WE ARE SCEPTICAL ABOUT NAVI PILLAI’S VISIT IN THE MIDST OF NPC ELECTIONS AND CHOGM

The infamous UNHRC commissioner Navi Pillai is on her way to Sri Lanka on a fact finding mission has told Thomson Reuters Foundation by Email interview in her own words quoteƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…- I am going with an open mind and I plan to give a balanced preliminary assessment of my own impressions at the end of my visit unquote (Daily Mirror-23/8/2013).
This means, in other words, she acknowledges that she never had an open mind of ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Sri LankaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s situation all this time but imply she was prejudiced, biased and irresponsible ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ in her reporting to UNHRC about Sri Lanka at the past UNHRC Sessions. Will she continue to carry the same baggage (or garbage) on her visit which she was carrying on during the last few years as Commissioner of UNHRC parroted by the LTTE rump, dollar coughing Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, ICS group and alike so called humanitarian organisation funded by the west with vested interest albeit she says that she is coming with an open mind.
GoSL had already told that they have nothing to sweep under the carpet and is free to travel anywhere she pleases, meet any one she wishes. Where else in the world a horrendously biased fact finding person like Navi Pillay get a carte blancheƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ in any other country other than Sri Lanka. Knowing her past history as Commissioner of UNHRC, we doubt that her report will be an unbiased and balanced report as her acceptance of the ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ GovernmentƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s invitation after a lapse of two years ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ may be to time the Nothern Provincial Council Elections and the CHOGM.
If she wants to genuinely know the humanitarian programs and ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ actions implemented by the GoSL over the past four years, and to get firsthandƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ information she should speak to many of those Ex-LTTE combatants who have been rehabilitated and now ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ integrated ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ with the Sri Lankan society enjoying the dividends of freedom. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Her Speaking to TNA Parliamentarians is like listening to the TGTE, GTF. BTF and other LTTE rump organisations spread in the west which she is quite comfortable with.
We should not forget that Navi Pillai has still not stripped her Tiger Stripes and will use her visit to confirm what she has been parroting over the years against Sri Lanka. Hence, majority Sri Lankan ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ would be sceptical whether inviting her on a fact finding mission by GOSL ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ will be another ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’†’ƒ”š‚llang KaamakƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚.

Navi Pillai is here BECAUSE of the NPC elections & CHOGM – best timing for her self created Goal/agenda of helping Tamils of Tamil Nadu to remove “Institutionalised Discrimination” (Caste base), via Sri Lanka. GoSL has invited her knowing this time she cannot resist coming over ….
Wonder what the final outcome would be, but ‘illang kaamak’ is for sure.

We all are..in Lanka & abroad. This is NOT the opportune time for her visit, because it gives the impression to Tamils in Lanka that she is here to help their cause. Indirectly she is supporting & had becaome a beacon for Tamils & LTTE sympathizers. THIS IS THE ELECTION TIME in Lanka.
In a related matter, TODAY in Island Newspaper, President of Indian Media Unit..Mr. BALA BHASKER has reported, Sri Lanka will take a great leap forward in her economic dvelopment & soon will be a DEVELOPED COUNTRY. He blames tamils & war mongers STILL trying so hard to paint a dismall picture of Lanka.
Now he has visited & seen evry corner of the country incluing North & East. At least NOW Indian PM must beleive what Sri Lankan President says. India is still at fault for craeting problems for lanka, and OWES us US$200.BILLION for starting a war to de-stablize Lanka.
For now we hope ALL invities including India must attend the CHOGM, which Pakstan has said YES already & want more close DEFENSE partnership with lanka.
Remember it is CHINA & Pakistan & to a lesser extent USA, who helped us WIN THE WAR. Not India…
NOW it is time to TN politicians in India & Sri Lankan Tamils to keep heir mouths closed PAY ALLEGENCE TO ONE NATION < UNITED & FREE Under ONE FLAG..& ONE LEADER…..No other flags will be EVER allowwed to FLY in Lanka… May God Bles lanka & its people..Thank you all..Another expat from Canada expressing his two cents worth ~ J
