What the heck is going on?ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  What went wrong with your friendship with the National Canadian Council for Tamils ( NCCT) who have lambasted you Conservatives as a bunchƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  ofƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-racistsƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Their Press Release of March 29, 2011 says: National Council of Canadian Tamils condemns ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”racistƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ Conservative Party advertisement. This is after Paul Calandra doing the Conservative honours to thatƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ bunch by cutting the ribbon to ceremonially open their Headquarters almost two months ago at Finch Avenue, in Toronto.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  And I questioned you Conservatives for participating in that event then and with that incident you Conservatives lost my vote.

I deem that some Tamil did you guys in by teaching the wrong ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-Thunai-lakadi-thantha-lakadi Tamil Refugee WaltzƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ and is now laughing at you fools for tripping on the toes of the NCCT Executive Committee members.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  And all what I have to say isƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚¦serve you damn fools right!

Do the NCCT have a point when they call you Conservatives ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-racistsƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚?ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  They certainly have to a point.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  All ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-refugeesƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ are not ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-criminalsƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ and if their past is an indicator, some of them after landing will become criminals involved in drug trafficking, credit card fraud, gang violence AK47 shootings, forging passports, et cetera.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  The classic being How the Great Escape of Tamil inmates from Kingston Penitentiary was foiled involving helicopters, anti-tank missiles, a Stringer surface-to-air missile, a dozen 9-millimetre Browning semi-automatics, eight .357 magnums, an Israeli Eagle .357 auto magnum, three 40-millimetre grenade launches, claymore mines, 90 kilograms (200 pounds) of high explosives, nearly a dozen Heckler & Kochs, couple of Ingrams, four crossbows and 20 anti-tank rocket launchers. Should you remove the election advertisement as requested by NCCT?ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  I think you should, or at least alter the words to reflect the ground reality.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  The majority of the Tamil refugees, who are really economic refugees as I would bet my last dollar that almost all of them will get on the first plane available ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ to get back to Sri Lanka to visit their relations and holiday there no sooner they receive their Canadian travel documents as almost all the past refugees have done so. These ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-refugeesƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ are unfortunately victims of people smuggling criminals who want to get to Canada as they believe that the Canadian streets are paved with gold.

The NCCT has asked for an apology.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  It is your prerogative to apologize, but if I were you I would ask them to go and fly a kite.

Jason, todayƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s Ottawa Citizen reports ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-Kenney defends use of ad criticized as ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”xenophobicƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢. That wonƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢t cut mustard with me, as the NCCT has a point.

Go ahead and change the wording, as not all ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-refugeesƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ are ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-criminalsƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  I know you Conservatives want to ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-crack down on people smugglingƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚, but it is the ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-people smugglersƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ who are in this million dollar business that are the criminals who are endangering the lives of Tamils on the openƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ seas who want to walk on Canadian roads that they believe are paved with gold. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ And, of course, as you all have found out, a few refugees on those rusting ships are indeed Tamil TigerƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ terrorist criminals.
