ධර්මසිරි සෙනෙවිරත්න
හිවලුන් වන්නේ රටට ද්රොහිවූ සිහලුන්ය බාහු ජී.එල්. රාජිත රනිල් චන්ද්‍රිකා ආදීන්ය. තවලම් ගිය අවලම්මුය. සුදු නෙලුම් කාරයෝය. අලිමංකඩ පාමංකඩ නො හදුනන්නොය… මුන්ට වඩා ටිබෙට් ජාතික මහින්ද හාමුදුරුවොත් . ලොරෙන් සෝ ත් .. සිංහල යය් අපි කියමු. ඒ ගැන දැනට ඇති.
1821 වන තුරුත් සිංහලේ ඉඩම් විකිණීම තහනම්ව පැවතුනි. උකස්කර ථිබූ ඉඩමක් වසර 100 කින් පසුව වුවද නිදහස් කර ගැනීමට එදා හැකිව තිබුනේය. එහෙත් 1821 01 14 දින බාන්ස් ආණ්ඩුකාරයා පංඅවූ නියෝගය අනුව උඩරට ඉඩම් මරක්කලයන්ට මිලට ගැනීමට ඉඩ සලසන ලදී. මහා ජාතියට විරුද්ධව සුළු වාර්ගිකයන් උසිගැන්වීම සුද්දාගේ අරමුණ විය,. මේ අතර සිංහලයාට අරක්කු හා අබින් පුරුදුකරවා බංකලොත් වීමට සලස්වා ඔවුන්ගේ ඉඩම් මරක්කලයින්ට හා හෙට්ටින්ට අයිති වීමට ඉඩ සලසන ලදී. මුලදී අරක්කු දුන්නේ නොමිලයේය. 1840 රජයේ ඉඩම් වලට අනවසරයෙන් ඇතුල් වීමේ පනතත් 1844 මායිම් විනිශ්චය කිරීමේ පනතත් 1897 මුඩුබිම් පනතත් මගින් සිංහලේ ඉඩම් ඉංග්‍රීසින් විසින් කොල්ලකන ලදී.1840 පනතේ 7 වගන්තියෙන් හේන ප්‍රයෝජනයට ගැනීම තහනම් බව නිශ්චිත වම කියා ඇ ත. අක්කරය සිලිම් 5-10 අතර ගණනකට උඩරට ඉඩම් කොල්ලකා උඩරට සිංහලයන් අන්ත අසරණ තත්වයට පත් කර ඉන්දියාවෙන් ගෙන එන ලද කම්කරුවන්ට අපේ උරුමය පාවා දෙනලදී. අසරංඅවූ සිංහල උඩරැටියන් සමහරු කොලනිවලට ගාල් කරන ලද අතර , සමහරු කොළඹ හාමුලාගේ මන්දිරවල ආවතේව සඳහා ”’මැ නිකා ලා , බන්ඩ ලා”’ ලෙස ගෙනයනලදී. කොලනිවලට ගාල් කලේ කළු සුද්දනුත් සුද්දනුත් උඩරටින් අල්ලාගත් ඉඩම් අයිතිකාරයන්ට ආපසු දීමට සිදුවෙයය් බියෙනි අනාගත සැලැස්මක් තිබුනේ නම් කවදා හෝ දෙමළුන් මේ සිංහලයන් එළවා නොදමනු පිණිස වැඩ කටයුතු යෙදිය යුතුව තිබුනේය.
1833 වන විටත් යාපනේ ස්ථිර පදිංචියක් ඇති ජනතාවක් නොසිටි බව කොල්බ්රුක් කොමිසම ඉදිරියේ සාක්ෂි දුන් කලෙක්ටර්වරයා පවසා ඇත. එහි සිටියේ කලින්කලට ඉන්දියාවෙන් යන එන සන්ක්රමනිකයන්ය. මේ නිසා යාපනෙන් ස්ථිර ආදායමක් ලබාගත නොහැකි වූ හෙයින් කුලීවදට ගෙනා කම්කරුවන් එහි පදිංචි කර තෙසවලමි නීතියෙන් විශේෂ රැකවරනද ලබා දුන්හ. අදටත් මේ වෙසවලමි අහෝසිකිරීමට එකෙක් මේ රටේ නැත.
මත්පැන් පිලිකුල්කල උඩරට ජනතාව බීමත්කමට ඇබ්බැහිවීම ගැන බ්‍රිතාන්‍ය රජය වකිවයුතුබව ග්රෙගර්ය් ආණ්ඩුකාරයා විසි 1882 දී පැවසුවේය. උන් 1850 දී ප්‍රථම අබින් හල අරඹා 1905 වනවිට අලෙවිහල් 65ක් මගින් විවුර්ත කළහ. රාත්තල් 850 න් පටන්ගෙන මේ අතර තුර 20000 දක්වා ආනයනය වැඩි කළහ.. මෙසේ අසරණ කල උඩ රටියන්ගේ ගම්බිම් අයිති වුයේ ඉංග්‍රීසින්ට උදව් කල පහතරට රෙන්දකාරයන්ටත් මරක්කලයන්ටත්ය. . මේ කොල්ලය හදවත් කම්පා කරවය්. 1880-1892 තුල පමණක් වී බදු ගෙවා ගත නොහකිවූ උදරටියන්ගේ ඉඩම් අක්කර 37751 ක් වෙන්දේසි කරන ලදී. උඋව පළාතේ දිසාපති එෆ්. සී ෆිෂර් 1888 පාලන වාර්තාවේ මෙසේ දක්වය්.”” බදු නොගෙවීම නිසා අත්පත් කරගත් ඉඩම් වෙන්දේසි කිරීම නැවත පටන් ගන්නා ලදී, උදපලාතේ ඉඩම් 23ක් අක්කරය( රුපියල් වලින් .) රු.. 4 බැගින්ද දම්බවිනි පළාතේ ඉඩම් 28ක් 3.50 ගන්නේද විකුණන ලදී. මුස්ලිමුන් සහ පහතරට සිංහලයන් විසි මේ සියලුම ඉඩම් මිලට ගන්නා ලදී.”””’…………… වී බදු නොගෙවීම නිසා ඌ ව උඩු කිද දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ ඉඩම් වලින් සියට විසි දෙක හමාරක් වෙන්දේසි කරන ලදී. —- ද එවික්ෂන්ස් -. මින් අක්කර 694ක් පහත රට සිංහලයන් ද 446ක් මුස්ලිම් හා දෙමළුන්ද මිලට ගත හ මේ වෙන්දේසිය නිසා පවුල් 2930 ක් එනම් පුද්ගලයන් 14650 ක් අතර මන් වුඋහ. අතරමන් වුඋවන් පළාතේ ජනගහනයෙන් 49% කි. 6 00 කට පළාත අතහැර යාමට සිදුවිය..—- 2000 පමණ අලුත් ගැනුම්කරුවන්ගේ කුලී කාරයන් බවට පත් වූ අතර 127 දෙනෙක් යන එනමන් නැතිව අතර මන් වුහ ——-land tenure පිටුව 119——.

