Gender blender manoeuvre is a sex change operation to turn a man into a woman and vice versa. In the modern world, oneƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s destiny can change for those who opt to become gender-blender volunteers where clinical technicians transform into ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”mini godsƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ on earth. The process is ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”part of the estrangement people feel from own bodies and their desire to resemble the opposite sexƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢.

The world is changing fast. ManƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s behavioural patterns, ethics, customs, morals and values are shifting. The word ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”liberationƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ has burst in its stratum that not only a man can turn into a woman but man can marry another man, and a woman a different woman legally in certain societies. Divorces, however, out of such ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”unorthodoxƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ marriages have become a stumbling block.

Sex operation

In 1989, health authorities in the UK recognised the ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”sex-change operationƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ as a service with the aid of national funding to cope with the increase in number of people who were pressing for ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”gender-reassignmentƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ implementation, which had chomped a fair sum of money out of the health service budget.

ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”Gender Identity ClinicƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ at Charing Cross Hospital, where 95 percent of such operations were performed under the National Health Service, was set up in 1955 with an extensive treatment programme for people who felt that they were ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”born to the wrong sexƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢! Among those who volunteered to undergo the sex operation 80 percent appeared to be men who aspired to be women!

Mr. X was a tall green-eyed bearded guinea pig for the sex operation. Happily married for three years, he had a delightful home, charming wife, two young children and a highly paid job as a computer engineer.

It all surfaced when his wife started to complain about his disproportionate libido which created disharmony and turbulence within his biological system; his attempts to suppress such energies made him more and more violent progressively. Finally when both became incompatible mentally, physically and sexually the situation became feral which compelled Mr. X to seek medical advice on the matter.

Inherent problem

To his incredulity his physicianƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s advice turned out to be somewhat diverse. His doctor advised him that the inherent problem had no bearing whatsoever with his libido, but ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-he was born to the wrong sexƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚! That was followed by anguish, heartache and physical agony of transforming himself from his manhood to a totally strange but ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”unanticipatedƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ womanhood.

As a basic treatment he was put on a hormone treatment. Seemingly, he could feel some of his skin texture becoming soft. For a start his genitals began to withdraw and small breasts were struggling to expand and pop out simultaneously. Naturally, his marriage at such a stage in life began to descend to a total decline, yet they continued to live together as partners, at least in the eyes of the outside world and for the benefit of their children.

Emotional issue

During this traumatic transformation, Mr. X wore his three-piece suit, but his colleagues suspected that something strange was happening to him.

The situation became more catastrophic when the majority of his office acquaintances became distasteful towards him and started to crack shoddy jokes at him. Yet, amidst disproportionate and turbulent situations he still managed to discharge his paternal obligations by playing games with his children and entertaining them. When numerous changes started to take effect biologically, external factors too began to follow suit simultaneously. Prior to a final decision, he had to pluck courage possibly to explain his sudden decision to his young sons. The whole incident became an emotional issue. His wife, of course, understood the problem and the entire sequence of events, but for Mr. X it became a throbbing decision to execute.

While he was in a mental limbo situation, he received an official memo from his superior at work warning him that due to his impending ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”gender- reassignmentƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ operation he would never get any promotion. His whole world suddenly collapsed on him which turned him into a compulsory sucker on national assistance to strive for a living.

The painful process of becoming a woman commenced on an expensive footing for Mr. X, for he had to get his nose bobbed, beard removed by electrolysis treatment, breasts enlarged etc.

Speech therapy

All the surgery in the world wouldnƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢t make man a woman overnight just like that! One has to learn to walk and talk like a woman, dress like a woman. Therefore, Mr. X practised dressing continuously as a woman for a minimum period of one year before he was taken for the full ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”sex-change operationƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢.

Clinical technicians started with speech therapy. Gradually he spent hours on end meddling with make-up to learn how to apply them and practiced walking in a feminine pulsating tempo. Once the clinic was completely satisfied with Mr. X that ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”sheƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ would be accepted by the public as a ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”womanƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ the ultimate operation was arranged. The clinic in their final touches kept his skin and nerve endings and removed some surplus adipose tissues; male genitals were inverted.

In the blink of an eye, bearded Mr. X completely transformed into a stunning pretty woman with 5ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ 10ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ tall, 36B breasts, 26ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ waist, 36ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ hips, 32ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ inside leg, 40ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ outside leg, dress size 12, shoe size 9, with blonde hair and green eyes!

ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”Miss. XƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ became extremely careful in dealing with men after the sex change but was still very friendly with his ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”wifeƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢. She registered as a model with a fashion agency and many other ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”GirlieƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ magazines. The publishers of the ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”Men OnlyƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ magazine allocated three pages for her and finally she ended up with a booking contract for a modeling career.

Miss XƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s youngest son, a real ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”slapstick comedianƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢, used to ask her: ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-Hey! WerenƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢t you my dad …..? The other son remarked: ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-Dad, you are even prettier than mum…..ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚!

Miss. XƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s next ambition was to fall in love one day and have her own husband and children. She qualified to have ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”the best of both worldsƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ on this earth!
