Introduction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lemkin who lost 49 family members to\nthe Holocaust coined the term Genocide in 1943\/4. Applying his definition to\npast events, the first genocide took place in USA when, white man distributed\nblankets soaked with smallpox germs to native Americans (Red Indians). Perhaps,\neven before that in 1818 and 1848 genocide took place in the British colony,\nCeylon. Genocide is primarily a European-Christian affair. It is also a growing\norganic idea in the hands of ex-colonial masters. However, what Vigneswaran is\ntrying to do in Sri Lanka is to turn this idea upside down deploying five SIVA\nLINGAs brought to the island during prehistoric times. Apparently, the blessings\nby the LINGAs did not work. Therefore, his delusional mind jumps to 1948, and\nlist all kinds of genocidal acts done by a Colombo government which was full of\nTamil MPs, politicians, and Tamil officers of all kind, including himself. Surprising\nalso is the fact that, SJVChelva then, or Abraham Sumanthiran and Rasamanikkam\ngrandson from Batticaloa, now in 2021, all Christians, missed both the genocide\nand Siva LINGA stories of Vigneshwaran. Who will bell this cat?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scenario-1<\/strong>
\n If we have a black as our chief\njustice, how can we say there is genocide against blacks?\u201d; If Hitler had Jews\nin his war cabinet how can Jews complain?\u201d or where are the British, they\ncreated this mess [in Sri Lanka] by their divide and rule policy?\u201d  <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: In\nJuly 1983, when JRJ allowed UNP hooligans to loot mainly the Tamil businesses\nin Colombo, the chief justice was a Tamil; the IGP and his four DIGs were\nTamils; the Attorney General was a Tamil, and the Leader of the Opposition was\na Tamil. It was this factual truth that puzzled two impartial American congressmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scenario-2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Would\nHitler rescue 300,000 Jews (Tamils) used as a human shield by his enemy\n(Prabakaran) at the cost of lives of his German (Sinhala) soldiers, instead of\nfiring multi-barrel guns to annihilate the enemy?  The enemy was shooting at the hostages trying\nto escape to the German (Sinhala) side to deter such revolt! <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If TNA\nasked Tamils to vote for Sarath Fonseka, the commander of the army accused of genocide\nto become their president in 2004, then what should be the new meaning of the\nterm genocide in 2021?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scenario-4<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If before\nhis death SJV Chelvanayagam handed over his Gandhian struggle to Prabakaran to handle,\nif Amrithalingam\u2019s \u2018our boys\u2019 who first killed Jaffna mayor Duraiyappa, later\nkilled Amrithalingam plus Rajiv Gandhi, then how could one say the elimination\nof P and his war machinery with child soldiers wearing cyanide capsules given\nceremoniously by Adele Balasingham who is now living in London, was genocide?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scenario-5<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If Vigneswaran\nlived and thrived amongst the Sinhalese in the south for 75 years, tolerated his\ntwo sons bringing him two Sinhala daughters-in-law, benefitted having a cute\nlittle granddaughter who speaks to him and his old Marxist buddy Vasu in\nEnglish, as if she is a symbol of unity in the island, how can he say there is\ngenocide against Tamils after he becomes a Tamil politician at age 76?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scenario-6<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If yahapalana thieves made Sambandan\nthe Leader of the Opposition, violating every rule of decency and democracy,\nmade him a member of the joke called the constitutional council, made him a\nselector of victims for political prosecution, and Sumanthiran and former\nterrorist D. Siddhartahn was able to prepare an Ormitthanadu thing, which was\nbombed last minute by a disgruntled president Sirisena, if Sumanthiran was so\npowerful enough to silence Kiriella – the any buffalo can win wars with money\nfame- shouting at him in front of Ranil in the parliament, then how is it\npossible for Vignesh, Ponnambalam and Sumanthiran to talk of genocide after\n2015?