation of the LTTE and PKK on 8 Oct 1997 as a foreign terrorist organization under the Anti-terrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996, said:
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-The designations pivoted on the indiscriminate use of violence by the PKK and LTTE to intimidate civilian populations and to cow the democratically elected governments in Turkey and Sri Lanka to capitulate to their secessionist demands.ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Mr Fein went on to warn people against supporting secessionist movements.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-But a constitutional right to assist a foreign terrorist organization to win secession from a nation with which the United States is at peace ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬…” whether through negotiations or otherwise -is preposterousƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚. Mr Fein launched a ruthless attack on the LTTE and expounded on the nature and activities of the terrorist outfit.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-The Tamil Tigers seek a secessionist state in the northern and eastern provinces of Sri Lanka through violence. Characteristic of like organizations, the LTTE undertakes auxiliary activities that strengthens its terrorist torso and sweetens its public face: political organizing and advocacy; diplomacy and social servicesƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚¦ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚¦ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ Commenting on the case of two Tamil doctors seeking to provide medical assistance for LTTE, Mr Fein pointed out:
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-Medically assisting the LTTE, however, facilitates terrorist abominations. Its injured members more quickly return to terrorist duties. And the LTTE attracts more grass-roots sympathizers, financial contributions and terrorist recruits. The nefarious LTTE terrorist goal of partitioning Sri Lanka into separate Tamil and Sinhalese nations will be closerƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Mr Fein now feigns ignorance of his own anti-LTTE stance in the past, perhaps, in order to assure himself a life in clover.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Mr FeinƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s conduct bears ample testimony to the moral turpitude, intellectual dishonesty and sheer venality of an unscrupulous man who, in this regard, seems to find himself in a league of his own.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Spare a thought for hungry vultures having to vie for rotten carcasses with people like Mr Fein feasting on them.

THERE IS AMPLE EVIDENCE IN THIS ARTICLE TO EXPOSE THE “”spots “” OF THE LEOPARD. PRESENTATION OF FRAUDULENT TESTIMONY AND FRAUDULENT DOCUMENTATION TO MIS_LEAD COURT, IS TANTAMOUNT TO BLATANT CONTEMPT OF COURT, WHICH IN TURN WILL OPEN THE DOORS FOR VERY HEAVY RESTITUTION.
HENCE A COUNTER CLAIM HAS TO BE FILED, FOR LIBEL AS WELL AS DEFAMATION OF A DEMOCRATICALLY ELECTED PRESIDENT, OF THE DEMOCRATICALLY ELECTED REPUBLIC OF SRI LANKA. CONTEMPT OF COURT WILL LEAD TO RESTITUTION, AND TOGETHER A COUNTER CLAIM OF $500,000,000. SHOULD BE VERY MODEST.
ALL SRI LANKA WOULD HAVE TO SHOW TO COURT IS THAT “” bruce fein “” HAS BEEN MR. JEKKYLL, AT ONE STAGE HEAVILY PASSING SCRIPTURES ON THE LTTE TERRORISTS WITH BLACK AND WHITE EVIDENCE.
THEN, SOMMERSAULTING CHARACTER OF ” bruce fein ” AS DR. HYDE, IS NOW EXPOSED, TO BEING A SERVILE LACKEY OF THE LTTE, FOR UNLIMITED TIGER FUNDS AT HIS DISPOSAL.
So here is a legal unscrupulous, luminary, ”bruce fein ” throwing caution to the winds, with a dream of being in clover on, knowing that he has ample access to the LTTE Treasury. UTTERLY IMMORAL CHARACTER.
Bruce Feins Moral Turpitude is highly questionable, at this juncture. Shameless. IT WILL BE VERY EVIDENT THAT HIS LORDSHIPS WILL READ BETWEEN THE LINES ON WHAT HE PRESENTS TO COURT.
IT WOULD BE MOST PROBABLE THAT THE HONORABLE JUDGES WILL PASS SCRIPTURES ON “””BRUCE FEIN “””
FEIN CAN NEVER FEIGN THE TRUTH.
SRI LANKA SHOULD GATHER THE MOST TALENTED LEGAL LUMINARIES WITHIN THE JUDICIARY, AND IF NECESSARY OBTAIN THE SERVICES OF ONE OR TWO FOREIGN LEGAL LUMINARIES, AND MEET BRUCE FEIN IN HIS OWN DEN. THERE WILL BE ENOUGH MATERIAL AND TESTIMONY TO DROWN HIM.

This is another ploy by the LTTE to raise more funds. I agree with Susantha Wijesinghe’s comment ‘…A COUNTER CLAIM OF $500,000,000. SHOULD BE VERY MODEST’.
