Similarities between Jesus and Ahmad
Posted on January 13th, 2012

By A. Abdul Aziz.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The prophecy of the advent of Messiah, son of Mary in the later days found in the traditions (sayings of Holy Prophet of Islam) is interpreted as the coming of a person similar to Jesus Christ, peace be on him, in his character and qualities. It has been proved when we go though those traditions that Founder of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in Islam Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad of Qadian (1835 ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬…” 1908) was sent as the second advent of Jesus in accordance with the prophecies of the Bible and other scriptures.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Jesus appeared looking up at the Ivory Towers of the Roman Empire, and Hazrat Ahmad appeared India a country under British rule at the time. Winston Churchill himself admitted that the British Empire was nothing more than an extension of the Roman Empire. The Muslims of India compared to the British Empire were an insignificant as the Jews were to the Roman Empire when the first Messiah (Jesus Christ) appeared. It was at this time that a clash occurred between Jesus and the Jewish clergy. In an attempt to defeat the Messiah, the Jews brought false charges against Jesus to the Roman Courts and demanded that he be persecuted. They alleged that he was not loyal to the government, and was attempting to establish himself as King. Similarly an attempt was made to defeat the second Messiah, Hazrat Ahmad. Yet, he was pardoned and saved by the British judge, as was Jesus by the Roman sovereign Pilot.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Moreover, Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him), prophesised through inference, that the later day Messiah was to appear at the head of IslamƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s fourteenth century. Jesus came at the beginning of the fourteenth century after Moses, and the founder of the Ahmadiyya Community (JamaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢at) in Islam, Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad appeared at the beginning of IslamƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s fourteenth century.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Jesus claimed that he had not come to change the law. ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-Think not that I have come to change the law or the prophets.ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ (Math. 5:17) Similarly, Hazrat Ahmad came not to change the law (Sharia) of Muhammad (PBUH), but to complete it in essence and practice.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), also predicted that his people in the days of Messiah would be in the same condition as the Jews were at the time of the coming of their Messiah. He said the similarity will be as complete as the similarity between ones right and left shoes. They would suffer from the same diseases and hardened hearts. Thus, if they were to suffer from the same diseases, the remedy must be the same, Messiah. A Messiah must appear to bring them back from rituals to spirituality, from aggression to defenseless sacrifice.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Following are the similarities between Jesus, son of Mary and the Promised Messiah (peace be on him) of the latter days as stated by the Promised Messiah Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (peace be on him) in his book ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-The Narrative of two MartyrdomsƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ (Tazkarat-ush-shadatain. Rohani Khazain, vol.20, pp-30-35). However, the title of each similarity is inserted for the convenience of readers.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ From the religious point of view there are sixteen characteristics in the life of Jesus which must be found in the last successor of the Islamic dispensation, so that perfect accord may be proved between him and Jesus.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Both are Promised Ones:

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ 1. The first similarity between the last two successors in the two dispensations is that the advent of both of them had been predicted. In Islam there have been thousands of saints, yet none of them had come as the ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”Promised-oneƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢. But he who came as the ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”Like-of-JesusƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ was, no doubt, the Promised Messiah. Similarly, no other Prophet but Prophet Jesus was the Messiah promised for the Jews.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Their People had No Political Power:

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ 2. The second similarity is the loss of independence and political power. There is no doubt that the Muslims in India, like the Jews, prior to the birth of Jesus, had lost their independence on account of their many wicked ways. The British had been firmly established in India before the birth of the Messiah of the later days.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Sectarianism Prevailed During Their Times:

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ 3. The third similarity is that at the time of the advent of the first Messiah, the Jews had become divided into several sects and, therefore, stood in need of an arbiter for them. In the same way the Muslims, at the advent of the last Messiah, are divided into many sects.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Both Postponed Religious wars:

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ 4. The fourth point is that the first Messiah was not commanded to wage wars for the sake of faith. In the same way, the last Messiah has not been commanded to take up the swordƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚¦

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Religious Scholars in their times were morally bankrupt:

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ 5. The fifth point worth considering is that during the ministry of the first Messiah, the Jews had become morally bankrupt: especially those of the priestly class had become exceedingly greedy and corrupt. Jealousy and avarice prevailed over the whole nation and everyone hankered after material gains all the time. In the same way, the people of our time, the time of the Promised Messiah, especially Muslim priests and Mullahs have gone mad after worldly pursuits. This is a patent fact which needs no further elucidation.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Foreign Rule in Their Times:

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ 6. The sixth point of similarity is that Jews appeared during the reign of a Caesar – a foreign ruler. The Promised Messiah of Islam also shares this characteristic. He also lives under the rule of a foreign emperor who is far superior to the one that ruled during the time of the Messiah of the JewsƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚¦

