Govt. to expedite investigations against MR, family

The government has reportedly decided to expedite investigations into allegations faced by former President Mahinda Rajapaksa and his family.
This decision follows complaints lodged with the government by backbench UNPers who pointed out that the investigations against the former president and his family members were proceeding at an extremely slow pace and this despite the government having already completed two and a half years in office.
Several ministers have pointed out that for the government to maintain its credibility it was imperative that action was taken to expedite proceedings against those persons who had allegations of corruption levelled against them immediately. These views were expressed at a cabinet meeting held last week.

Sirisena must save the SLFP by HOOK OR BY CROOK.
There cannot be an ALTERNATIVE party to the SLFP because it helps UNP. My3 must ensure ALL DIVISIVE SEPARATIST elements within the SLFP are NEUTRALIZED.
IF anyone is unhappy about the SLFP leadership, take it up WITHIN the SLFP CONSTITUTION. They changed the SLFP constitution in 2006 and now LIVE WITH IT.

Sirisena CAN ONLY “SAVE” the SLFP by HANDING its Leadership BACK to MR!
Sirisena will not do it VOLUNTARILY.
Sirisena will HAVE TO BE COMPELLED to do it by MASS DEFECTION of the rest of the SLFP MPs to the JO led by MR.

According to the SLFP party constitution the president of the country (IF a SLFP member) automatically becomes the SLFP leader.
MR made this change in 2006.
Either way SLFP MUST NOT be divided.

Who the hell cares if the SLFP remains UNDIVIDED, but SUPPORTS the DESTRUCTIVE Yamapalana program in return for scraps of dog bone from Ranil-Baba’s table?
Patriots would rather have MOST of the SLFP MPs DEFECTING to the JO so that the Yamapalanaya cannot FORM a functioning government with a SIMPLE MAJORITY, much less one with 2/3 MAJORITY.
Patriotic UNP MP’S would be welcome to DEFECT to the JO too, and ESCAPE the LOOMING TSUNAMI of voter discontent.