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note:<\/strong> The factual examples above, demonstrate\nthat in the case of Sri Lanka, either the application of the term genocide is a\njoke or those who talk about it are jokers, because genocide is not a water tap\nthat one can turn on and off depending on local and foreign corrupt politics.\nThis is message I wish to convey in this essay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Genocide is mainly a Christian-European affair<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When Hitler was killing Jews, Winston Churchill,\nanother Jew, delivered a speech on BBC in\nAugust 1941 saying that the Nazi armies were advancing exterminating whole\ndistricts in Europe. He said, “We are in the presence of a crime without a\nname.” He forgot that in his colony called Ceylon it had happened twice in\n1818 and 1848, and several mini ones in between. Then Raphael Lemkin, a Polish\nJew and an international lawyer who lost all his relatives during the Nazi war\ndecided to find a name for the crime and he coined term “genocide.”\nLemkin would not have expected what was in store for his invention. It became a\nnew tool and a new weapon <\/strong>in propagating\n\u2018Eurocentric Developmentalism\u2019 or the western hegemony in the ex-colonies using\nlocal black-white agents. In this remote-controlled colonialism, white global\ncorporate politicians and corrupt NGO\/INGO agents exploited the word as a cover\nfor selfish purposes. Even private individuals joined in the game. For example,\nthe American lawyer Bruce Fein used the word genocide frequently because\nallegedly, he got $30,000 per month from the owners of the Tamils against\ngenocide website. Arundhati Roy feared of an impending genocide in the No Fire\nZone in Sri Lanka. She has had a journalist\u2019s crush on her hero Prabhakaran\n(ref. The Island,<\/em> 4\/28\/2009, essay by Kalana Senaratne).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This use and abuse of an \u2018innocent\u2019\nobjective term, subsequently, for subjective separatist purposes was exposed by\nme in a short essay printed in the Island newspaper on May 18, 2009, just one\nday before, Prabakaran officially\/militarily went to his cyanide heaven. That\nessay is copied below, and an improved Sinhala version appeared later in the\nLankaweb is also linked at the end of part II. What provoked me to write a new\nessay now in 2021, is the sad and good developments I see in the Sri Lankan\nscene. How two Jaffna toddy tappers\u2019 grandson, Arulanandan (Arun) Siddharthan, forced\nthe Vigneswaran-GG Ponnablam-Sumanthiran-TNA clique to hide inside the\nDiyawanna hotel to talk about genocide is the good news. The bad news is the\nfailure and inability of the Sinhala politicians inside the hotel to give a\ntheoretical\/ideological answer to the Tamil genocide myth. It would have been\nhistoric, if the solitary Tamil Buddhist in the hotel, the\nlist MP, Suren Raghavan with his Buddhism doctorate from Oxford came forward to\ndemolish this myth. When self-educated Arun employs Buddhist approach to\nsilence genocide jokers, how long a Buddhist Raghavan could sit on the fence on\nthis genocide game? For that matter, Sinhala panchakanda<\/em> (souls) who\nbelieve that there was\/is Tamil genocide in Sri Lanka must come out and use their\nfreedom of speech now because the Geneva HR hot pan is on. I am not sure\nwhether Michael Roberts in Australia or Wickramabahu K or Nirmal Ranjith\nDevasiri, the Eelam supporters in Sri Lanka, could say with a straight face that\nthere was\/is Tamil genocide in the island. So many other double game cats are\nthere such as Jehan Perera, Pakiyasothy, DBS Jeyaraj in Canada, Rajan Philips,\nKumar David, Victor Ivan, JVP lot led by Anura Kumara, Peratugaamis, French\ncitizen Gamini Viyangoda and ex-president Sirisena\u2019s advisor Shreelal\nLakthilaka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Genocide\nTamil jokers and Buddhist Middle Path<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When all the others talked and submitted\ndocuments against the Sinhala Buddhists (including even the Sri Lankan embassy)\nat an American Congressional Committee hearing, two congressmen silenced them\nby asking the questions copied above (scenario 1). But when Vigneswaran passed\nhis genocide resolution on February 10, 2015 at the NPC, about Sinhala\ngovernments exterminating Tamils in Sri Lanka nobody was there to take this\ndelusional bull by the horns, because Sinhala black-white politicians are selfish,\ntimid, and self-destructive. Now on February 12, 2021 (Colombo Telegraph),\nVigneswaran comes to defend Gajendra Ponnambalam (GGP) for raising the genocide\njoke inside the Diyawanna hotel (a.k.a.