The trustee of the Unit Trust fund is a Proprietary Limited Company. The members of the Tamil Community were invited to become investors in this trust and many have done so. The investors in this trust fund are the owners of the property in proportion to the value of their monetary investment in the Trust fund&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The interested parties query whether the Association still carries the name Eelam, a separate country for which the Tamil Tigers fought for 30 years and also whether it is in order for an approved registered charity to plan to pay dividends to the would-be investors. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sena Welikala &#8211; Carrom Downs, Australia.
