Moon bludgeoned by complicity with pariah panelists’ accountability hoax

Three pariah panelists extraneous to the UN chain of command failed miserably to resurrect the morally bankrupt Tiger claims of forged atrocities allegedly occurring during last days of the terror war.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ They weaved a warped accountability hoax based on fiction. Ban Ki-Moon got clobbered and corrupted due to his complicity blaming Sri Lanka for civilian escapees being shot at and killed by Tiger gun fire.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Moon panel made Sri Lanka the pre-ordained culprit for Tiger atrocities shattering MoonƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s reputation.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The panel could not muster anything beyond the forgeries that had been fed the news outlets by the Tiger Diaspora.
The morally and militarily defunct and fast vanishing Tiger leadership had planned their last wish to be fulfilled two years after their demise by a panel with no mandate to talk of accountability.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The sanctuary afforded to all equal and sovereign states that they be shielded from threats was shattered. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Thus the sacrosanct UN Charter, a beacon of light and assurance for all was badly depreciated and its impenetrability undermined.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ MoonƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s predicament reached a point of no return.
Tiger leadership having eschewed the so-called freedom march for an avenging perversion to cajole and subvert all dissent and terrorize a sovereign state deliberately left a trail of destruction implicatingƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ the Sri Lankan government.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Moon panelƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s obsession with an event at the height of a prolonged war with unsubstantiated, unrecorded, threadbare and meager accounts made a total mockery of the UN Security Council or the General Assembly being the sole authority on all maters of accountability.
Moon never uttered a word about how those falsified data were garnered by questionable methods, with hearsay and innuendo thrown in to fill nearly 200 pages as if mimicking Arabian Nights twisted beyond recognition.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ReportƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s harrowing distortions put the UN Secretary General in a calamitous predicament ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬‚ominously dismal for the first Asian to follow the legendary U Thant of the fifties who set an example of admirable professionalism as head of the august body.
Presumption of guilt
The contemptible upshot of the three panelists dabbling in something they are neither qualified nor had any business to be in was that the probe outrageously put the presumption of guilt squarely on Sri Lanka for defending the countryƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s territorial integrity brought on by a ruthless and suicidal Tiger threat.
The panelƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s conclusions were erratic, nitpicky and not corroborated.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The ensuing smearing of Sri Lanka would imperil the path towards reconciliation taking shape now.
The panel never chastised the LTTE, undoubtedly the most unscrupulous, vile and psychotic combatants in recent memory.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ They got off unscathed.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Tigers that broke all known protocols of the Geneva Convention failed to incur the wrath of the panel.
In trying to get the number of casualties that occurred in 2009, specifically due to shelling, bombing and the like, the panel glossed over the notorious terror tactics of the Tigers and focused primarily on action taken in self-defence by the armed forces attempting to ward off TigersƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ destructive banditry.
Tigers carried out incessant shelling, bombing, robbing of banks, kidnapping, conscripting children and the savagery of suicide brigades murdering innocent civiliansƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬‚all masterminded to cajole Sri Lanka.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Thus, the accountability demanded by the panel became totally one-sided.
They were oblivious to fabrications by the Tiger Diaspora to tarnish Sri LankaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s image.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The vicious campaign of deception and cooked-up evidence-gathering that occurred since the war ended which the Sri Lankan government repudiated in no uncertain manner had escaped Moon panelƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s attention.
Panel went for the jugular
MoonƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s panel went for the jugular howling for Sri LankaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s blood instead of the Tigers shooting at the human shield of their own making instituted to salvage the sinking Eelam war. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Strangely, Sri Lanka became the pre-destined culprit to be denounced and doomed for ending Tiger terror.
The panelƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s indictment that civilians who broke away from the Tiger human shield looked mal-nourished was ample proof of their going over board acting arbitrarily and with bias. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The panel seemed not to know that Sri Lanka budgeted millions every year for 26 years to keep the Northern and Eastern populations alive, even those under Tiger hegemony, observing accountability towards all citizens at tremendous cost.
Resources sent North were pilfered by the Tigers for war activityƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬‚cement, building materials, batteries, essential food stuff,–even Tsunami aid (through PTOMS) ended up being used to construct safe havens for Tiger leaders.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ They lived in comparative material comfort while bulk of the civilians in their midst were deprived of basic necessitiesƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬‚all dissent was quashed ruthlessly by Tiger leadership.
It was preposterous for the panel not to see how pathetically the Tigers had treated their own people for decades.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The starving human shield who sought safety among the armed forces not only looked mal-nourishedƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬‚they were being crushed by the Tigers and were thankful to be well-received and cared for.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ It required vast amount of resources and major efforts to look after the IDPs but the government never begrudged it. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The panel just did not get it right.
The panel also found it incongruous that Sri Lankan army had successfully cornered the Tigers into a narrow coastal strip. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The Moon panel believed that was wrongƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬‚let the Tigers carry on regardless and go on their killing spreeƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬‚that seemed to be the gist of the panelƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s idea of accountability.
The panel also inexplicably assumed that the armed forces were out to commit as many casualties as it was possible to end matters soon as they knew the Tigers were losing their grip.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ On the contrary there was ample proof that caution was foremost in their minds knowing that it was only a matter of time before Tiger menace ended and casualties were not what they wanted. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ How the panel misconstrued all that needed to be explained by the panel.
Hollow rhetoric of accountability
The panel inflicted a hollow rhetoric of accountability on Sri Lanka–a manifestation of an avenging attitude.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ They ignored the tell-tale gory details of Prabhakaran wantonly killing his own people running for fear of their lives.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The panel completely missed the fact that there was a Tiger plot contrived to tarnish Sri Lanka of war crimes from day one of the conflict.
Last but not least, it is standard procedure that in any investigative report some facts became agreed upon, others showed divergence and then a method of concomitant variants were usually sought in order to corroborate facts.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The Moon panel arbitrarily let some numbers of casualties float citing dubious sources. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The document was a distortion of truth.
Was the panel eminently fair and reasonable?ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Not by any stretch of imaginationƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬‚the reportƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s methodology is seriously defective and wanting. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The primary responsibility of the Sri Lankan government was to safeguard the sovereignty of the country. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ That was too banal for the panel to talk about.

