An ordeal of a patriot seeking to see TNA sinking in to a “ legal Nandikadal”
Posted on July 1st, 2012

By Charles.S.Perera

FromƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Wattegama whereƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  I stay It is a long way to Colombo.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  On the 28 June, 2012, an important day for all patriots of Sri Lanka, I got up early in the morning and left home at 3 amƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  to take the bus to Kandy from where I was to take the Inter City train in which I had reserved a seat to Colombo and back.

The bus was delayed and I had to wait standing at the lonely bus stand looking scarey in the dark chilly morningƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  for 40 minutes before the bus arrived already backed withƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  early morning travelers going about their routine affairs unaware what was to take place in Colombo Supreme Court on this important day.

I had to stand another one hourƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  or soƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  before I came to Kandy and walked up to the Railway Station.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  The train to Colombo was scheduled for 6.10 am and that was waiting for more than an hour before the counter was opened for the issue of tickets.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  At last I sat down in a rather comfortable seat in a refurbished oldƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  colonial railway carriage. The train left the station at 6.10 am whistling ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ with determination to take its passengers to Colombo Fort in time.

The train was not chug chugging as usual.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  I felt it jumping over the rails clanking its old iron plates connecting one carriage to anotherƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  making us jump on our seats. The train was really in a hurry, I thought it was keen to take me to Colombo to see Sampathan and his TNA cohorts sinking into another NandikadalƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  this time ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-shotƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ by ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ a Sinhala patriot at the Colombo Supreme Court.

I arrived safe and soundƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  to Colombo Fort StationƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  and from their to the Supreme Court at Hultsdorf by aƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Three Wheeler, ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ the driver of which had not heard about the case against the TNA, but said who ever is doing it, it is a very goodƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  idea because the TNA has to be taught a lesson.

I was carrying ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ my inseparable back pack and requested entrance to the court house. ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-Which case ?ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ the stoutish police womanƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  asked me barring the entrance to the Supreme Court. I told her ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ it is the case of Jayantha Liyanage of Sinhala Jathika Uraumaya verses the Tamil National AllianceƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  to be heard in room No.502. ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-You cannot take your bag ; nor your telephone ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚she said, ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…- leave it some where and come back.ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚

I asked the security officer at the entrance and he said emphatically that in no way he or any one in the court complex would accept to keep any thing. A smiling youngƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  woman soldier on duty spoke to me and asked me to keep it in a boutique outside the Court complex and ask themƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  to givde you a ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ token to reclaim it. I thanked her profusely and went to an Internet CafƒÆ’†’ƒ”š‚© where they very willingly accepted to keep the bag and gave me a tokenƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  to reclaim the bag and my telephone later.

Now free of my bag, I approached the stoutish police woman at the entrance toƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  the Supreme court and she allowed me to go in.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  I met another man looking for theƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  room number 502. I joined him in the search and the lift took us to the 5th floor andƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  in the corridor near the room number 502 we found a few more patriots like us waiting.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  There were a few priests, a man from Germany and few others who had seen Shenali WadugeƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s invitation to attend court and had dutifully came to see what was going on.

The ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…- Golden keyƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  case was in progress and the room was already full.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  The police officer on duty asked us toƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  wait in the corridor.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  He said when the case in which we are interested would start we will be allowed to enter according to the number of seats vacated in the room 502.

I was with one Wicky Wickramaratne of the Sinhalaya Surekima Sangamaya.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  He introduced me toƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Venerable Akmeemana Dayaratana thero the President of theƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Sinhala Ravaya Jatika Sangamaya.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  I was very happy to meet him in person.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  He was the one who initiated the moment against the Muslim Mosque built on the temple land inƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Dambulla.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  I remember defending him in an article to Lanka Web. There were many who commented finding fault with me for defending a ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…- a thug in yellow robesƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚, ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…- criminals in aƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  sacred yellow robeƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚, but the priest I met is far from being a ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…- thug or a criminal in yellow robesƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ .