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Their Faith Ultimately accepted by Foreign Rulers:

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ 7. The seventh point in this connection is that the Christian faith eventually succeeded in winning over the Romans. In this respect there is a similarity with my time also, because I find that people in Europe and America are showing considerable interest in my claim and the way of my reasoning. They have, of their own accord, published my claim in hundreds of newspapers with favorable comments which could hardly be expected from the pens of

Christians. Some of these have gone so far as to express the view that my claim would be genuine, while some of them have declared that belief in Jesus as God was totally wrong, some others have written that my claim of being the Promised Messiah is timely and feel that the present time is greatly in my favour. In short, it appears that these people are preparing themselves to accept my claim and Christianity shall, day by day, melt away like snow.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Polar Star Appeared in Their Times:

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ 8. Another characteristic of Jesus was that a certain star had appeared at the time of his advent. This characteristic is equally shared by me because the very same star that had appeared in his time has again appeared in my time also. This is what has been verified in the English newspapers from which it could be concluded that the time is now ripe for the second advent of the Promised Messiah.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Solar and Lunar Eclipses Occurred in Their Times:

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ 9. The ninth characteristic of Jesus was the eclipse of the sun that was seen when he was crucified on the cross. I also share this characteristic. When people rejected my claim, God manifested His sign in my support not only causing the sun to eclipse but also caused the eclipse of the moon. Both these signs occurred during the month of Ramdhan. This did not only happen once but occurred twice as is mentioned in the traditions. These two eclipses are mentioned in the Gospels as well as in the Holy Quran. This prediction is also mentioned in Dar Qutni, an authentic book of the Sayings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Occurrence of Epidemic of Plague in Their Times:

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ 10. The tenth characteristic common between us is the occurrence of the epidemic of plague. Because of the persecutions of the Jews, it became rampant in the time of Jesus and for the same reason it has spread in my time as well.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Both were falsely charged with criminal cases:

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ 11. The eleventh characteristic common to both of us is that the divines and the Elders left no stone unturned in denouncing Jesus as a hard-core renegade for which reason a false case was framed against him and he was taken to the court hoping that he would be condemned there to death. An identical case was also fabricated against me of conspiracy to murder. An effort was also made to prove me a rebel against the Government. This was the case in which Maulvi Abu Saeed Muhammad Hussain of Batala appeared as a witness against me.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Thieves were prosecuted along with both of Them:

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ 12. The twelfth point is that a robber was also hanged on the cross along with Jesus; on the day I was acquitted of the false charge of conspiracy to murder, regarding which I had informed in advance hundreds of men on the basis of revelation, a Christian was also brought before the same magistrate. He was a member of the Salvation Army and had misappropriated some money. He was given three months imprisonment. He was not sentenced to death like the robber who was hanged along the side of Jesus and died.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Both were declared ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”Not GuiltyƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢:

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ 13. The thirteenth resemblance between Jesus and me is that when Jesus was brought before the Governor and was prosecuted for capital punishment, the Governor declared that he could not see any fault in the accused. Similarly, Captain Douglas, the District Magistrate, on my asking him a question, had replied that he was not accusing me of any guilt.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ In my opinion, Captain Douglas outshines Pilate in imparting judgment fearlessly and in showing determination and steadfastness. But in the end Pilate showed diffidence and for fear of the High Priest and the Elders, acted in a cowardly manner. But Captain Douglas showed no sign of weakness.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Both were born in 14th Century:

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ 14. The fourteenth resemblance was that since Jesus had no father, he was, strictly speaking, not an Israelite. Despite this drawback, he was the last Prophet for the Children of Israel and of the Mosaic dispensation. He was born in the fourteenth century after Moses. In the same way I do not belong to the Quraish and have been raised in the fourteenth century of Islam and, like Jesus, I am the Promised Messiah of the Muslims.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Social Infrastructure Improved in Their Times:

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ 15. The fifteenth characteristic is that by the time Jesus appeared great strides had been made in the progress of civilization. Good roads had begun to be constructed; an efficient defense system had come into being and very many improvements had been made in the organization and training of the armies. Means of travel were vastly improved and to ensure the comfort of travelersƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ rest-houses had become common. Also the judiciary had been reformed. Similarly, there has been much progress and outstanding developments in our time in these fields. For example, a new means of travel, the railways, has been invented, the prediction for which is found in the Holy Quran and the reader can easily call to mind various other inventions.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Both are similar to Adam:

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ 16. The sixteenth characteristic of Jesus was that, being born without a father, he was like Adam. Similarly, I have a resemblance of a sort with him: according to what Mohy-ud-Deen Ibn-eƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢Arabi has mentioned about the Final Successor to be of Mongol origin and to be born the second of twins, a girl being born first, I was on a Friday. It is not know how Ibn-e-Arabi got hold of this Sign, but it has come to pass.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ These are the sixteen similarities between me and Jesus. They show that the hand of God was working in all of this phenomenon. If it had been a man-made project so many similarities between Jesus and me could not have been found. Denying Prophets is an old established response of the unfortunate ones, but the leaders of religion of our time deny me in rather a strange manner.