\nparliament) a few days ago, one or two MP panchaskandas<\/em> tried to answer\nhim giving the dictionary meaning of the word. GGP then gave his legal meaning\nstating he is a lawyer. Outside this \u2018august\u2019 body with \u2018honorable souls\u2019 as\nthey themselves call each other in between filthy attacks, Arunalandan (Arun) Siddharthan\n(convenor, Jaffna civil organizations\u2019 collective) in Jaffna identify GGP as an\nintruder from London coming to save the Tamil race. If Arun were an MP in the\nDiaywanna motel, he would have silenced GGP, Sumanthiran, and TNA agents all by\na short speech, the way he exposes these bogus Tamil saviors on his Jaffna\npublic meeting platforms! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vigneswaran\u2019s new genocide list<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

By\nallowing these Tamil Eelamist to make genocide talks in the parliament\nliberally, Sinhala politicians are only feeding a cancer to cure it. This Tamil\ngenocide myth must be defeated using Buddhist principles. BBS leader Ven. Gnanasara\ncould have done it if he were in the parliament. Vigneswaran\u2019s genocide list given\nin the Colombo Telegraph is like a bottomless well. Just to give a simple\nexample, he lists the Indian citizenship law (1949) as genocidal, forgetting\nthat GGPonnambalam supported it! SJV Chemvalanagam invented the Tamil homeland\nmyth and then complained against Sinhalization of the homeland. Now in 2021\nVigneswaran turns this myth upside down imagining that the entire island was a\nTamil land invaded by the Sinhalese, and this is genocide! With this new\ninterpretation, archeological ruins are Tamil ruins disrupted by Sinhala agents.\n Thus, it is a waste of time to go\nthrough his genocide list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If\na Sinhalaya like him says that the stone rock in Mecca is on top of an ancient\nBuddhist shrine based on Buddhist literature and the Bamian Buddhas, and it is\ngenocide which turned the tables, what would be the reaction of the western HR\ncrowd?   But there are other cases. When Babri\nMasjid-Rama Temple issue in Ayodya required digging to find out the truth, what\ncame out was the ruins of an ancient Buddhist temple. In Pollonnaruwa, the\nShiva Devalas were erected on top of Buddhist temples. How would Vignesh\nreconcile such conflicts? According to his new 2021 definitions who did\ngenocide to whom?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To\nbe in competition with the stories of Lord Buddha visiting the island three\ntimes, Vignesh recently wrote a canard that in prehistoric times five\nShivalingams were brought to bless Sri Lanka. Apparently, it did not work that\nway. Instead, today we have Buddhist temples, with 10-20 percent of their\nsacred space devoted to Hindu gods and goddesses. Hindus and Buddhists did not\nhave a conflict. It was Christian Tamils living in Colombo, who created a\nTamil-Sinhala language problem. Tamil who went to foreign countries on\npolitical asylum, who do mostly unskilled jobs, learned the new languages of\nhost countries in no time. In Sri Lanka, Tamil politicians in Colombo gave\nSinhala tuition to their kids but prevented poor Jaffna Tamil learning Sinhala in\nstate schools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tamil homeland myth<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If\none were to believe that successive Sinhala governments done genocide as\nVignesh and GGPonnambalam now say, it was SWRD Bandaranayake in 1958 and Dudley\nSenanayake in 1966 who gave a legal backing to the Tamil homeland myth. Then in\n1987 JRJ made it constitutional law with his 13th<\/sup> Amendment. Then came\n1995-2000 Neelan-GL-Chandrika package deals, Ranil\u2019s infamous CFA, Chandrika\u2019s\nPtoms, ISGA, Tissa Vitharana\u2019s APRC majority report, and finally\nRanil-Sumanthiran-JayampathyW\u2019s Orumitthanadu thing. Would Hitler allow such\nattempts aimed at balkanization of Vignesh\u2019s Shivalinga-blessed land? