While we as SriLankan\nrespect your views as the PM, and former national Boxing champion, and I being\na Tamil from SriLanka, Australian would like to loosen certain secrets of what\nis happening in SriLanka right from 1948. I can only refer to certain web sites\nand blogs for your government executives to read and digest rather throw it\ninto the bin, which then will project the true value given by Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ref: <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/pm.gc.ca\/en\/news\/statements\/2020\/07\/23\/statement-prime-minister-anniversary-black-july\"><em>https:\/\/pm.gc.ca\/en\/news\/statements\/2020\/07\/23\/statement-prime-minister-anniversary-black-july<\/em><\/a><em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Driver for the 1983 riots<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Vellupillai\nPrabakaran (VP) was the leader of the LTTE, the worst terrorist among the group\nof terrorists in the world. VP right from 1978 wanted racial riots to flare up\nso that he can get international support from sympathy. However, he knew that\nhe had little support from Tamil Diaspora and particularly from Canada. He knew\nthe weakness of the western world and the willingness of the west to destroy SL.\nThe island is located in a strategic location in the Indian Ocean which gives\nthem a military advantage for dominating the SE Asian region. USA and China are\ngreedy of military dominance, which paves the way to access indirectly. Maybe\nthe people in SL are fools like wilder beast herd but some intellectuals can\nunderstand what is going on in the west. However, it is a pity that some of\nthese can be bought through kickbacks and bribes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As said above the 1983\nincident was initiated by VP to drive a racial riot so that the western nations\nwill openly show their hostility towards SL. 13 military soldiers were blown up\nwith bombs in Tirunelveli in Jaffna which is a major road that links\nKankesanthurai to Jaffna. The corpses were taken to Colombo by the military and\ncremated. Every human suffers from a certain kind of psychological weakness and\npsychiatric issues. This incident was reacted with violence. I do not think\nthat as a person I will support a racial riot, however, such psychiatric nourished\npatients like VP should have been eliminated by the people\/military in the\nfirst place. Sir, you will agree that any person who attempts to commit suicide\nsuffers from some degree of psychiatric disorder. In the USA and Canada, if\ncorrect, I believe police personal are sent for psychiatric evaluation if they\nshoot a civilian. In cognitive science (CS) area quote: CS is the interdisciplinary study of mind\nand intelligence, embracing philosophy, psychology, artificial intelligence,\nneuroscience, linguistics, and anthropology. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not only this incident, but LTTE cadre members also carried\nout machine gun shooting in Anuradhapura bus station killing several Sinhala\ncivilians. I cannot list all the killing here in this document. During the riots in 1983, several Tamil families were given refuge by\nSinhala Buddhist families in their homes and protected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, the\nconclusion is that the entire riot and killing was instigated and indirectly\ninculcated and intoxicated by the LTTE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Migration<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Subsequently, VP\nordered some of his cadres to migrate to Canada and the UK in the name of\nrefugees so that they can work for him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sir, it is certain and\nknown that LTTE cadre in the rank of, Captain, intelligence and other officers\nare hiding in Toronto, which may not be known to the Canadian government.\nCanada opens up her arms to all. It is known that certain engineers and others\nwho came into Canada via the USA and ended up in Quebec were getting government\nincome support and also secretly earning income through working. I have to open\nup this issue as Canada is a country which helps all but some people are crooks\nwho swindle the government. That\u2019s Tamil culture. Today\u2019s situation the true\nrefugees who migrated are small in number. However, those who associate with\npoliticians are not true refugees but came to Canada to earn money and elevate\ntheir status. A gentleman name Gary Anandasangaree is the son of an unpopular\nTamil politician and has no grievances in SL. There are thousands of Tamils in\nCanada who are there to motif a bad name for SL. What is those people\u2019s\nscientific contribution to the science and industry in Canada? Why do they want\nto enter politics rather practice their discipline?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Statement by the PM of Canada<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Quote: <em>On behalf of the Government of Canada, I extend my deepest\nsympathies to all those who suffered and lost loved ones during Black July and\nthe ensuing conflict. Canada remains committed to facilitating an\naccountability process that has the trust and confidence of all victims, which\nis central to achieving lasting peace and reconciliation. We continue to offer\nsupport to all those working toward these goals.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>world<\/strong> should regret to note that Canada has\nforgotten to express their sympathies to those who were massacred by the LTTE\ne.g. the Sinhalese civilians and military personnel. All are humans.\nDevelopment was slowed down as a result of the terrorism by the LTTE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PM; Have you thought about the rest of the people in SL? How\ncan they live peacefully with terrorism planted on their soil? Tamils flee SL\nin the name of refugee for the economic growth of their coffer. Sir, have you forgotten\nthe mass killing of red Indians like Incas, Mayans, &amp; Aztecs from the soil\nof America? Spanish wiped out several thousands of Indians in Lima leaving only\n2 million people left a few hundred years later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, there were no mass killing or genocide in SL. It was\nthe Indians from India who invaded SriLankan soil in the early centuries and\nwiped out several thousands of Sinhala people from the soil. It would be\npreferred that non-history experts in Canada better keep their lips sealed\nrather spitting unnecessary news and causing uproar among society.