Jayalalitha’s Anxieties Analysed Perfectly By Indian Report.

In Retrospect By Sarath Kumara

SeptemberƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ 5th 2012

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ One of the main problems Tamil Nadu’s Chief Minister J. Jayalalitha appears to have which makes herƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ dead set on taking on the ordinary Sinhalese for her inability to influence the Indian government to pursue a Sri Lanka policy of her choice has been analysed perfectly in a report from IndiaƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ by M.R..Narayan Swamy who has not minced his words which virtually ridicule Jayalalitha in almost clownish perspecctive. It is quite heartening to see such responses from astute Indian intellectuals, which titleƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Mr Narayan Swamy is quite entitled to as the logic expressed by him in carving up some ofƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Jayalalithas anti-Sinhala sentiments and related actions is in all wisdom and fairness with much insite into the feeble mindset of the like of Jayalalitha who is better off dancing the Karthak Kali in front of her Tamil Nadu audiences rather than being Chief Minister given the authority to make political decisions as she often misuses the power that goes with it. She could be accompanied by Sinhala Berawayas ( drummers) to beat a tatoo to her cacophonous bickerings where she might appear quiteƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ presentable if dressed up as someone performing a Kolam or Nadagam dance as opposed to the Karthak Kali which is infact a tad too dignified for someone with her mentality.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Ineed as Mr. Narayan Swamy says it is plain ridiculous to suspend an officer of Chennai’s Jawaharlal Nehru indoor stadium for allowing the use of the ground for a football match between a Sri Lankan Schools soccerƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ team and a local team, which in the opinion of Jayalalitha,ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ according to news reportsƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ “had hurt the “sentiments” of India’s Tamils, because of the excesses that took place during Sri Lanka’s war against the LTTE that also killed many innocents (mostly TamiƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ quite forgetting the Sinhalese, Muslims and other ethnicities ) which is a typical example of indiscreet manoeuvering by many proƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ LTTE Tamils around the world who use Sri Lanka’s war against Tamil Tiger terrorism to protest at sporting venues quite forgeting the precepts of what sports and sportsmanship stands for but then one wonders if the likes of JayalalithƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  evenƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  rolled a hoola hoop around her waist for sports leaving aside the good it may have doneƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  to reduce her porpoise like appearance when she waddles onto a political platform from where whe flings her anti Sinhala rhetoric. Hence it can be assumed fairly safely that the term sports and sportsmanshipƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ in all probabilities is something quite foreign to the garrulous woman who by her actions of late seems to be bringing the cordial relations between India and Sri Lanka into much disrepute and an embarrasment to India by virtue of such actions where there are others who can formƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  part of the same chain which needs to be disbanded !
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚
The Narayan Swamy report has summed up Jayalalitha’s mentality and what consequences the future holdsƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  for cordial relations between India and Sri Lanka in certain circumstances, beyond question as portrayed by the following analysis which is courageous and unequivocal on his part and augurs well forƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ all decent Indian with no chips on their shoulders over the Tamil Sinhala issue in Sri Lanka where the likes of Jayalalitha and her cronies are merely makingƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  seditious and inciting comments which sometimes tend to foment hostilities which still simmer despite the vanquishing of the Tamil Tigers in Sri Lanka and quite apathetic !!
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚
As quoted Mr Narayan Swamy has said
“ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The Sri Lankan football team was asked to go back. Another Sri Lankan student team also faced hostility. If this wasn’t enough, Tamil groups have taken upon themselves to oppose the visit of some 200 Sri Lankan pilgrims to Tamil Nadu.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ At this rate, will Jayalalithaa call for an end to India-Sri Lanka cricketing ties?

After all, if a football clash between two unknown teams – an event which would have gone unnoticed but for the chief minister’s action – can hurt “Tamil sentiments”, a high-profile cricket match between the national teams of India and Sri Lanka is bound to cause the same effect. (India won 4-1 an ODI series in Sri Lanka in as July-August and is set to visit Sri Lanka again.)

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ What more? Will New Delhi be asked to shut its high commission and two consulates in Sri Lanka? Maybe India should also sever trade links with Colombo. Will Indian tourists be told to boycott Sri Lanka?
In as much as none of these has any logic, the same applies to Jayalalithaa’s action against the football team.
It is one thing for the chief minister to rant against India’s military relations with Sri Lanka.

It is insane to tell ordinary Sri Lankans – whatever the ethnicity – that they are not welcome to Tamil Nadu on account of the supposed wrongs of the regime in Colombo.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ This would be akin to punishing the Indian Muslim today for whatever Mughal kings of an earlier period did.
The Indian government was wrong in stating that it would continue to provide “training” to Sri Lankan military officers. It was a badly worded statement. What should have been stated is that the Sri Lankans are among military personnel from many countries who come to India for routine refresher courses. India is not teaching these soldiers how to kill; they already know it. The only Sri Lankans India trained to kill belonged to Tamil groups including the LTTE.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚
Despite Islamabad’s undisguised backing to terrorist groups in India, no sensible Indian wants an end to people-to-people contacts with Pakistan. Nor has anyone said ‘no’ to Chinese investment since Beijing occupies Indian territory.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚
Jayalalitha’s actions – and those who think on similar terms – can only strengthen the Rajapaksa regime, which will point at Tamil Nadu to maintain its military presence in predominantly Tamil areas.