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Was\nit as part of genocide that both Rpremadasa and Mrs. Chandrika offered NP repeatedly\nto Prabakaran on a 15-year lease?  After\nhis Oslo meeting GL Peiris was so elated because Balasingham agreed to a\nfederal formula, he even called B as His Excellency for making a paradigm shift\nfrom Eelam demand. Premadasa made a generous genocide decision to make Tamil an\nOfficial language in NP and EP, the Sinhalese living there now must hire Tamil\ninterpreters to communicate with government offices, GSNs, police and courts of\nlaw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

White\npolitical cats<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samantha\nPower, another Jew, in her extremely popular book, discussed Cambodia, Iraq,\nRwanda, Srebrenica and Kosovo cases of genocide in which western white\npoliticians gave all kinds of excuses to avoid talking and acting about\ngenocide. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These\nwhite politicians banned Prabhakaran\u2019s terrorist outfit, in law, in their\njurisdictions but allowed it to have a free hand in collecting funds and\ndelivering weapons to Kilinochchi. Because Tamil votes were important in\nelections in London, Toronto, or Paris. Therefore, white politicians had no\nalternative but to play politics. They knew that Prabhakaran and company were\nguilty of genocide, but they pretended that they did not know that he practiced\nit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Genocide program of Prabhakaran<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nintention to eliminate or harm another human being because of the birth and\nexistence of that human being is genocide. This meaning is hidden because, race\nor religion (or both) separates the perpetrator and victim. Also, in previous\ncases there were large numbers of victims involved. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Intention<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.birth and religion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prabhakaran\nintended and did ethnic cleansing by removing Muslims giving them 2-hour notice\nto leave Jaffna. The number was 100,000. This notice was not required for the Sinhalese\nas he killed them if they remained in Jaffna. Muslims and Sinhalese were\nvictimized because they were not Tamils. The only case we know otherwise is the\nSinhala Buddhist monk who lived in Kilinochchi for 25 years!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prabhakaran\u2019s\nmassacres at Arantalawa, Sri Maha Bodhi, Mosques and other places were not attacking\nthe military but civilians. These were not isolated incidents, but there was a\npattern running over his 33-year \u2018rule\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Acquired differences. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Power\u2019s\ncase study on Cambodia shows that genocide is applicable to differences in what\nhuman beings acquire after their birth. Khmer Rouge and Pol Pot killed people\nof their own race and religion. They were killed because after their birth they\nhad an education, did not support communism, liked western habits, lived in\nsuburban areas etc. This means, when Prabhakaran killed Neelan Thiruchelvam,\nLakshman Kadiragamar, Jeyaraj Fernandopulle or Amirthalingam, he committed\ngenocide because killing people of his own race (Tamil) or religion even in\nsmaller numbers makes him guilty of genocide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.\nHuman shield as a weapon<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taking\nTamils as a human shield is an intentional act of destroying them for\nPrabhakaran\u2019s benefit. Therefore, the name genocide should include this act of\nPrabhakaran at least for the past 3 months. Even if this human shield business\nis considered by the white politicians an act of self defence (which is allowed\nunder the western jurisprudence) then the killing of those who wanted to escape\nfrom him must be a crime of genocide. Daya Master has revealed that about 300\npeople had been killed on two occasions.