He is a gentle priest with strong feelings against those who are organizing themselves to weaken the Buddha Sasana.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  He says that he is not against the Muslims , the Tamil or the Catholics, but what he is against is ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ deliberate falsehood and manipulating facts to impose their religion to the detriment of Buddhism.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  He says that other religious leaders are profiting from the tolerance and meek acceptance by the Buddhists ofƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  any of their false assertions to down grade Buddhism .ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  It is time he thinks that the Buddhists have to be assertive to protect their religion and their county sanctified by the visits of the compassionate Buddha..

He says that a priest is like any other citizen. The difference is that he has donned a yellow robe and follows the teachings of the Buddha .ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  But he cannot be deprived of his right to be a patriot and a defender of the Buddha Sasana, when the ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ very existence of Sri Lanka as a Unitary State is being challenged by a group of foolish men.

That right of defense of the motherland ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ cannot be left only for the politicians or the lay people , a priest should also be ready to lead the Buddhists where injustice against Buddhism and BuddhistsƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  is being perpetrated.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  The TNA MPs have taken the upper hand, because the Sinhala people have not come forward in large numbers ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ to condemn them and make manifestations against their demands which are the ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ same as those made by the terrorists, to obtain which they had been waging a war of terror for ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ thirty years.

Another priest who had come to be present at the case filed against the TNA was Venerable Madille Pannaloka thero he is the Secretary of the Sinhala Ravaya Jatika Sangamaya.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  He told me that the Buddhist Priests are coming to the fore front as the Buddhists have become lethargic leaving every thing in the hands of the politicians.

There are things that the politicians are unable to do in the present context of excessive interference by the International Community into the internal affairs of Sri Lanka.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  The Government acts diplomatically without harming international relations. But in the long run that diplomatic approach may go against the very existence of Sri Lanka as a unitary state, and affect negatively the 2600 years old Buddhism ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬…”which is the foremost religion of the world today.

He said as an example that the Government has done a remarkable work in the resettlement of the displaced Tamil civilian population after the elimination of terrorism, but the government has failed to resettle the Sinhala people who had been living in Jaffna prior to terrorism, who were forcibly ousted by the terrorists.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  India has undertaken to construct houses for the displaced Tamil people, but no body has come forward to help the displaced Sinhala people to settle them in their former homes inƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Jaffna.

Repeated requests for their resettlement have been ignored, therefore the Sinhala Ravaya Jatika Sangamaya of which he is the Secretary has ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ acquiredƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  land in Jaffna and commenced constructing houses for the nearly 24000 displaced Sinhala people. These people cannot reclaim their own properties as all their documents of ownership were burnt when the terrorists set fire to their homes, bakeries and shops. Sinhala Ravaya Jatika Sangamaya has already built Ten houses for them and much moreƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  remain to be done.

These ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  are Buddhist priests who are doing a service without waiting for governments or people to come forward to help. They are no ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-thugsƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ wearing the sacred yellow robe. They are Buddhist Monks and patriots , helping the Buddhist people but they are not against the Tamils or the Muslims.

They come forward to denounce when some wrong is being doneƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  no matter whether ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ it is against the Muslims, Catholics, Hindus or Buddhists.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  They need our support because what they are doing is remarkable, we should not come to hasty conclusions because we do not personally agree or disagree with some of their actions. Two other priest whom I met at the Supreme court on that famous day the 28the June, 2012 and worth mentioning are VenerableƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  MahameethavaƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Pannaratana thero and Venerable Yakkalamulle Pavara thero.

It was an occasion to meet people who care about what is going on in our country and ready to defend it in any way they can.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  We went on discussing until the police officer on duty asked the priests, if they want to they could take the three vacant seats in room No.502 whereƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Jayantha Liyanage was to present his case against the TNA.

After the case Jayantha Liyanage came out of the room number 502 with a lawyer.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  He said that the case was presented and he had asked permission to make certain amendments to the application.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Therefore the court postponed the case for the 14 September,2012.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  One of the TNA defendant was ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ represented by an Attorney.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Jayantha said that he had a sound case against the TNA and the copy of the Constitution of the ITAK clearly states asƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  its objective, the creation of a Tamil Eelam and a separate Muslim State.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  He mentioned that he is being helped by Anoma Silva, Kithsiri Athulathmudali and Shenali Waduge.

