Finally in\n2020 the world has  realised that Globalisation has   completely\nfailed.  It\u2019s master,  USA is struggling unable to select a President\n, leading the world with the   spread of COVID.  Sri Lanka\n had the wisdom to  appoint a President and to go beyond many\ncountries to protect the people from  COVID .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wake up\nSri Lanka  face the truth, get your heads out of the sand, do not wait for\nforeign funds to research and manage our lands .   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most distinctive\napproach for us is to act now for a new strategy,  provide our  own\nfood.  Forget all the World Bank reports and MCC  . They all\n planned to  capture our lands; to hand over our  lands  to\n large Agri based companies that had commercial interest .  People\nrose to save our lands.  The  MCC  introduced foreign laws to\nremove all our traditional laws[ Bim Saviya ]  that apply to small farmers\nand Chena cultivators.  Until COVID came along, we could not face these external\nstorms, where we were virtually to believe we are doing well if we  reach\nhigher positions of the indices drawn by them; such as the Doing Business\nIndex.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Rights of\nfreeborn men enjoy the maximum use of land not access to land which is the\ncapitalist theory,  which says lands must be arranged in a register to be\nable to be sold and mortgaged  as  vehicles.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Robbed of the truth for\ncenturies and for 72 years after independence, at least now shall we plan our\nown strategy for our capital asset land.   Let\u2019s have local reforms\nto allow  lessees of government lands to cultivate.  Lets give those\nwho deserve Rs 5000 a piece of land on lease to cultivate.  I am sure our\npoliticians will not disagree.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How could we have\n not realised,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1]that we have land\nthat will allow anything to grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2]there is sunshine\nfrom 6 AM to 6 PM every day with plenty of water<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3] that we do not\nrequire deeds, lease rights permit   bank loans according to the\nstatutes we have<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These pictures are from a small plot of\u00a0 land .\u00a0 The boy has no job but he feeds the people in his neighbourhood. He says he does not need any funding. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
