Here are four reasons why I say to you that you are acting like a pretentious Asian fool Ban ki-Moon thinking that you are God and that Sri LankaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s destiny is in your hands:
- ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ When you appointed the Special panel of three to advice you on Sri LankaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s alleged war crimes, the very issue that was dealt in June 2009 at the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva where the members decided in a 29 to12 vote not to intervene in Sri LankaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s internal affairs, you exceeded your powers prescribed in Chapter XV of the UN Charter where your role as the Chief Administrative Officer and the limits of your authority are detailed clearly in Articles 97 and 98.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ And you, I understand, can read and understand English with which the UN Charter is written in that language, but you seem to have failed in that endeavour to comprehend.
No wonder 21 million Sri Lankans are telling you to ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-sheba-nom, Ban ki-Moon!ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚.

- ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ You were told quite clearly by the Sri Lankan Government that the panelists were unacceptable as two were viscerally prejudiced against the Sri Lanka Government and were suspect, but yet you still went ahead foolishly with this panel.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Steven Ratner had written that the Tamils represented by the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (aka Tamil Tigers) are an oppressed minority.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ More than his ignorance this revealedƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ his bias when he calls the most ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”privileged minorityƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢, the Jaffna Tamils (12.6%) ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-the oppressed minorityƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ compared to the ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-wrong majorityƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚, the Sinhalese ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ (74%). What expert knowledge, based on objectivity, can he giveƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ you when he comes out with this kind of ill-informed punditry?ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ This statement should have disqualified him instantly.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The leader of the panel, Marzuki Darusman (IndonesiaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s former Attorney General) was a member of an international team appointed to observe proceedings of a previous Sri Lanka Commission, left in a huff squabbling over fees with strong anti-Sri Lankan feelings.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ So one does not have to be an Einstein to know what the contents of his report would be.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ And the third, the South African, Yasmin Sooka, was heavily dependent on EU funds to be impartial.

- ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The scope of this report is bothersome when it only focused on what alleged to have happened during theƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ final stages of the war, when the west including you wanted the Sri Lankan Government to declare a ceasefire, so that you all can save the lives of the LTTE leadersƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ and whisk them away enabling them to fight another day, and all of you were told by President Mahinda Rajapaksa ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ to go and fly kites as he was determined to give back the right-to-life to his 21 million people which was hijacked by LTTEƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s leader V. Prabhakaran, ably aided and abetted by the West like Norway, Britain, US, Denmark, France and Canada for 27 long years.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ That response certainly grated you all, didn’t it?
You and your foolish pay master, the Western blocƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s reaction to this endgame played a miserably short-sighted hand.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ And donƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢t kid yourself Ban as millions of Sri LankaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s public is aware of your machinations in trying to save the Tamil Tigers leadership.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Like trying to hold up the IMF loan, assisting the LTTEƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s international chief, KP, himself an Interpol-wanted terrorist.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ And your UN diplomat Vijay Nabiar speaking to KP on the phone in a toilet at the Colombo airport discussing strategies and their discussions unknown to him being tapped.
You wanting the panel to focus on the last stages of the war surely covered up the blatant war crimes previously committed by the LTTE ably aided and abetted by the Western alliance when thousands and thousands of unarmed innocent civilians were claymore-mined and suicide-bombed, hacked and killed, and thousands of Tamil children under 14-years of age were kidnapped and forced to become child soldiers to fight on the front lines with cyanide capsules around their necks, and the girlsƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ were forced to become suicide bombers.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Ban, you have been caught with your pants down and you are guilty of wanting to destroy the humane-civility of that sovereign nation and their people who are now on the path of reconciliation, reconstruction and reintegration among the communities, with an economy which is one of the strongest and fastest growing in the world.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Your place, right now, should be in a cubicle sitting on a chair and being interrogated for War Crimes in an International War Crimes Court.

Kanagarathnam, who in fact was one of the spokespersons for the LTTE in parliament says that ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-more than 600 innocent civilian Tamils were shot and killed like stray dogs from 1 October 2008 to 18 May 2009 in the Vanni region, but not a single civilian was killed by the Sri Lankan Armed Forces in the hostility campaign against the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam,ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ you have no feet to stand on, and your report can clearly be thrown into theƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ garbage binƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ saying that it is an unacceptable ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Report of the Class of Vindictive Baa! Asoka is it ok me to write some menus for tamil terrorists bogus refugee diaspora, when organize a dinner or lunch for Ban Ki Moon
1.Korean Bosintang (Dog soup)
Bosintang is made by boiling dog meat with thin soy paste, tearing it into pieces, putting ingredients such as green onion, leek, stalk of taro,
brake into broth.
2. Jeongol (boiled dog meat mixed with spices and vegetables)
Eat while boiling to boil down some of the soup. Add lots of dog meat and
ingredients. Vegetables such as dropwort, perilla leaves, green onion and
garlic, pepper, and red pepper.
3. Suyuk (a boiled dog meat)
Suyuk is eaten with specific ingredients or salt. Add heat to the dog meat by boiling
water or steam for prevention from cooling down. Ingredients are to be made of
the mixture of soybean paste with perilla, and one can eat the dog meat with the
addition of salt.
4. Duruchigi (mixture with seasonings)
It is a food made by mixing dog meat with seasonings and vegetables, and
boiling and roasting them.

My dear puppet Moon,
HUNDEREDs of THOUSAND INNOCENT CIVILIANS in many other countries were killed by US BOMBINGS in the past. Now they are bombing Libiya. Are you appointing a panel to check on these issues to make sure that US not committnig war crimes as per Genenva and Hauge convention. The answer is NO because you are a puppet appointed by USA.TThe North Korea posses nuclear weapons and warned that they will use nuclear power against any country threatning them. Where is US power to over come that and what action are you taking against N.Korea.
The bombings and killings will go on by US and its allies as they wish without any negotiations to solve them in a peaceful manner and there will not be any inquiries as entire UN organization is biased.
What a sad state of affairs. the UN organization should be named as US organization. Please wake up Mr. Ban Ki Moon. No wonder when moon is on people go crazy.