Jayantha Liyanage an Engineer by profession who hails from Kurunegala, is a soft spoken man in his fifties, and appears capable of continuing theƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  task he has undertaken to the finish.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  The Buddhist Priests asked why no publicity had been given and ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ why not make a statement to the press. He said that he is from Kurunegala and therefore he was unable to contact ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ the media people in Colombo, that was the reason why wide publicity had not been given to the case. He was however prepared to make a statement to the press if it is possible.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  The Buddhist Priests present got busy and arrangedƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  a press conference at the Buddhist Cultural Centre at the Bouddhaloka Mawata for 3 oƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢clock that afternoon.

I had reserved a seat in the 3, 35pm Inter City Train for my return journey and could not participate in the press conference. But no news paper carried LiyanageƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s statement to the press.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  But I heard later that he had stated that he doesƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  not want to give the case a religious colouring , making it a purely a laymanƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s case against the TNA separatists.

In my thinking it is difficult to separate Sinhala Buddhists be they laymen or Buddhist monks fromƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  any activity taken againstƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  the separatist Tamils of the TNA or the Expatriate pro terrorist Tamils in foreign countries.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  We mustƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  all unite against the TNA.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  It is only then the fight against TNA will be meaningful and end their belligerence and separatist activities likeƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  that of Prabhakaran that ended in Nadikadal.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Our fight is to keep our country as a united wholeƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  and make it the motherland of every one without allowingƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  any part of it to be controlled by one Community.

Shenali Waduge says, ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…- whatƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s now needed is for several more FRs to be filed against the TNA on the same line as how Jayantha has done it..if there are 10 or such cases filed then it becomes a powerful case… now Mr. Stanley Perera can do the same …and all this will then be taken together in September which CJ on the bench..ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚¦ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚¦…..now that TNA is on the back foot it is time to attack…on all fronts.. just how the war theatre occurred.ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚

I came back in the Inter City Train which clanked its steel plates and hurried dangerously on the rails making us jump on our seats, whileƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  making children happy and gleeful.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  That was the end of the ordeal that I went through that day. I was tired but the hope that we may soon be able to make Sampanthan and his cohortsƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  shut up for good made me feel happy.

Well done Charles Perera and others!! – what you have done is priceless. I am incensed that there was no publicity in Sri Lanka on this vital case. S de Silva – London

  2. Susantha Wijesinghe Says:

THANKS CHARLES !!! I was wondering what happened on the 28th June. Now Iam looking forward for the 14th September 2012.

Also if you pass the shop opposite the Police Station,… V.S.Nadar & Company, please walk in and tell Mr. Subramaniam ( SUBRA) that Susantha wanted to you to say Hi !! to him from USA, where I live with my family, as US Citizens. Thanks Charles.

  3. Lorenzo Says:

    Beautifully written as always.

I said this on the 28th itself 5 hours after the event.

Good to see patriots working together.

When Stanley said he is going to Sl to take on the TNA, I told him to concentrate ONLY on banning the TNA and forget about EVERYTHING else. Some fools wanted him to ban JHU and SLMC too to which I protested! Good gentleman Stanley took on TOO MUCH on himself. I wish him well. Next time concentrate ONLY on banning the TNA and forget about EVERYTHING else.

Once again Buddhist monks are the ONLY ones left to defend the country. This govt has ONE GOOD THING they don’t treaten monks unlike bloody Premadasa or Velu or CBK. That is the ONLY WINDOW left open to the nation just like in 2004-2005. We must make use of it. ALL politicians are with UPFA-UNP-TNA-SLMC-JVP clan.

These monks are gods. The nation must venerate them. We should financially help them. It is a bloody shame the govt is not doing ANYTHING to settle Sinhalese and Muslim IDP in Jaffna.

However, I maintain the monk who burnt the mosque in Dambulla was wrong.

  4. Lorenzo Says:

Buddhist monks should organise protests against bloody Indians coming to SL from time to time (the most cente in Shiva Shankar Menon). Large banners reading GET OUT! should be displayed.

If the small Tamil Diaspora can do such big protests when our leaders go to UK, we should be able to do the same thing to Indians.