When I took this article to a priest and asked few questions based on the information provided in this article, unfortunately, he was unable to answer for my questions such as What happened to our Jesus, whether he is still in heaven and will be back or not. If any one clarify to me, I will be grateful to them.

  3. Ibnu Ahmad Says:

    @Nesta,
As you experienced, no one can dare to reply against the truth. In reality, the doctrine of Christianity is still surviving on the false belief that Jesus died on the cross to redeem mankind. Moreover, he ascended to sky and will be back – this is an additional belief by them to boost themselves. For the last two thousand years they wait for their savior to return back to earth. Generation after generation people were in despair and died in accordance with the natural law to which Jesus also cannot be exempted. Nesta, if you are blessed to live long one thousand years, you also will not see Jesus , son of Mary will descend from heaven. O.K.

According to himself Jesus Christ was a prophet raised among Israel particularly for the guidance of the “lost sheep of the house of Israel.” Were it true that he was very God Himself and that the sole purpose of his sojourn upon earth was to expiate mankind’s sins upon the cross he would not have prayed in agony and asked his disciples to pray in the Garden of Gethsemane that, if possible, the cup (of death upon the cross) may be turned away. Jesus believed that God heard his prayers. He must have believed that this prayer would also be heard. If the whole purpose of his advent was to atone for the sins of mankind through his death upon the cross, why this agonized prayer to be spared such a death? This prayer was a complete denial of this whole alleged purpose of his advent.

He must have received divine assurance of deliverance in answer to his prayer. For, when, as a mortal being he perceived upon the cross that all apparent changes of his being delivered from his humiliating and agonizing demise upon the cross had disappeared he was afflicted with the apprehension lest some default on his part should have defeated the divine purpose of deliverance of which he had received assurance after his earnest prayer in the Garden of Gethsemane. This brought on fresh agony and he cried out ‘My God, my God, why hast Thou forsaken me?” if the death of Jesus upon the cross was the fulfillment of the very purpose for which he had been sent among mankind, the realization that death was now creeping upon him and that he was fast slipping into unconsciousness, should have filled him which a few hours that purpose would be completely achieved. Had that been so, his cry, instead of being one of agony and almost despair, would have been a shout of exaltation. He would have proclaimed, “Oh glory! Oh glory! The purpose is fulfilled. Mankind is redeemed through me,” instead of crying in anguish. “My God, my God, why hast Thou forsaken me.”

Had he died upon the cross and come beck to life again he would have proceeded to the highest vantage point in Jerusalem and proclaimed his triumph over death to the unbelieving Jews. Putting forward this irrefutable proof of his being the son of God he would have invited them to believe in him as such. He did not do this. Instead, he met the disciples a few times to convince them of the fact that he had not died upon the cross, had not become “accursed” and was still alive in his physical body. He chargd the disciples not to spread this news about and he took precautions to meet then only in secret.” There is not a single instance on record of any contemporary Jew or gentile having believed in him because he had died and had come to life, and yet had that been the cause what grater miracle could anybody have desired to see? All this completely contradicts the assertion that death upon the cross was the very purpose of the advent and that purpose had been fulfilled.

Jesus himself never taught this. He insisted that the way to salvation was through keeping “the Law and the Prophets.” Which Law? Obviously, the Mosaic Law. Which Prophets? Clearly, the Prophets who had succeeded Moses in Israel. He reiterated that he had not come to destroy the Law but to fulfill it. “Heaven and earth shall pass away but not one jot or tittle of the Law shall pass away.” He exhorted his disciples and followers to do what the Scribes and Pharisees told them to do, for they sat in Moses’ seat and were thus the authorized and traditional interpreters of the Law of Moses, though he warned against imitation of their deeds “for they say and do not”.

The whole body of doctrine based upon the “Law being accursed and salavation being possible only through atonement is a latter innovation and finds no support whatever in anything that Jesus said or did. It is asserted that he described himself as the son of God, but this was clearly metaphorical use of the expression common in the sacred scriptures. When charged with this, he explained that even his accusers (who did not believe in him) were also the sons of God When the Jews threatened that they would stone Jesus because he, being a man, made himself a god, he answered:

“Is it not written in your law, I said, ye are gods?”

The Bible describes Israel l(Jacob) as God’s son, even the “first-born.” The peace makers are described as the ‘children of God” in the Bible.