The Ban -Ke – Moon ( Bank my money) report is like rereading Tamilnet hogwash published in 2009. The idea to Freeze history in January 2009, is similar to tactics used by BIG BROTHER in George Orwell’s 1984. What Ban Ke Moon has done is ignore 99% of history and use 1% of distorted history to crate a new paradigm. How can Sri Lankans ever forget loved ones butchered by LTTE? What about our mothers, fathers, brother, sisters and children mowed down by LTTE? Who speak for those 70,000 slaughtered by LTTE? Can we forget over 100,000 disfigured for life by LTTE? We want to hear about the whole war. The war which lasted 30 years. All President Rajapaksa did was to save Sri Lanka from disintegration and and give peace to 21 million.
Prabakaran (…that vile creature who ended up in a lagoon), was given a contract by certain Western powers. India needed be broken up. Precursor to that is break up of Sri Lanka. That would lead to discontent in Tamil Nadu, which in turn would want to be a separate country. This theory was working perfectly until Mahinda became Sri Lankan President.
Now another attempt is canvassed, the new theory is Tamils are not safe in Sri Lanka, the country is needed to be partition like Czechoslovakia. Wait a minute, the Sri Lankan Tamils are the forth largest ethnic group in Sri Lanka, after Sinhala, Muslim and Indian Tamils. Their maths won’t add up! Sri Lanka is an independent nation, it will defend it self against all comers. What Sri Lankans must learn from this war is any attempt to break up this nation should be nipped in the bud. Where ever in the world we live, by our actions, words and thoughts let us unite to safeguard the nation which gave us life, free education and a great culture.

The Honorable Russian Ambassador reading inbetween the lines, promptly sensed that the panel was not a UN Panel, but a Private Panel initiated by Banki Moon. HE arbitralily and unilaterally decided on his own Whim and Fancy, that he should appoint a Three man Panel. Banki Moon had the arrogance not to seek permission from the UN Security Council, nor from the main UN Body. The reason is that Banki Moon has his hands deep into the LTTE TREASURY BOX dealing with the under ground LTTE Mafia. His early retirement has become dream, and constantly sees it as a mirage.
Who asked Banki Moon to initiate an Inquiry in the first inctance. Who suggested the three names to be the Panelist.What is the official fund that is going to cough out the funds for unavoidabe payments, and ongoing payments. Banki must explain all this.
Next Banki Moon showed damning contempt for the very Organisation he is Heading, by Arbitralily and unitaterally appointing a Panel, without sanction. Now this Panel is not sanctioned by any arm of the United Nations, and Hence it became his Private Panel. The THREE PANELISTS thereby, too became private panelists. The Three Panelists who knew nothing about Sri Lanka and its ground realities, were conferred to write a thesis on a subject they were oblivious of.
But, lo and behold, they had the rump LTTE Tiger Terrorists Sympathisers, to feed them with what has to be said, and all three panelists scored distinctions, for which LTTE FUNDS WERE FREELY DISBURSED TO THEM. BANKI MOON had his own recources duly paid by the Prime Minister in USA.
There is no need to re-iterate that these FOUR has fallen Hook, Line, and sinker for the LTTE TREASURY BOX. This is what has led to so much of arrogance and contempt, to PANELISE an PENALISE SRI LANKA.
Arising out of Banki Moons notion, to form a panel, and then getting his own selection as panelists, it is tantamount to damning contempt in breach of the rules and regulations of the UN Body. Banki Moons action in appointing a private Inquiry, and appointing his own stooges who have agreed to be palm oiled by the LTTE terrorists Rump, to sit in jurisdiction over the Sri Lankan Government is ultra vires. It is my point of view is that YOU BANKI MOOM SHOULD BE IMPEACHED, and be KICKED out of the precints of the UN BUILDING, along with your PANELISTS.

With out Security Council’s consent U.N.S.G cannot act his own. On what criteria Moon appointed his panel members? Who recommended? What specialization they have to deal this matter? What qualifications they have in this matter?
Marzuki Darusman was an Indonesian politician and a Member of Parliament for the Suharto’s corrupted anti-democratic ruling Golkar party, from 1978-1999 represented Bandung for 15 years. Suharto was one of the cruelest mass murderers who killed more than 2 million Indonesian civilians in 1965-66 with the support of U.S.A.
Marzuki was the attorney general for his party boss Suharto and his deputy’s inquiry. He became Attorney General for just two years in 1999-2001. This is first time I heard a politician appointed as an A.G. Never happened in democratic countries!

This is what Sooka’s did without any authenticity took 4000 hearsay essays from tamils racists and submitted to fulfill needs of American State Department, Britain, Eric Solheim and world wide tamil racist terrorists agenda.
There are gross human right violations, millions massacred and millions IDP’s in Iraq, Afghanistan and Libya by thug countries U.S, U.K., France, Spain, Italy, Australia and Norway. Rather than solve that mass killing why this man so much worry about a world’s most cruel racist terrorist cliques.