Politicians won’t do it. Laymen are not allowed to do it. But the govt (AND THE OPPOSITION) cannot threaten the monks. The day they do it, they go home.

  5. gdesilva Says:

Thanks Charles for the update – this event was not given any media publicity at all.

  6. AnuD Says:

Very good work by every body.

I listened to you a youtube clip in which the Dambulla monk was questioned by a journalist of a christian newspaper. I felt, that monk was not a bad person. The monk knew what he was doing and even the intentions of the journalists who was questioning him. but, he responded straightly and openly.

I think, it is good the court case was not given a religious colouring and not much newspaper publicity in Sri Lanka.

  7. dhane Says:

Until Charles update on 1st we living in overseas were going thorough all local Newspapers to see that happened on 28th Thursday. Unfortunately there was nothing and not given any media publicity at all. For Mervin, SF, any Indian Films star or bloody Politician etc any amount of cheap gossip were published. Many thanks to Charles. Stanley do not give-up and do not go behind any corrupted politicians. Good politicians are no more. Everybody wants to make a quick buck.

  8. herman Says:

    Charles, Thank You.

Suggest Jayantha Liyanage do some “Networking” with other similar interest groups since he is not based in Colombo and is disadvantaged, somewhat.

I’m sure he is a sincere and capable chap but more should mobilised if we ever want to get rid of TNA. Publicity is one very effective media which for some reason was almost non existent in this case!

Also, can someone please explain is MR courting TNA, they do make strange bedfellows!

  9. lingamAndy Says:

All My Chinhala Brothers & Sisters !
I am not against what ever you are doing as law obeing citizen if any political party’s policy document not follow our country constitution need to be amened immediatly ( of cause when these party’s applied for registration these would have been checked ) ! or banned from election registed party !

BUT Why My Bros & Sis not thinking about long term permant solution for our thousand year problm!
no short cut , bann LTTE, bann TNA, bann New TNA , bann aluth aluth TNA than what ……………

Walk up my Chinhala brothers commmn shake of your Demila brothers & Sisters …………………
FYI, Already India is recruting new Tamil arms groups with their forces in Chennai ……………….

    Why this KOLA VERI !!!!!!

  10. Susantha Wijesinghe Says:

LINGAM !!! CAN YOU PLEASE STATE YOUR THOUSAND YEAR PROBLEM. NOW DONT BE EVASIVE, please.

I always thought that this problem is, that you are not having proper bowel movements, and unable to urinate. That is a serious problem that only a Doctor can help.

  11. lingamAndy Says:

My Chinhala Brother Susantha Wijesinghe !
Please , Please , atleast sack of your own Demila brothers & sister open you eye !!!!
Can not you see … why these Indians are visiting to Mother lanka very often … !!! open you eye nothink else you need to do !!!!!!!!!!!!!! you are not modaya any more Sir !!! Yes You have proofed to the world at Nanthikada 19th of may 2009 !!!

  12. Susantha Wijesinghe Says:

My Jemala Brother Lingam !!! Yes, yes, yes, now I opened my eyes. Now I know why these Indians are visiting mother Lanka very often, because INDIA STINKS, with 33% not having Toilets, and they come here so often to breathe FRESH AIR. Also 33% have DRY LATRINES, and they defecate onto the floor. Then the poor Tamils who are lower caste, has to collect that fecal matter by hand. Yet these Indian ” OUR SOLES ” come to Sri Lanka, asking our President to give my SRI LANKAN JEMALA BROTHERS their dignity. Yes Linga !!! Iam not a Modaya anymore, after reading about INDIAN TAMIL MEN WOMEN AND CHILDREN COLLECTING HUMAN FAECES BY HAND. MY HEART IS BLEEDING FOR THE INDIAN JEMALA HUMAN BEINGS.

Dont you feel sorry for them my Jemala Brother Linga ??????

  13. Lorenzo Says:

“MY HEART IS BLEEDING FOR THE INDIAN JEMALA HUMAN BEINGS.”

    Bingo!

This is the problem. This is the biggest PULL FACTOR of Vellahla manual scavengers. That is why they come here in drones!