In the Lords prayer God is addressed by the faithful as Father, the faithful being thus the sons of God. The Bible has frequently used this expression metaphorically to describe the chose of God, the righteous people, and even the whole of mankind.

Jesus had announced the his “wicked and adulterous” generation would be given no sign except the sing of the Prophet Jonah. It is worth remembering that Jonah entered the belly of the whale alive, remained there alive, though unconscious, and emerged therefrom alive. So was Jesus taken down from the cross alive though unconscious, he remained in the sepulcher alive and emerged therefrom alive. Had he died upon the cross there would have been no resemblance between his case and that of the Prophet Jonah, unless one were also to believe that Jonah too had died in the belly of the whale and had come back to life after he emerged therefrom, a theory which would scarecely be acceptable to the Chruch.

It is significant that the text of the Revised Standard Version of the New Testament published by Thomas Nalson and Sons, New York, no longer make mention of the bodily ascension of Jesus to heaven.

  4. ImposterExposer Says:

I fail to understand why people would write such controversial articles on Lankaweb. These people must let Lankaweb maintain its well respected and well known reputation of quality and non offensiveness materials.

If these writers intend to do some point scoring for their masters then they must use hundred of available websites with thousands of members for these highly controversial and hate generating sick materials.

Everyone knows that the entire Muslim umah consider Ahmadiyya/Qadiani cult to be a separate religion which has nothing to do with mainstream Islam. This cult is not even allowed to perform Hajj. (a major ritual for Muslims).

In this particular article the writer is trying to compare “APPLE with ORANGES”, simply because their spiritual leader – Mirza ghulam ahmed qadiani has done nothing else except coming up with new claims about himself almost every other day of his life. He will make a hilarious and offensive claim and then try to come up with self serving nonsense logic and reasons to back it; and nobody buys that ????.

All muslims know the clear Hadith-e-Mubarkah in which Hazarat Muhammad (SAW) mentioned that “ Eassa Ibn-e-Maryam will come ……..but Ahmadiyya Mirza sahib was Ghulam Ahmad ibn-e-Chiragh Bibi, please note NOT Ibn-e-Mariam” YET HE WANTS JIMSELF TO BE COMPARED WITH JESUS.

I hope the writer can digest this sweet and simple reality and refrain from bringing such topics on Lankaweb.

  5. Salmaan Shah Says:

    >>>Totally nonsense comparison of JESUS with MIRZA GHULAM ‘AHMED’ <<<

Don’t the author remember some of his founders favorite poetry by Zahoor-ud-Din Akmal an Ahmadi & companion.

He writes for Mirza Ghulam ahmad Qadiani Sahib.

Mohammad phir uttar aaye hain hum main
Aagay say hain barah kar apni shaan main
Mohammad daikhnay hoen jiss nay Akmal
Ghulam Ahmad koe daikhay Qadian mainT

Translation: Mohammad (SAW) has descended among us once again with much higher and splendid status. Any one who would want to see Mohammad O Akmal (perfect), he/she can see Mirza Ghulam Ahmad in Qadian.

    SHAME !!!

  6. Zakira Khan Says:

I had an opportunity to study some basic belief of Ahmadiyya like a one mentioned above.

Their is hardly any country where this sect crafted and modified beliefs had not implanted trouble or feeling of discomfort in society and/or there religion.

I would humbly and strongly request the ADMIN to dis-allow such posts.

Today the world needs more tolerance, peace not new problems like this article.

  7. Nesta Says:

Salmaan Shah, what ur Koran says about Jesus – whether he still lives in sky or not. I want to know the truth.

  8. Salmaan Shah Says:

Jesus is alive and will come in later days to help and guide mankind in proper direction.

As well there is a very clear Hadith-e-Mubarkah in which Hazarat Muhammad (SAW) mentioned that “ Eassa Ibn-e-Maryam will come ……..but Ahmadiyya Mirza sahib was Ghulam Ahmad ibn-e-Chiragh Bibi, please note NOT Ibn-e-Mariam”

I hope the author of this article can digest this sweet and simple reality and refrain from bringing such topics on Lankaweb.

Can’t agree (any more) with Mr. Salmaan approach.

Please leave our beloved pond (Lankaweb) clean and informative; please let it continue spread pleasant information’s and positive energies.

Mr. Aziz it’s about time when you should find a suitable pond for your misleading and unpleasant con????? theories.

Kindly don’t mind but no one wants more tension in the world. What you believe is your business; don’t impose it on others to start rifts.

  10. Ibnu Ahmad Says:

Zakira Khan, Salman Shah, Imposter and Exposter – you all don’t have any positive proof to meet the truth put forward by Aziz. Simply try to leave the ground. Come and put sound argumennt based on Holy Quran and Hadith. What will be your reply for Nesta? Don’t say simply Jesus is alive, give proof based on religious scriptures. O.K. If Allah decreed to expose the truth, he will definitely do through any source. It may be lanakweb. You give sound proof instead of blaming an internet paper.

