The Rajapaksa\nfamily is Stronger than the Sigiriya Rock. Because they have not done wrong and\nno harm to others, they have come out of being pushed aside from governance by\nthe conspiracies of the minority politicians and the anti-Rajapaksa forces and\nthe R2R schemers and LTTE front lobby over the last 4 1\/2 years. Loyal\nSLFP\/SLPP stalwarts and party sympathizers will always stand by President\nGotabaya Rajapaksa, PM Mahinda Rajapaksa, Basil Rajapaksa and their family. The\nrecent general elections show the faith the Sri Lankans had in them by giving\nthe 2\/3 majority in parliament as requested by President Gotabaya Rajapaksa at\nthe August 5th., general elections. It was great of the National Organizer of\nSLPP, Basil Rajapaksa to express gratitude to those who stood with them to form\nthe SLPP and during the local government elections in 2018 and in a surprise\nresult, the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna led by former president and the new PM\nMahinda Rajapaksa, came first by winning 40% of the votes and securing the most\nnumber of seats and local authorities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

That was the\nbegining of the “come back”<\/strong> to the Rajapaksa family.  The\nNational Organizer of the SLPP expressed these gratitude during his apprearance\nin the “SALAKUNA” TV programe broadcasted yesterday (10.08.2020), by\nHiru TV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PM. Mahinda\nRajapaksa should at least now understand who the backstabbers\u201d from within the\nSLFP and those who surrounded him at his peak of power were. Opportunitic\npoliticians and individuals of all communities have already started to gather\naround him and his family with selfish and ulterior motives, not with the\n“TRUE LOVE” to dfefend our “maathruboomiya”, Sri Lanka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PM Mahinda\nRajapaksa should have also known who the political cut-throats and\nopportunistic individuals of the Muslim and Tamil communities are. President\nMahinda Rajapaksa should never, never, never ever tolerate them in the future.\nThe Rajapaksa brothers should also be alert to new faces who will now gather\naround them and creep into the center of governance to benefit themselves and\ntheir kith and kin at the expences of longstanding and loyal supporters of the\nRajapaksa family. In politics these things happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This\nhappened to late Madam Sirimavo Bandaranike, to J.R. Jayawardene, to Kamraj, to\nMujibu Rahuman, to Zulfikar Ali Butto and many other leaders who were loved by\ntheir people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their\nnear kith and kin became victims of their opponents, both political and\notherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yet\nthey came back or their next of kin came back to power by the grace of God\nAllMighty as long as they were clean. It was only a matter of time. The\nRajapaksa brothers\/family are back in power to govern Sri Lanka for the next\ndecade by the Grace of God AllMighty.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
