   Very very short-memoried and very very short-sighted Sinhalese probably remember
   a patriotic monk called Gangodawila Soma Thero.

   He was also lured to his death by the dark forces who rule
   Sri Lanka. Madulowave Sobitha’s patriotism was questionable but at the time I thought his death
   was a bit mysterious when Sri Lankan hospitals could have easily treated his illness he was sent to singapore.
   Maybe honorary doctorate was too obvious to use?