We should help India resolve this problem WITHIN India. It is their INTERNAL PROBLEM. We should NOT welcome them.

    “itha onda gaani emathaama budding”.

  14. Lorenzo Says:

This Andy loser behaves like Thalaivar in his last few minutes. Don’t be fooled.

If ANY SL doesn’t oppose Indian illegal immigrants (INCLUDING MENON), he is a LTTE terrorist.

Remember Nedu-moron? Menon is the new Nedu-moron.

  15. Dham Says:

    Charles,
Thanks a lot for the storey and your dedication to the matter.

I think those priests are wrong. They are harming Buddhism than helping. They are even harming Sri lanka.
Obviously the Dambulla priest is a “thug in yellow robe” , you just watch the incident and you know it is.
This priest may not be the same fellow.

There is an important value, honour in the Buddhsit robes. You put on the robes to advance in Buddhism. Not to save a country. To save a country , you join the army.
Those days village temple monks are not corrupt like this. They kept their vinaya rule immaculately. They of course encourage people to protect the nation, without using “parusha vacha” . These guys are just politicos , want to earn money, corrupt and worse still wearing a robe to their own advantage..

  16. lingamAndy Says:

    Susantha Wijesinghe
INDIA STINKS or not is not our problm , my concern why these indias are involving our problm ? why we are allowing for other blood war between us ??? …………

Dont you feel sorry for them my Jemala Brother Linga ?????? Yes I do but IWe are in more waster position than they are ?

in india WOMEN AND CHILDREN COLLECTING HUMAN FAECES BY HAND. -I fully agreed !
but We were collectin boomed human bodies by hands?………….

  17. Fran Diaz Says:

We thank Mr Charles Perera for all his sincere efforts to bring to us his real life experiences in Sri Lanka. His first hand accounts of events and situations, North and South of Lanka, are invaluable. We get our close and intimate views of events through his untiring efforts as an ordinary citizen to bring to us his experiences here in quest of the truth, for which we thank him again.

Viewing the Tamil Problem through the lens of events in India too is all important. The Care2 Petition re Dalit Scavengers is an eye opener to many millions outside of India. India’s Caste Problems have become a world problem. This is the base of the Tamil problem in Sri Lanka. It is self made in Tamil Nadu, India, and has gone on for over 3,000 yrs. No point blaming others for it, and no amount of Eelams will solve it. It must be solved gently through Understanding, Education & Development and may span many decades. Tamils of Sri Lanka had best accept what is offered to them in Sri Lanka and make the best of whatever is made available, same as all others here.

  18. Susantha Wijesinghe Says:

JEMALA LINGAM !!!! YOU ARE GOING AT A TANGENT. EVASIVE, EVASIVE, EVASIVE. I REST MY CASE.

  19. Marco Says:

Charles- Would I be right in thinking i counted not more than 20? plus another 10-15 who could not find the courtroom

  20. AnuD Says:

Even US- reports identify TNA as LTTE-proxies. There is lot of evidence to connect TNA with LTTE. TNA as Sri Lankan Parliamentarians or as Tamil representatives never apologized to their killings. It is not like like riots. It was by a terrorist organization and it was planned. Tamils are asking many things. What did Sinhala or muslims ask ?

  21. Lorenzo Says:

    Micro,

There was no court proceedings to measure the crowd!! :))

From what Charles says, JL wanted to keep a low profile.

ONLY the outcome matters at the end of the day.

  22. lingamAndy Says:

    Susantha Wijesinghe
YOU ARE GOING AT A TANGENT. EVASIVE- ? Am I or you are???
I am talking about our mother lanka problm , but you are talking about DRY LATRINES, INDIAN TAMIL MEN WOMEN , INDIAN JEMALA HUMAN BEINGS etc…..

sorry I can not REST MY CASE until you give a solution to live peace in my mother lanka !!!

  23. Susantha Wijesinghe Says:

    LingamAndy
I asked you just one question in CAPITAL LETTERS:- vis-a vis

” CAN YOU PLEASE STATE YOUR THOUSAND YEAR PROBLEM ” You are being EVASIVE to answer that question.