  11. analyser Says:

please don’t waste the site for this type of useless dustbin illogical articles.its a foolish analysis and comparison.this people has a limited narrow mind ,deviant fans.if you notice the commentators the same people commenting for this person”s articles.

  12. Ibnu Ahmad Says:

    @analyser

U also like Zakeer Khan and other fellows, you people don’t have evidence to prove your stand. Simply try to divert the attention from truth. Come forward and try to prove your stand based on truth.

  13. Nesta Says:

    To all,
Pls let me have a reply to my question – I repeat – what Koran says abt our Jesus, is he still alive in sky or died, based on Koran

  14. Ruq Says:

@Nesta. I appreciate your thirst to know truth.

Christians believe that Jesus died on the Cross for the sin of human beings and was then bodily resurrected and sits one right hand of God.

Generally Muslims in large believe that Jesus bodily ascended to the heavens and in his place another person was crucified. This fabricated story is categorically rejected by the Holy Qur’an in Ch. 4, verses 158-159. Muslims read the Holy Qur’an but fails to understand its real meaning in certain issues. Similarly, Christian read the Bible and also fails to understand what their scripture says in certain matters. What an unfortunate state it is!

As a Muslim, I turn to Holy Qur’an on this subject. On Crucifixion, Allah says in the Qur’an:
“And for their saying, We did slay Messiah, Jesus son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah, whereas they slew him not, nor did they bring about his death upon the Cross, but he was made to appear to them like one crucified and those who differ therein are certainly in a state of doubt about it, they have no certain knowledge thereof, but pursue only a conjecture and they did not arrive at a certainty concerning it. On the contrary, Allah exalted him to Himself.” (Ch. 4, verses 158-159)

In this verse, the word ‘Ma Salabu-hu’ means, they did not cause his death on the cross. Salab being a well-known manner of killing.
In this verse it is said that Jesus was made to appear like, or was made to resemble. Now the question arises, who is the person who was made to appear “like one crucified.” Clearly it was Jesus whom the Jews tried to crucify or slay. Nobody else can be meant here, for there is absolutely no reference to any other person in the context. Hence, the theory invented by certain Commentators that Judas or somebody else was made to appear like Jesus and was then crucified in his place is simply absurd. The context cannot be so twisted as to make room for somebody else or whom no mention at all is made in the verse.

To what then was Jesus made like? The context provides a clear answer to that question. The Jews did not kill him by crucifixion, but he was made to appear to them like “one crucified”, and thus it was that they wrongly took him for dead. It was thus Jesus who was made to resemble “one crucified”. The interpretation is not only in perfect harmony with the context but is also clearly borne out by all relevant facts of history.

More over, in the above verse, key phrase is “Bar-Rafa’ahullahu ilaih.” Some people translate this to be bodily ascension to Heaven, but the correct meaning is “God exalted him to Himself.”

The notion that Jesus floated in to the sky towards God is a un-Qur’anic concept. It should be noted here that Heaven is a spiritual state which our souls experience after death. It is not a physical location beyond the stratosphere. Human beings, according to Qur’an, must live and die in the physical universe.

Holy Qur’an also says: Jesus was a Messenger to the Children of Israel (3:50). This verse makes it clear that Jesus’ Mission was confined to the House of Israel. He was not a Universal-Messenger. He had to fulfill his mission commissioned by God. If he died on the Cross and had ascended to heaven could not have fulfilled his duty to the Children of Israel.

Holy Qur’an further says: “And we made the son of Mary and his mother a Sign, and gave them, shelter on an elevated land having meadows and springs of running water.” (23:50) According to Arabic Lexicons, the description of a place mentioned in this verse fully fits on the valley of Kashmir where a part of the ten tribes of Israel had settled.

So, after he survived from the death on the cross, he set out for the regions of the east in which the lost tribes were settled all the way from Syria through Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, and north western India to Kashmir. The very name of Kashmir is reminiscent of Syria and some of the place names are identical with Syrian place names. The people of Kashmir to this day bear a striking resemblance to the Children of Israel (Bani Israel). Jesus was welcomed and accepted by the Jewish tribes of the diaspora among whom he became known as Yuz Asaf, the prince prophet. He spent his last years in Kashmir. He lived to the ripe old age of over 120 years and when he died he was buried in the Khanyar Street in Srinagar, Kashmir. His tomb is still preserved and is a place of pilgrimage.

Holy Quran also confirms the death of Jesus before the advent of Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). It says:
“And Muhammad is but a Messenger. Verily all Messengers before him had passed away” (3:145).

