There was a time when our Parliament was filled with\nstatesmen and women. Honourable members with integrity, vision and integrity.\nWhose oratory was full of class, wit and wisdom which any legislative chamber\nin the world would consider it an honour to bear witness to. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sadly today, this once august chamber is full of\nunscrupulous characters, rogues and traitors. It has become an embarassment to\nthe nation and certainly no example to children whether it be the vulgar\nlanguage exchanged between thugs, or the rugby scrums and fistfights which\nensue. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A proposal that this writer believes deserves serious\nconsideration by our People in the NEW CONSTITUTION:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