You digressed from that question, and I had to follow your thread. Thats it Lingam, thats it.

  24. Dham Says:

I think Jayantha is smart not to get mixed up with politicos, specially those wearing robes.
    Hope Stanley will also follow.

  25. Dham Says:

    Lingam Ayya,
I agress with you on this.

“We were collectin boomed human bodies by hands?………….”

What comes into my mind is an army soldier carring the dead body of a child killed my your LTTE suicide attack.

Dying is better than COLLECTING HUMAN FAECES BY HAND ?
Tamils were never doing “COLLECTING HUMAN FAECES BY HAND ‘ , but they were doctors , engineers and managers.
( Except for few sakkili brothers carrying kakka buckets in early sixties – that is an honourable job anyway.).

Under India , “COLLECTING HUMAN FAECES BY HAND ” will happen to Tamils or Sinhalas ?

  26. lingamAndy Says:

    Dham
What comes into my mind is an army soldier carring the dead body of a child killed my your LTTE suicide attack.- ok I agreed
FYI, Indian forces are traing new Tamil group now!
my question is now why at present you are allowing indians to train you Srilankan born Tamil child to become new LTTE suide human boomer in future?

    Susantha Wijesinghe
CAN YOU PLEASE STATE YOUR THOUSAND YEAR PROBLEM ? 1956 to 1983 Tamil ,Sinhala raites !
hope you born before 1983 ? if not my appolise!

  27. Lorenzo Says:

    UNOFFICIAL 2011 census details.

    Buddhism – 62% (down from 70% in 1981)
    Islam – 13% (up from 7% in 1981)
    Christianity – 9% (up from 8% in 1981)
    Hinduism – 16% (up from 15% in 1981)

The census report is DELAYED for this reason!!

Looks like the govt will COOK UP the numbers before release to HIDE the reality.

How come Hinduism has increased when 1,000,000 Tamils left the country? Only explanation is illegal immigration.

Anyway the only good news – it is unofficial. UNOFFICIAL, so don’t quote me.

  28. lingamAndy Says:

    Lorenzo
    are you Buddhism or Christianity?
no offence your name is Cristians ! I am ( Lingam) Saivite( Hindhu) !

  29. Lorenzo Says:

I’m an Anglican but unlike you I’m not a bloody Tamil RACIST.

SL will survive ONLY IF Buddhism survives. So if ANYONE LOVES SL they MUST protect Buddhism. No choice.

  30. lingamAndy Says:

    Lorenzo no offence
You are an Anglican Srilankan I am Tamil Srilankan ! end of the day We are Lankan puthalvarkal (putha),
    why these kolaveri mate !!!!!

SL they MUST protect Buddhism- ! Buddhism or Hinduism do not need our (Human short life maximum 100 years) protectin mate their were here last more than 2,500 years mate !

    live & let live !
Anpe Sivam , love is the God !
just give life live your demila sakotharayas ! stop suspect your sakotharankal !

  31. Lorenzo Says:

No Buddhism need our protection because South Indian parasites are feeding upon their compassion.

When Hindu India forces Tamils to clean excreta by hand, those Tamils come to SL knowing well Buddhists are compassionate and will accommodate them. But soon they show their parasite cancer nature. Ultimately the very Buddhists who accommodated them become chauvinists, genocidal, etc.

SL should learn from Vellahlas how to treat Tamils!!

ALL derogatory words against Tamils are in Tamil!! So who is discriminating Tamils!!

  32. lingamAndy Says:

    Lorenzo
these are old incitants (South Indian parasites ,parasite cancer nature, Vellahlas …)
this won’t give soru (rice) to any one now !

Agreed Tamils are rasist people so they can be used by others (Indian) against us easly !
Now We should find a solution where these Srilankan Tamil work against Indian (incl TN) !
Unit in diversity is best long term solution ! it will stop next IPKF indian (27th) forces for ever !

  33. Dham Says:

    Ligam Ayya,

When China+ Singalaya become Chingalaya Indian smellies will run away. Tamil should become Chamil.

  34. lingamAndy Says:

    Dham
Chingalaya, Indian smellies will run away- Fully Agrred !