There are about 30 verses in the Holy Qur’an which confirms the death of Jesus, peace be on him in various position i.e. Jesus as a man, as an assumed divine, as a Messenger of God etc. Few of them I quote:

In the Holy Qura’an, Allah says,
“O Jesus, I will cause you to die a natural death and will raise you to myself and will clear thee of those who disbelieve and will place those who follow thee above those who disbelieve, until the day of resurrection, then to me shall be your return and I will judge between you concerning that wherein you differ.” (Ch. 3, verse 56)
An important word used in this verse is “Mutawaffika” derived from “tawaffa.” When God is the subject and human is the object, “tawaffa” means to take away the soul, which indicates death. The same word “tawaffa” has been used in other places in Qur’an to indicate death.

    In another verse, Allah says,
“Keep in mind when God will say to Jesus, son of Mary: Didst thou say to people, Take me and my mother for two Gods besides Allah? he will answer, Holy art thou, I could never say that to which I had no right. If I had said it, Thou wouldst have surely known it. Thou knowest what is in my mind and I know not what is in Thy mind. It is only Thou who are knower of hidden things. I said nothing to them except that which Thou didst command me: Worship Allah, my Lord your Lord. I was a witness over them as long as I remained among them, but since Thou didst cause me to die, Thou hast been the watcher over them, and Thou art witness over all things.” (Ch. 5, verses 117-118)

According to this verse, Jesus taught the worship of one God alone. Bible also teaches the same. As long as Jesus was alive, he kept a careful watch over his followers and saw to it that they did not deviate from the right path, but he did not know how they behaved and what false doctrines they held after his death. Now, as his followers have gone astray, it conclusively follows that Jesus is dead, for, as the verse points out, it was after his death that he was to be worshipped as God. Similarly, the fact that this verse speaks of Jesus as expressing ignorance that his followers took him and his mother for two gods after he had left them, proves that he is not to come back to this world. For, if he were to come back and see with his own eyes that his followers had become corrupt and had deified him he could not plead ignorance of his deification by them. If he would do so, his answer pleading his ignorance would amount to a veritable lie. The verse thus positively proves that Jesus is dead and that he will never come back to this world.
Now if Jesus Christ comes to this world again and finds that he is being worshipped, how will he say to God that he did not know about it?

The Qur’an says about persons being worshipped as God, that,
“And those on whom they call beside Allah create not anything, but they are themselves created. They are dead, not living and they know not when they will be raised. (Ch. 16, verse 21, 22)

When the Holy Prophet (PBUH) passed away, Hazrat Umar (r.a.) (2nd Caliph) was overcome with grief and said, “Whoever says that Holy Prophet is dead, I will kill him”. At that time Hazrat Abu Bakr (r.a.) (1st Caliph) gave a masterful sermon reciting the Qur’anic verse,

“And Muhammad is but a Messenger. Verily all messengers have passed away before him. If then he dies or is slain, will you turn back on your heels.” (Ch.3, verse 145)

On this, Hazrat Umar became silent and did not contradict Hazrat Abu Bakr by saying that Jesus (Prophet Isa) is alive in the heaven.

In the Holy Qur’an, Allah says,
“We grant not ever lasting life to any mortal before thee. If thou shouldst die shall they live here forever.” (Ch, 21, verse 35)

The matter of Jesus living alive for 2,000 years is tantamount to immortality. The implication of the verse is also that no human being is immune from death or decay, not even the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him).

Thus the Qur’an lend powerful support to the view that Jesus did not die on cross nor was he bodily resurrected to Heaven. The fact of the matter according to the Qur’an is that he died in this world and is not coming back. But our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) has prophesized about the advent of Isa Ibnu Maryam (Jesus, son of Mary) during the latter days. It is learnt in the Gospel Jesus too had prophesized about his second coming. If anyone elaborates on this, I welcome.

  15. Salmaan Shah Says:

Quran and Hadith have crystal clear verdict on subjects like Last Prophet. Jesus and for the very same reason the entire Muslim community of approx. 1.86 billion people unanimously believe on it.

Your Sect (Ahmadiya/Qadiani) or Cult may be a more appropriate word is the main isolated dirty element who had brought in controversial belief for personal material gains and spreading hatred in the world.

Not only the whole ideology & beliefs of your founder is filthy like ‘God having intercourse with him, then him becoming pregnant for ten months, and then giving birth to himself out of his own body” and then magically becoming JESUS ibe-n-mariam’ but Ahmadiya/Qadiani entire beliefs are illogical and lso sure ridiculous.

