 In the first part of this article readers were enlightened the carnage being carried out by the 100 days Sirisena’s” brothers mafia robbing and exercising a monopoly of natural resources , causing hardships and hazards to the people of the North Central Province. Let us now examine what this 100 days Sirisena”, the supreme agent of Sri Lanka’s anti national and treacherous forces says in his 100 points promissory note to be implemented within his pipedream 100 days.

Points 1 to 17 are slightly modified borrowings from the 2015 budget proposals which are now being successfully implemented by President Mahinda Rajapaksa government and there is nothing new or a new concept in these points.  Again, points 20 to 25 covers pension schemes already being implemented by the government and introduced and proposed in the 2015 budget.

In points 18 and 19 he indicates that it is sub-standard fertilizer that is being provided by the government as fertilizer subsidy and he will take steps to provide high quality fertilizer.  If the fertilizer provided under the subsidy scheme is sub-standard fertilizer why he did not take any action to rectify this situation during the period he functioned as the Minister of Agriculture and who was responsible for introducing this sub-standard fertilizer? Isn’t it he who was responsible and what damage it may have caused to our agricultural sector?

He has not made any significant proposal about the Health Sector and it may be because he praised President Mahinda Rajapaksa during the committee stage debate of the budget for gradually increasing allocations for the improvement of the Health Sector.  In response to criticisms made by MP Sajith Premadasa he said that the United National Party government of Ranil Wickremasinghe in which Sajith Premadasa function as the Deputy Minister of Health allocated only Rs. 25 Million for the health sector and the President has increased the allocation for the sector from Rs. 120 Million in 2014 to Rs. 160 Million in the 2015 budget.  He has also avoided making any reference to the low quality Saline, Injection Vials and other sub-standard medicine alleged to have been imported by him while being the Minister of Health.

There is no mention about Senaka Bibile drugs policy which he promised umpteen times to implement expeditiously while he was the Minister of Health and is being accused of shelving it on the behest of drug cartels.  The former Health Minister Mr. Nimal Siripala de Silva addressing a media conference recently with documentary evidence showed that all legal steps were finalized for introducing this drugs policy” while he was the Minister of Health and it has not been introduced for reasons unknown to him.

The most striking point is that there is no mention in this 100 points proposal promising for safeguarding the unitary status and the territorial integrity of this country which is a life and death issue for not only all Sri Lankans living in this country at present but even for our posterity. All other points mentioned in this 100 points document is just illusory I will do”, I will make” statements and not worthy of addressing specifically.

After he issued this 100 points illusory policy framework or the eyewash proposal the so-called agent of the anti Sri Lankan, Tamil diaspora and neo colonial forces has entered into several agreements with chauvinist, extremist and separatist forces which are extremely detrimental for the existence of Sri Lanka as a unitary and sovereign state.

It was revealed earlier at the very beginning of the presidential campaign that the prat-fallen politically discarded and revengeful old hag Chandrika Kumaratunge and the so-called opposition candidate 100 days Sirisena” held a secret meeting with Tamil National Alliance leader R.Sambandan together with MP A.Sumanthiran and it was agreed in this meeting to extend TNA’s support to Sirisena with three main promises representing amalgamating North and East as one province, devolve Police and Land powers to this province and making A.Sumanthiran as a powerful Minister in the Sirisena government (the Minister of Economic Development).  It was also reported that they agreed to keep this agreement secret until the election since it could affect the southern voting.

In an interview with the international TV Channel Al Jazaeera recently the leader of the British based illegal Transnational Government of Tamil Eelam Suren Surendran said that the defeat of President Mahinda Rajapaksa would enable them to take him before war crimes tribunals and hence they have reposed their trust and faith in the opposition common candidate Maithripala Sirisena.

It is in this background that the TNA leader R.Sambandhan called a media conference yesterday and announced their support to 100 days Sirisena” saying that re-election of President Rajapaksa should be defeated to put a stop to his ongoing projects. The President who loves Sri Lanka more than his own life has indicated umpteen time that he will not allow either the revival of tiger terrorism or any form of separatism to raise their ugly heads in this country and he will defeat all such efforts even at the risk of his own life.

Practically implementing this pledge was evidently displayed recently with the discussions he held with the Sri Lanka Muslim Congress and in the outright rejection of their demand for a separate administrative district covering Potuvil, Ampara and Kalmunai in the Eastern coastal belt.  This was a bold and right decision taken by the President for which Sri Lankans will be grateful for him for several generations to come.

This country should ever remain as a single, unitary state in which there should never be community based areas and anyone borne in this country should be able to live freely in any part of the country, should be able to travel freely to any part of the country without any hindrance and practice any religion without any form of duress or coercion.  TNA and the SLMC should clearly understand this factor and refrain from misleading their communities and creating unwanted and undue inter-communal frictions for their petty political objectives.

It is reported from Toronto, London and some other western countries that with the announcement made by Sambandan yesterday photographs and drinking mugs showing Prabhakaran and Maithripala together have appeared in shops and restaurants run by tiger terrorists elements.  This itself shows the TNA support to Sirisena was a part of the international coalition to defeat President Mahinda Rajapaksa.

Under these circumstances we Sri Lankans are now in a critical juncture whether we should remain free, unitary and a sovereign nation or should once again be slavish to the foreign powers under a government run by foreign slavish unpatriotic elements and allow the international forces to exploit the resources of our country.  (End)