None of what is taking place in Tamil Nadu – which itself is linked to the traditional DMK-AIADMK rivalry – will prove in anyway useful to the ordinary Tamil in Sri Lanka. Many in Sri Lanka and around the world have legitimate concerns about human rights abuses and reconciliation issues there. There is nothing wrong if these are discussed threadbare – or if people feel frustrated vis-a-vis Colombo.

But the anti-Sri Lanka tendencies Jayalalithaa is fanning in Tamil Nadu will have long-term consequences — for India.”ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  end of quote

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ And quite rightly so Mr Narayan Swamy.
Thank you for your views in retrospect, for their impartialityƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ and may they continue !

So Tamil Madu has NO CHOICE. Its one racist group or another.

“The only Sri Lankans India trained to kill belonged to Tamil groups including the LTTE.”

12.5 million Sinhala Buddhist visitors from the South have toured Jaffna peninsula during the last three years, from July 2009 to August 2012, according to the statistics released by the statistics division of the occupying Sri Lankan military in Jaffna. Highest number of visits was recorded in August 2012, when more than 100,000 southerners visited the peninsula. At least 80,000 of these visitors have been to Nagadipa vihara at Nayinaatheevu, an islet off Jaffna during the last month. In the meantime, the Eezham Tamil people of the peninsula, numbering less than 600,000 and the resettling people of Vanni live in a parallel universe without communication with the visiting Sinhalese, who are looked after by the occupying SL military and ‘civil’ administration.

It is history repeating in Sri Lanka after 4000+ years when North Indian prince Rama sent his South Indian Monkey force to destroy Lanka and kidnap Rama’s former girlfriend Seetha who abandoned Rama and eloped with Ravana to Lanka according to the legend.
Today same members of the Vanara force (South Indians monkeys) are trying to repeat the history, but this time Ravan is more powerful with China on his side.
    Read the great epic

Hanuma saw Ravana’s house like heaven thrown upon earth, effulgent with glory, embedded with variety of diamonds covered by flowers of various trees, like the summit of a mountain covered by pollen. Thereafter that Hanuma nearing that city of Lanka worshipped by Rakshasas, ruled by arms of ten-headed Ravana, moving thereabout became very gloomy on not seeing that Seetha well worshipped by all and greatly conquered by the virtues of Her husband Sri Rama.

The leader of Vanaras saw those wives of Ravana with faces with radiance of moon, adorned with beautiful earrings, wearing jewellery and flower garlands which were not worn out. Hanuma saw wives of Ravana with skill in dance and musical instruments, who obtained the shoulders of Ravana wearing the best jewellery and being in sleep. He saw earrings of those women at the end of ears with embedded diamonds and cats eye gems and having golden colour.

On hearing the words of Sugreeva, Rama requests Hanuma to describe Lanka in detail. Hanuma gives a detailed description of Lanka as he saw it. “I am competent of crossing this ocean by all means, either by way of austerity or by forming a bridge or by drying up the ocean.” “Tell me how many citadels in Lanka are difficult of access, Oh, Hanuma! I desire to know all that, as though viewed with an eye.” “You had the opportunity to catch a glimpse of the size of the army, the fortification-details of the gates and citadels, the way in which Lanka was guarded and the various mansions of ogres.

Describe everything in accordance with facts, for you are skilled in all ways.” “Listen to me! I shall tell you everything–how the city of Lanka has been defended by the various methods of fortification and how it has been guarded by the troops.”

“I shall tell you the details of how the ogres are attached to their king, the excellent prosperity of Lanka generated by the glory of Ravana, the awfulness of the ocean, the division of the body of his forces and of animals like horses and elephants carrying his forces other than the infantry.” Saying so, Hanuma the foremost among monkeys, who knew the truth narrated as follows.

“The great Lanka was rejoiced and gayful, full of elephants in rut, abounding in chariots and inhabited by gangs of ogres.” “Four fairly big and extensive gates are fitted with strong doors along with huge beams for locking those gates.”

“Strong and mighty ballista capable of hurling darts and stones have been attached to them. The enemy troops which arrive there are warded off by those catapults at the very gates.” “Dangerous and sharp edged Sataghnis made of iron, forged by hordes of ogres, have been kept in readiness in hundreds at the gates. “A great rampart made of gold, which is difficult to assail with violence and is inlaid at intervals with gems, corals, cat’s eyes and pearls, encircle that Lanka.”

“Most awe-inspiring and fathomless moats (deep trenches) of great splendor, filled with cold water, infested with alligators and inhabited by fishes are there all round the city.” “Anterior to the gateways, there are four very extensive draw-bridges, equipped with numerous engines and furnished with many rows of buildings (built on the rampart and meant for those entrusted with the duty of guarding the entrances).” “Against the approach of the enemy forces there, the draw-bridges are protected by the aforesaid engines and the enemy-battalions are flung into the moats on every side.”