    >> On a lighter note Donkey is the only animal that remains pregnant for ten months <>> Lankaweb ALONE <<<

  18. Nesta Says:

Tks. Ruq. God bless. I will cut your passage and give to another ‘FATHER’ and also to a Muslim clergy. What they say, I will share with you all. Now I am little bit clear on this matter O.K. Ruq Good-bye.

  19. Salmaan Shah Says:

DEAR MR. DEEN; please don’t feel any disrespect from me or by respected member ANALYSER. We are just trying to share facts and give you a positive advice.

I stand by what ever I have quoted you in all my posts. All materials are present in your Sect books written by your very own founder Mirza Ghulam Ahmed Qadiani and his son Mirza Bashir Ahmed Qadiani – M.A.

I wish I could be polite anymore but I am quoting word to word from your own sacred books. I respect your view and beliefs but please don’t deny the facts or confuse readers.
    .
You are damm right that I have limited knowledge about your sect; reason being it is not worth spending any more time.

There are several beautiful religions’ to study and respect their views and values.

However what I cannot do is changing colors like a chameleon when my lies are caught or quoted in open public forum. READERS HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW THE FACTS.

You must visit hundreds of websites on NET; full of these filthy realities about your sect, kindly don’t blame me for exposing the facts.

Also, no wonder Ahmadiyya is the only sect/cult declared as non Muslim by several Islamic countries starting with Saudi Arabia and the list goes on.

Readers interested in finding facts about Mr. Aziz/Mr. Deen AHMADIYYA Sect may find http://thecult.info/ informative.

As previously requested leave LANKAWEB alone, play your delusion games somewhere where you can find the right match.

  20. Ibnu Ahmad Says:

@Salman Shah, You do not have any knowledge in Quran. Here, majority and minority not the issue. The matter is between true and false. According to Hadith, when Islam will split into 73 sects, 72 goes to Hell and the ONE only go to Heaven. Now tell me what is the fate of Majority Muslims? Their decisions to be thrown into dustbin. We do’nt bother about it. Give me one single verse from Holy Quran that supports your stand that Isa Nabi still living in sky. What will be the status of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (Sal) who died at the age of 63 while a subordinate prophet sent only Israelite people still living in sky – who is top in status – the dead one or the living man. Quran says the living man is top while compared with the dead. If Nesta ask you this question, you have no answer. You are all illiterate – JAHIL. ISLAM is the only religion, destined to dominate all religions.

  21. ImposterExposer Says:

Can’t agree any more with Salmaan Shah.

I attest that I had also read the facts quoted by SS in Ahmadiyya books. Infact worse language and materials are present in those books.

Please contact me if you want to know the exact name and reference/page number of those sarcastic religious books of Ahmadiyya.

  22. Ibnu Ahmad Says:

@Salman Shah, don’t climb from one branch to another just like monkeys. I insist you to show me one single verse from Quran that confirms Isa Nabi (Jesus Christ) still living in sky. Once we finish this matter, then we come to the truth of Promised Messiah Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, peace be on him. O.K.

  23. Ruq Says:

Thanks Nesta. May God bless you and guide you in right path. Please also visit: http://www.tombofjesus.com/

  24. Salmaan Shah Says:

    MR. IBNU AHMAD:

Thanks for validating my point. All your beliefs are indeed scattered & illogical. They are cleverly invented by your Sect to maintain their monopoly of ripping cash money from innocent and misguided Ahmadies out of their hard earned livings.

Correct me if I am wrong that Mirza Ghulam Ahmad and his cult had so far invented dozens of Chandas varieties (monthly religious donations) to rip off its members.

Secondly before I gave you any reference from MUSLIMS Quran or Hadith with which your cult has absolutely no business or relation (as you have invented parallel self serving Cult alternatives).

For record sake would you kindly let me and other readers know where in Koran or Hadith it is mentioned to collect 32 self invented Chandas (Religious donations on monthly basis) and also your cult issues a “Janaat certificate” (automatic Pass to go to Heaven) after collecting heavy amounts from misguided Ahmadies. Where exactly is that mentioned in Koran or Hadith ??????

On a second thought I think that I am asking the wrong question to the wrong person; because based on your beliefs you (your Ahmadi/Qadiani Sect) had already been expelled from the Muslim faiths in the entire world. You have no business whatsoever with Muslim Koran or Last prophet SAW hadiths. This is a law by contitutional ammendment of several muslim countries.

SO DON’T TRY TO BECOME AN UNINVITED CHAMPION FOR KORAN, HADITHS, MUSLIMS OR ISLAM.

Instead you should promote the old Donkeys to play with the newly acquired expensive Horses in London. Please do keep on enjoying all those luxuries on expense of common misguided cult members money.

Continue with your legacy to claim cult sponsored false religious asylum claims and to become a permanent parasite to public funds of foreign countries. London, Germany, Canada, USA…

Good Luck and PLEEEEEEZE go away from LANKAWAB to some filthy websites designed for your cult type garbage.

