Some one was going to file a case against Dr, Jayalath for High Treason? (Giving KPs where abouts to Karunanidhi, which is a Treasonable act) According to the e-mails floating about, he was not unconscious, but tired. He went to UK for a medical check up and to meet his son who is wanted by SL police.

Lorenzo, Sri Rohana, please don’t write off Dr. jayalath. I bet he will visit TAMIL NADU before he comes back. He has tones of money invested in UK. Now, where is his SON? In a safe house in UK may be under a different name.

He will have another surgical procedure according to UNP MP Kapukotuwa. There is a photograph of Dr, Jayalath and Kapukotuwa. According to Kapukotuwa, Sri Lankan high commissioner Nonis visited him.