Who ever what says, I still think, as Mahinda Rajapakse has to leave, Gotabaya Rajapakse. Champika Ranawaka, Sarath Fonseka like people would be the best.
All other rajapakses are burdon to the country.

Whole of the ruling clan should leave, if not even the runaviruwo will be drug addicts. It is already happening. They celebrated SL’s independance with the Indian Tamils under the Indian flag. They will not get a single vote from them even though they foolishly and without knowing helped them to establish the Indian hegemony in the hill country which rightfully belong to the Kandiyans (bandas and menikes)

He was one of the BIGGEST pro-TE TRITORS as he was a VERY SENIOR minister of the CFA-LTTE govt (2001 to 2004)!
People gave him the punishment he deserved in 2010 by voting MORE to PABA than to this traitor. Even Mervyn Silva won more votes than this traitor!

Anura D is another TRAITOR. Instead of supporting the govt. war effort he tried to disrupt it.
Then he joined Gonzeka-NGO clan and discredited SL.
He made JVP go bankrupt from 39 seats when he took over to just 5 seats (others are UNPs). If country goes to such a political bankrupt everything is DOOMED.
These people (Karu and Anura D) are in political SUNSET.

What Lorenzo saying is not the correct thing.
Fonskea may not have been experienced. Other wise, Fonseka was better than MR.
Mr also had facts with TNA, MR had worked with JVP. TNA gave support to Fonseka in order to divide the camp.

