Why was Ranil invited to GTF, TGTE Forum?

Construction, Engineering Services Housing and Common Amenities Minister Wimal Weerawansa yesterday questioned the motive behind the invitation extended to Opposition Leader Ranil Wickremesinghe to take part in the forum organized by the Global Tamil Forum (GTF) and the Transnational Government of Tamil Eelam (TGTE) in Malaysia this week.
He said that the GTF and TGTE have organized a mega forum in Malaysia this week with the objective of electing a President and Defence Secretary to this imaginary utopian state.
The minister added that these forces are in operation to defeat President Mahinda Rajapaksa at the forthcoming Presidential election as he would never allow these forces to carve out a Separate State in the North.
Minister Weerawansa was speaking at the inauguration of Phase 6 of the Divi Neguma National Program at Korathota in the Kaduwela Divisional Secretariat Division. Minister Weerawansa said that the UNP Government granted outright ownership of the land at Iranawila and all equipments being brought to Iranawila was prevented from being inspected by the Sri Lanka customs by the UNP Government. It has become a major US spying outpost in the region,” he said.
Minister Weerawansa said that Sri Lanka is in the forefront in all sectors of the economy in relation to the South Asian region. Weerawansa added that Sri Lanka has witnessed development in all sectors under the government led by President Mahinda Rajapaksa. The Minister said that President JR Jayawardene granted outright ownership of the land to the United States at Iranawila to establish Voice of America.

Allegations without action means it is a lie or the govt. is not finding it suspicious.
Take action. Investigate. Punish wrong doers. People cannot be fooled at the election with these. For the people, the tiger is DEAD.

This dirty, lousy traitor should be charged with treason, and thrown in jail. Is it not treason to communicate and meet with banned terrorist organizations?. Our govt is too soft. If there are patriotic lawyers it’s time they rise up and filed law suits against Ranil W. He is used to lying from his days at Royal College, even then class mates would not trust him.
