Responding to Chamuditha\nSamarawickrema on \u2018Salakuna\u2019 on \u2018Hiru\u2019, the former Prime Minister said that he\nhad spoken with Singapore-based Mahendran. Asked when the conversation had\ntaken place, the UNP leader said recently. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Isn\u2019t it\nobvious that Ranil definitely knows where this fugitive is hiding. Since Ranil\nhas taken personal responsibility at the cabinet as well as in the Parliament\ndoesn\u2019t amount to standing surety against this culprit. &nbsp;As such isn\u2019t it\nmandatory that Ranil is legally bound to produce this man in court or face\narrest for not fulfilling his duty before a court under the law.
