You just\nhave the foresight to know it might come your way!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Things you should actually buy ahead of time (not sure\nwhat the obsession with toilet paper is?):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022&nbsp;Kleenex,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022&nbsp;Paracetamol,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022&nbsp;whatever your generic, mucus thinning *cough\nmedicine* of choice is&nbsp;(check the label and make sure you&#8217;re not\ndoubling up on Paracetamol)&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022&nbsp;*Honey and lemon* can work just as well!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022&nbsp;*Vicks* vaporub for your chest is also a great\nsuggestion.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022&nbsp;*a humidifier* would be a good thing to buy and use\nin your room when you go to bed overnight. (You can also just turn the shower\non hot and sit in the bathroom breathing in the steam).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>*If you have a history of asthma* and you have a\nprescription inhaler, make sure the one you have isn\u2019t expired and refill\nit\/get a new one if necessary.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022&nbsp;*Meals* This is also a good time to meal prep:&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>make a big batch of your favorite\nsoup to freeze and have on hand.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>*Hydrate (drink!) hydrate, hydrate!*\nStock up on whatever&nbsp; your favorite clear fluids are to drink &#8211; though tap\nwater is fine you may appreciate some variety!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>*For symptom management* and a fever\nover 38\u00b0c, take Paracetamol rather than Ibuprofen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022&nbsp;*Rest lots*.&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>You should not be leaving your\nhouse!&nbsp; Even if you are feeling better you may will still be infectious\nfor fourteen days and older people and those with existing health conditions\nshould be avoided!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>*Wear gloves and a mask* to avoid\ncontaminating others in your house<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>*Isolate* in your bedroom if not\nliving alone, ask friends and family to leave supplies outside to avoid\ncontact.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>*Sanitize* your bed linen and<\/strong><strong>\nclothes frequently by washing and clean your bathroom with recommended\nsanitizers.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>*You DO NOT NEED TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL unless* you are having\ntrouble breathing or your fever is very high (over 39\u00b0C) and unmanaged with\nmeds.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>90% of healthy adult cases thus far have been\nmanaged at home with basic rest\/hydration\/over-the-counter meds.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>*If you are worried or in distress or feel\nyour symptoms are getting worse*&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>*Preexisting risks* If you have a pre-existing lung condition\n(COPD, emphysema, lung cancer) or are on immunosuppressants, now is a great\ntime to talk to your Doctor or specialist about what they would like you to do\nif you get sick.<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>*Children-* One major relief to you parents\nis that kids do VERY well with coronavirus\u2014 they usually bounce back in a few\ndays&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>(but they will still be infectious), Just use pediatric\ndosing<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>*Be calm and prepare rationally* and\neverything will be fine.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>[4\/1, 10:04 PM] Karen Allen:&nbsp;This\nis to inform us all that the pH for corona virus varies from 5.5 to 8.5.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>All we need to do, to beat corona virus, we\nneed to take more of an alkaline foods that are above the above pH level of the\nVirus.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Some of which are:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;*Lemon &#8211; 9.9pH*&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;*Lime &#8211; 8.2pH*&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;*Avocado &#8211; 15.6pH*&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;*Garlic &#8211; 13.2pH*&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;*Mango &#8211; 8.7pH*&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;*Tangerine &#8211; 8.5pH*&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;*Pineapple &#8211; 12.7pH*&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;*Dandelion &#8211; 22.7pH*&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;*Orange &#8211; 9.2pH*&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How do you know you have coronavirus?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. *Itching in the throat,*&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. *Dry throat,*&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. *Dry cough.*&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.&nbsp; &nbsp;High temperature&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.&nbsp; &nbsp;Shortness of breath<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.