Nanda: the system is what west is doing.
they say it is democracy. but, the system is for majority and for the christians/catholics. IT is very difficult for others to break the barrier. One thing is they have to pay taxes and bills and also they came there because they were ambitious. So, it is not easy. They talk something do something. system is made in such a way no one else go up except their people. THAT SHOULD BE THE WAY.
All these people scream are very ambitious. Get them to pay taxes.

Gonzeka joined LTTE (=TNA) for the election.
He blamed our heroes for “war crimes” (“Gota ordered to shoot”).
He was financed by US funded NGOs.
He joined other ANTI-SL terrorists (Paky Sara, Sunanda, Jehan, etc.).
He won ONLY in Tamil majority areas. Clearly he was pro-TE. LTTE TGTE Poop-pilley endorsed Gonzeka not for no reason.
MR didn’t have ANY PACT with TNA unlike Gonzeka. MR had a pact with JVP but the SUBVERSIVE JVP faction dishonored it.

Just look at what happened to SL. Today it is a KUDU divaina. Even ranaviruwos are drug addicts. I have proof. And there is no law and order. SL has descended to the lowest level and if allowed to continue for some more time it will go to the point of no return. Who are responsible for this situation?. The duo MR & GR. Both have pumped up egos. Therefore both should go. Let the people decide whom they want. Uva willbe a good indicator.

GR doing his BEST to rid the country of drugs.
e.g. SO MANY drug dealers and DRUG hauls were arrested recently. UNPRECEDENTED in history. RECORD breaking.
Even DMJ’s drug container was arrested. But it was the MINISTRY OF JUSTICE that didn’t pursue the matter. The minister of justice will be backing the UNP candidate at the next election!
Just to remind you when Kudu Jayasuriya was a SENIOR UNF MP, the police chief was a pal of drug dealers! He was sacked by CBK when he was caught at a drug dealer’s party.
Potta Naufer the biggest drug dealer then was operating from KJ’s Gampaha district!
2. Law and order
True SL has to improve but SL has the BEST LAW & ORDER situation in south Asia! Please read the law and order index.
Just to remind you SL was a FAILED STATE when GR took over from Karu Jayasuriya’s UNF govt. It took him a few years to change it. By 2009 GR overcome that.
GR is doing his best. MINISTRY OF JUSTICE should also come to the party. But they don’t. IF KJ becomes president Rauf Hackhim will be his god as it happened in 2001-2004. Then it will be worse.
3. I have criticised when GR did blunders (e.g. Weliweriya). But in the overall he is the ONLY one working.
Don’t dump MR’s blunders on GR.
4. What is KJ’s position on 13 amendment? SILENCE? What a coward. GR has made his position clear – 13 MUST GO.

Until your last line I was thinking you insulted an Hon. MP endorsed by mahanayaka’s for nothing. But could you explain to me the strange relationship between GR and famous MP Duminda?.
I have tried my best to meet GR and his bro on official matters and even written on it to no avail. I now know when people in other countries reconfirm their faith on us by giving us assignments lead by me on significant projects, our ‘buggers’ have no concern for us. Anyway that is their style. Let us change it.

There is NO strange relationship between GR and Duminda. GR is the UDA boss. GR has done many good things in Colombo city (some stupid things too). MOST of GR’s work in Colombo City involves dealing with shanty dwellers, etc. Duminda Silva is a STAKEHOLDER among these people. He is the MOST POPULAR politician among them after Premathasa. For this reason, the UDA chief deals with him at a professional level.
FYI Duminda Silva engaged in various criminal work while he was in KJ’s party!! As Deputy leader, he took NO action.
Didn’t KJ cross over to MR’s party for a ministry? And didn’t he cross back when that ministry was given to someone else?
Soon his DEPUTY post will also go! Alas! Sajith will be the prince to replace him.

I live in SL in heart and soul.
I’m no defender of Dumbinda Silva. But it is a FACT that he got TWICE MORE VOTES than KJ. And he represents shanty dwellers who are MOST affected by development work of UDA.
Anyway KJ stands NO CHANCE of contesting the presidential election let alone winning it. Soon he will lose the deputy leader post as well.
