The Learned Judges rejected\nthe  strongest arguments by the Petitioners  and refused to \ntake it  up for further consideration.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This\ndecision has now provided an excellent opportunity with Executive Powers \nto the President Gotabaya Rajapakse to embark on new  projects and\/or\ncontinue the existing previously neglected revenue earning small, medium and\nlarge scale capital investments.    Mrs Anuradha Yahampath, the\nGovernor of Eastern Province and Mrs P S M Charles, the Governor of Northern\nprovince have turned the two provinces to improve the unemployment problems and\nliving standards  of Tamils, Muslims and minority Sinhalese.\nThe    neglected private  and State Corporations as well as\nnew industries have been started, those who did nothing but created hatred\nagainst minority Sinhalese will have their days numbered.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr\nWimal Weerawansa, <\/strong>the Minister of Industries is one of\nbusiest Ministers performing difficult tasks, especially in Northern and\nEastern Provinces, in co-ordination with the Governors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nPresident Gotabaya need uninterrupted free-hand to do what he plan to achieve. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On\nthe other hand, though Mr Mahinda Rajapakse became the Prime Minister again in\nNovember, 2019 his new tenure as Prime Minister of a new Parliament has still\nnot begun. Is this  a bonus period for him for 50 years of service to\nthe nation?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