“The most important draw-bridge which is unshakable, firmly fastened very well and strong, is dazzling with numerous gold pillars and pedestals.” “Ravana, inclined to war and endowed with powers of the state, himself remains alert and in readiness to review the forces, Oh, Rama!” “Lanka therefore is impregnable, it is a celestial citadel, that inspires terror.

Surrounded by water and built on a mountain, it has four fold defenses including forest and artificial fortification.” “Lanka is situated on the other side of the ocean, which is difficult of access, Oh Rama! It offers no passage for vehicles either and there is no proper communication from all sides.” “That city of Lanka, resembling the city of Gods, is built on a mountain peak and is inaccessible.

That Lanka is abound with horses and elephants and is extremely difficult to conquer.” Deep trenches and Sataghnis too as well as engines of war of every kind adorn Lanka the city of wicked Ravana.” “Ten thousand ogres all carrying darts in their hands and warriors contending with swords, who are difficult to assail, are positioned at the eastern gate.”

“One hundred thousand of ogres, with an army of four limbs (viz. horses, foot soldiers, elephants and chariots) are positioned at the southern gate of the city. Warriors unsurpassed by others constitute that army.” One million troops arrived with shields and swords as well as proficient in the use of all mystic missiles, are positioned at the western gate.”

“A hundred millions of ogres, who are mounted in chariots or who ride on hoses, sons of distinguished families and greatly honored, are positioned there at the northern gate.” “Moreover, ogres hundreds of thousands in number, difficult to attack, aggregating to one and quarter of a crore of ogres are positioned at the central division.” “Those bridges were broken by me and the moats were filled up (with the wreckage). The city of Lanka was burnt by me and the defensive walls were pulled down.

A part of the army of the gigantic ogres was destroyed.” “By some way or other, let us cross the ocean. The city of Lanka should be assumed then as destroyed by the monkeys.”

“Oh, Rama! What is the use for the rest of the forces to you? Angada, Divida, Mainda, Jambavan, Panasa, Anala and Nila the commander-in-chief alone, by reaching that great city of Ravana leaping and storming Lanka with its mountains and woods, moats and archways, protective walls and buildings, will recover Seetha.”

“Order quickly to get all the forces accumulated accordingly. Let us set out at the appropriate moment.”

  4. Lorenzo Says:

    Neela,

Thanks for sharing that valuable info.

Obviously, Indians used to be JEALOUS of SL from those days onwards.

They destroyed this EXTREMELY PROSPEROUS SL out of sheer jealousy.

These dirt STILL celebrate their JEALOUS attack on prosperous Lanka.

    And repeating it.

The truth is Seetha WILLINGLY went with masculine Ravanan because she was unsatisfied with the poverty ridden, jealous, useless, impotent, woman beating Raman and Indians.

That made them even more jealous.

It is time we start treating Ravanan as the TRUE HERO and Raman and the dirt of monkies as evils.

What did they do to Seetha after forcibly capturing her (after killing her lover Ravanan)?

They threw her into fire!! Sathipooja!!

    Fortunately she escaped it.

Is it an accident some Tamils in SL worship Hanuman who destroyed SL?

Or are they grateful for his jealous attack?

Why India is not stopping Jeya, K’nidhi, Seman, Viko, MGR, illegal fishermen, illegal immigrants, LTTE, TESO, etc.?
Because they are the NEW Hanuman monkies used by India to attack SL !!

  6. thurai Says:

What Jeyalalitha do is a action of Terrorism without arms. Tamiladu assisted Tamil Youths to take arms against SLG.
At the same time they divided Tamil youths into many Groups. They destroy themself and Last Group LTTE
destroyed by Sl Armforces. But the persons who were behind the Tamil Groups are always safty and contacts
with Tamilnadu and Indian Politicians. .

LTTE never considered about Tamils life in Sri Lanka. They are safty life in western countries
Many Tamil Politicians in SL don´t consider about Tamils who live among Sinhalese but They are safty in North east or in Tamilnadu.
The action of Jeyalalitha isn´t cosidered about the safty of Tamilnadu and Indiens Tamils who live peacefully in Sri Lanka.

who take an action without considerig the safty of others life are Terrorist.

  7. Dham Says:

Ravan is too young for this Sita. Sita used to be a ex-actress did not have medicine for a long time and her anxieties cannot be cure by humans. Only Seeman can provide some medicine.

  8. thurai Says:

The incidents between Tamilnadu , India and Sri Lanka going on are work of LTTE.
Tamil Terrorism is well connected with world Terrorist. If Govt of India and Tamilnadu failed to
stop the backdoor activities of LTTE there will be another mullivaikkal in Tamilnadu.
How the some Tamil Leaders guided to Mullivaikkal in SL now Jeyalalitha Guides Tamilnadu.