NO ONE IS INTRESTED IN YOUR SELF SERVING S???.

  25. Zakira Khan Says:

Well said Mr. Shah. You have summarized Qadiani sect behavior and beliefs very well.

Love how you anaylize these embeded things.

Dont worry for paid Monkeys like Ibnu, Deen etc..

  26. Ruq Says:

Salman Shah. The question of who is Muslim – who is not – that is not decided by man – by any Mullah – by any Government – not by Rabitatul alamai Islam, Saudi Arabia and so on. So these man made verdicts are thrown into dustbin at all. Who is Muslim – who is not -this is decided by Allah alone. Even Holy Prophet (SAL) also not given such authority. On the other side, Holy Quran is an open book to all mankind. You people try to escape as you have no answer to the question of Ibnu Ahmad on the matter of Jesus issue. You claim as Muslim whereas you have no knowledge in Holy Quran. Don’t try to find out mere excuse to divert the subject. Let me challenge you that you cannot give a single verse from Quran that support your foolish view related to Jesus, peace be on him.

  27. Salmaan Shah Says:

    @ Ruq
I apologize if the above realities are hitting close to heart.

Try to focus and answer specific quoted quaries raised about your cult and its day to day money looting practices from misguided innocent Ahmadi brothers ans sisters.

No argument on the fact that almighty is the best judge.

Also no Mullah has declared you as a cult, senior law makers, parliamentarians and true religious scholars from arround the world had given considered verdict after giving complete free opportunity to your Khalifa’s Mirza Nasir and Mirza Tahir Ahmed. Both of them openly accepted on record that your Qadiani Cult consider your founder Mirza ghulam Ahmad Qadiani as NABI. SHAME or maybe this is not the appropiate word for this !!!

You should remain thankful to those democratic institutions that let you walk out with full respect and protection, despite your admittance to disrespect to entire Muslim community and their core beliefs.

We all know in history Imposters/Dajjal’s had been treated differently. You may want to share the storey of your cult messengers’ sent to Afghanistan with the readers.

We all respect you as a separate minority sect with YOUR home made self serving solutions.

    >>> You clearly have NO business with Muslims Koran Hadith and Islam. Don’t try to potray your self as Muslim representatives or champions.<<<

Continue preaching your Chanda looting propaganda from your television MTA which is based in your beloved land of Israel. Wondering if you TV is called MTA TV or ATM (banking machine) TV ???

Finally PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEZ take your UNCONTRUCTIVE, CONTROVERCIAL SELF CRAFTED RELIGIOUS BELIEFS AWAY FROM lankaweb. (humble and respectful request to all of you).

  29. Ruq Says:

    Saheer Sha.

There are about 30 verses in Holy Quran on the death of Isa Nabi. You totally ignore that important truth. I say to you, we are not worried about any Parliamentarians decision on the issue of who is not Muslim. Still you may present here the definition of a Muslim based on Quran and Sunnah. You don’t have any shame in lifting Isa Nabi into sky while our Prophet Muhammad (sal) died and buried – thus degrade this Universal Prophet. Nonsense.

  30. Salmaan Shah Says:

    @ Ruq

I think that the above snap shot of realities had baffled you completely and as a result you are unable to read and write other people proper name or ID’s.

Don’t worry my friend this is a very commonly observed symptoms for chronic liar especially when they are exposed.

Leave aside issue of Isa ibn-e-mariam in the world or in the sky; wherever he may be how it does make your founder (Mirza Ghulam Qadiani of Hindustan) a JESUS of or the last prophet ?.

Mirza Ghulam Qadiani did not even have the mental capacity of passing a simple paralegal exam in Sialkot court so he started this Imposter business for deceiving others.

Wasn’t he the one who ran away with his father pension money, when his father sent him to collect his pension for him?

IS THIS THE CONDUCT OF A SO CLAIMED FAKE JESUS OR FAKE NABI, I don’t think that this is a good conduct as a human being ???

Shame and Laanat on these characterless personalities who used name of religion to build personal wealth and implant trouble everywhere.

Go away from LANKAWEB; please don’t forget to take your filth along.

    Thank you so very much!

  31. ImposterExposer Says:

    Dear Salmaan

Don’t waste you time with them, all of them are on CULT payroll.

The AHMEDIYYA Cult has established schools to breed and then recruit these trouble makers. They have billion’s of Dollars Empire and they have to protect it.

The Irony of the matter is that they are bringing in their well known filth in LANKAWEB culture, without any check and balances.

We all have an obligation to bring this on-doing nuisance in attention of LANKAWEB ADMIN and get our site sanitized.

    Good Luck.