\nIt causes tension, bitterness &amp; conflict among the people in SL, and raise\nconfusion around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Heavy Weapons manufactured by the LTTE<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please refer to\nannexure A\u201d which depicts the type and number of weapons manufactured in\nMullivaykal by the LTTE. These weapons are not for pleasure drive or training\netc, however, for the mass killing of the people in SL. It is presumed to blow\nup Naval ships owned by India and SL and passenger ships travelling to SL.\nThese are suicidal operation. Again, I wish to reiterate that anyone who\nattempts to commit suicide can be regarded as suffering from a psychiatric\ndisorder. Therefore, the conclusion is that from top to bottom the LTTE cadre\nmay have been inflicted with a psychiatric disorder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The big question is;\nwho supported the technical capability to design and manufacture these weapons.\nIf these weapons were used, just imagine the devastation that would have\noccurred in SL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Genocide, War Crimes, Missing People<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamil Diaspora has\nformed organisation, and Forums around the western world and have been shouting\nthat SL should be tried for war crimes, genocide and missing persons. Firstly,\nwho should be tried for war crimes? Is it the LTTE or SL military? All LTTE\ncadre who should be tried for war crimes is have been given harem in the West.\nThe UN should know the distribution of Tamil refugees around the world. How can\nTamil refugees end up in Ukraine? It is sure that Tamil refugees when ended up\nin a country change their name and hide under the new name, hence become\nmissing persons\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As claimed by the TNA\nand the Tamil Diaspora, there wasn\u2019t any genocide in SL, and for sure we know\nthat Genocide was carried out by the Spanish, American, and how about the\nmillions of red Indians massacred in the USA and Canada? How is Canada treating\nthe Red Indians in Canada? Put them in Reservations\u201d?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the 2009 war,\nthe SL military rescued 300,000 Tamils to safer places.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During this pandemic\nperiod of God\u2019s punishment of COVID-19\u201d to people who have uppishness and\nmegalomania attitude, why do Tamil Diaspora take such move when people are\nsuffering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Bill 104 &#8211; AN Act to proclaim Tamil Genocide Education Week- Mr. V. Thanigasalam<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This act is supposed to educate people on Genocide. Where and when\nwas the Genocide occur? If it is true, The Tamil LTTE carried out the genocide\nof non-Tamils in SL since 1972. The Sinhalese people lived in fear of island-wide.\nIt is a request that the Canadian Government convene a meeting with the\nSinhalese experts and Tamils in Canada to discuss the truth and coverups. With\nUSA having an ulterior motive of establishing a base in SL, wish to intimidate\nSL by acts such as this via Tamil US lickers. Why should Tamils allow such a\ndecree to be established in Canada when it is a cooked-up lie. Let the\nCanadians rise to learn the truth and oppose the government not to allow any\nTom, Dick, &amp; Harry to place such private members bill. Canada is a country\nwith intellectually knowledgeable human and scientific resources; however, it&#8217;s\nneighbour the USA may be intimidating Canada. Canada is not like a third world\ncountry with third world resources. The only mistake Canada made was to allow\nwith little knowledge of illiterates and half-baked people with lack of\nperception. The Tamil Diaspora has a plan, working their way through from\ngetting into politics, enter the parliament and put forward such private member\nbills. Already the January bill was pushed through if I am not mistaken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Canadian government\nshould study and understand the benefits that are accrued through these bills\nin a multicultural environment. People should practice living cohesively in a\nmulticultural environment. The liability is cost only, while there are no\nbenefits. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is an indication\nthat the TD of Canada are not patriotic, however, attached to their own\ncountry\u2019s (SL) selfishness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>The parliament of\nCanada should reject this bill.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Perception<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Quote: Perception is an active mental act. It is a dynamic, a dialectical\nconflict between the self-perspective transformation and external vectors of\npower bearing upon us. Rummel)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Humans perceive different\neffects about the same state, as perceptions vary from person to person. People\nassign different meaning to what they perceive.&nbsp;&nbsp;(Kanthar B)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although all human males are\nborn with \u22481.5 kg of the brain, not all perceive the same thing in the same\nperspective, the same way.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Knowledge is defined as\ninformation, proofs, aptitudes and proficiencies, acquired through involvement\nand practise; i.e. an appreciation of the theoretical and practical training,\nand understanding of a subject or job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Democracy<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Third world democracy; &#8211; There cannot be any\nprinciples to follow democracy. Collateral is the basic policy in this type of\ndemocracy. It may be in the form of money, votes, or other interesting\nmaterials plus through the racial campaign. This occurs mostly in the third\nworld like India, SriLanka Africa etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ideal Democracy: This\nexists in the developed world, which is the West. Does\nanyone think whether any government will ignore the LTTE with such Weapons? Who\nmanufactured these weapons? Who helped the LTTE to manufacture these weapons?\nWas there any inner secret by the host in manufacturing? Do we think that the\nUSA or Canada will tolerate such weapons in their backyard?
