Who has asked US Assistant Secretary of State Robert O. Blake to act as a facilitator for the GovernmentƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s reconciliation process. Not the President or is it that Blake has appointed himself to be the facilitator. Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaranatunga then president invited Eric Solheim to be the facilitator for negotiation purpose between the Govt and the LTTE but finally ended up with Eric Solheim becoming the god father and mouth piece of LTTE. Now similar role has been taken by Blake on his own. We are well aware as Wikileaks exposed as to the extent he had been collaborating with LTTE during the final stages of the military operation in a rescue bid. He should be categorically told not to interfere with the internal matters and our sovereignty. If his purpose of visit is a fact finding mission let him finish it and get out of the country. Sri Lanka has given a mandate to the President and to his party to discuss political matters and not to alien Robert Blake.
There is one favour that Robert Blake can do to Sri Lanka. That is to stop the LTTE fronts in USA including the so called Trans National Government of Tamil Eelam headed by an American citizen Rudrakumaran operating freely on American soil.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ItƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s appalling and rather undignified for the respected Tamil population in Sri Lanka (not the LTTE rump among the Tamil Diaspora who have been licking western boots all the time everywhere) to see TNA is licking the boots of Blake and to get what?

Very targeted and a pointed assessment of a developing situation. If we went by, Robert O. Blake, the US representative in Colombo at the time, we would still be under the LTTE terror yoke. Sri Lanka is a democracy, and it will always follow the democratic principals. We do not go to other countries and bomb them flat. Why can’t these S.O.B use some of the advice they give us so liberally, in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya …, They pulled Bin Laden out of bed and killed him like a dog. They murdered a democratically elected President Salvatore Allande of Chile in cold blood. Sri Lankans are smart enough to solve their own problems. It is time we ask such peace industry bigots to F. off.

Unfortunately the world is not a righteous place. We cannot expect the world would do the good thing or the right thing. We have to play this game.
Blake SOB, Indian SOBs, etc. will never leave us alone.
We should destroy their divisive interests in SL by doing what we can. We did it once (May 2009) and that’s why they are now struggling to reestablish themselves. More of similar things are needed. Now there is no war, it must be done peacefully.

One should look at the excellent service US provided with satellite information on LTTE ship movements. This was acknowledge by the President.
I recall that ROB himself escaped with minor injuries from friendly fire of LTTE guns while on a visit to Batti.
Asian theatre is increasingly coming to the periscope of big powers. US wouldlove to have another country as friendly as Indonesia and Phillippines.
I hope an astute journalist will do the research on the US advice to Phillippines on the control of terrorism of there and US response to Indonesia’s annexation of Timor.

There is no doubt that the TNA is unable to hide its stripes. Also, I do not think the Tamils who suffered under the Tiger terrorists are happy with the SriLankan Govt for allowing the Tiger Proxi TNA to represent them at any ongoing or future peace talk. What the TNA is demanding is exactly what the Tigers tried to obtain through violence, deception and blackmail, as a result of which so much of misery was caused to all SriLankans and most of all to the Tamils in the North.

As usual very interesting facts about & motives of the so called HUMAN RIGHTS protector of the world..self appoited GURU of Obama administration .. do I have to say more…
Badly battered by S & M Poor downgrading,(their own agency), now they must find a problem ofcourse there is Sri Lanka to bash. Our Preseident should tell the same thing he said to David Milband(who even couldn’t get elected with massive LTTE backing), and the then French Foreign minister, with the aparent blessings of Madam Hillary Clinton.
What a farce, our President quite rihtly said to put former Foreign Secretary to KOOL his feet in River Thames in London and stay there. Sri Lanka ins no longer a colony of British or Imperialist USA & their supporters.
UNLESS our President gives this guy a BLUNT message, he will continue to INTERFERE in our affairs. A democratically elected Govt. & its President take advice form his OWN PEOPLE. Not from time wasters who engage in PLEASURE JAUNTS just feel their presence & help LTTE to regain control of Sri Lanka, through their ample funds, lavish campaigns conducted EVEN NOW, under the protection of their masters.
We should encourage our President to tell Rob O. Whatever that enough is enough, that our President is too busy & ask him NEVER to visit our country.
