Hi Jan,

Thanks for your response . I really value that .
I have no doubt you believe what you say.
However, I do not think a brief visit , sponsored by a diaspora, unsurpassed in their capacity to manipulate & misinform, and meeting  activist arranged by them, is likely to give you a picture that even remotely resembles the truth. We, my family and I and many like us , are victims of the terror your sponsors funded that forced us out of Sri Lanka. Now,as SL is just getting back on it’s feet, they are using the likes of you to relaunch mayhem in SL.
Please listen to the attached u tubes to hear from  the most famous Tamil son of Sri Lanka, Muttiah Muralidaran who took 800 test wickets before retiring about how PM Cameron of UK was mislead in a brief visit such as what you did and the questionable credibility of the many assertions that are being made and were made to Cameron and very likely to you. Also pay heed to Murali’s  philosophy, quoting Jesus Christ , “forget and forgive and move on”.
Please Jan , let that country do that.
Achievements in  post war  Ethnic reconciliation and post war reconstruction, in that country is phenomenal and unprecedented in human history any where in the world.
Please let Sri Lanka get on it’s feet again for all Sri Lankan’s be it Sinhalese , Tamil , Muslim or Burgher. As Murali said, let them get food on the table, a roof over their heads , education for their children , with sport and cricket  for recreation and reconciliation.
For four years since the end of the war 20 million Sri Lankans have enjoyed these and  enjoyed most of all what they cherished most, and what they did not enjoy for over three decades, the most fundamental of all human rights, the right to life. Please don’t let yourself be used to threaten this most fundamental human right once again to this 20 million.
Please don’t let yourself be used to take away from 20 million Sri Lankan’s  what 4 million New Zealanders take for granted.
I would be happy to engage with you further on Sri Lanka and on human rights in general.
Best regards,
Chula Rajapakse MNZM

Spa dear Chula,
Thank you for your letter. I have been to Sri Lanka and I have spoken to human rights activists and people who have been detained and tortured by the government you seem to support.
Kind regards,
Jan

 Hon John Key MP,
Prime Minister of New Zealand
Dear Mr. Key,
Jan Logie  Green MP  in her maiden address to the NZ parliament on 12th of February 2012, described herself as a lefty, feminist, lesbian and admitted to ” having  gone off the rails in the past”.

Sadly, really sadly her recent  call in parliament  for NZ to support calls for an international investigations on Sri Lanka makes me fear that history is repeating itself.

Thankfully  we are confident that the responsible administration that NZ is lucky to have presently is unlikely to let NZ “go off the rails”, by paying heed to Jan’s calls.

Jan, should  inform herself  that SL has  come out of over three decades of the most brutal terrorism and what it has achieved in the four years since, in ethnic reconciliation and post war reconstruction , is unprecedented in human history.

She should not let her self  be mislead by terrorist diaspora who are only conniving to use the likes of her to re-launch chaos in Sri Lanka .

With our best wishes to you and your administration in this election year,
Sincerely,

 Dr. Chula Rajapakse MNZM

Spokesperson
