This was announced by you on behalf of your employer the\nGovernment of India at the UNHRC in Geneva.  I hope for your sake, that\nyour good neighbour in the south heard you speak with an authoritative bullying\nintimidating voice.  Almost, telling Sri Lanka, if you don’t we will send
\nscreaming low-flying Mirage 2000 fighter jets and  five AN-32s armed with\n2 Matra Magic  AAMS and three drop tanks over Sri Lanka violating your air\nspace and scaring the jeepers out of you.  And park not one but two of our\nwarships this time around in the international waters opposite the Colombo\nharbour as we did on June 4, 1987. Right, Mr. Panday! How could one forget<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sri Lanka\u2019s friendly \u2018Bully-boy\u201d neighbour\u2019s Armed Forces choir\nsinging – We love you…we love you…we love you… only if you do what\nwe say\u2026\u201d  <\/em><\/strong>an adaptation  of a Beatle\u2019s Song.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And there was something ugly and perverse about that unsolicited\nparachute drop of 22 tons of food  on the Jaffna peninsula to feed 850\nthousand Tamils was strange.  I could see Rajiv Gandhi enjoying the sight\nof thousands of Tamils fighting each other clawing to pick 5 grains of lentils\nto boil in water and drink as a lentil soup to fill their hunger.  Ugly,\nperverse and strange wasn\u2019t it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I want to prefix my observations and comments by placing on your\ntable – the thread that will string all my comments of Truth and Honesty <\/em><\/strong>with\n– Mirror, Mirror on the wall who is the liar of them all.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2018You, coming from the land of Wisdom, I want to remind you that\nwhich is FALSE troubles the heart, but the TRUTH brings joyous\ntranquility\u2019  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this Note I will speak the truth, and it is for you to\nunderstand that I  fear \u2018Bullies\u2019 who want to hurt 20.5 million of my\npeople of which I am one.  And I just don\u2019t like it and I resent it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You, coming from the mighty \u2018Big Brother\u2019 land that produced\nDharma Asoka, whose edicts are still extant, urging all men to refrain from\nkilling, violence and double-tongued speech, the India which proclaimed Panchaseela\n<\/em>as a way of civilized conduct between nations.  This is the same India\nwhose Prime Minister Indira Gandhi gave the Sri Lanka Tamil terrorists a self\ndefence capability in the late 1983 and1984, training them in 32 military camps\nin South India and at the foothills of the Himalayas to fight for their\nmono-ethnic racist, separate Tamil state, Eelam. This happens to be yours and\nmy recent Indo-Lankan history which still has repercussions , like in today\u2019s\nUNHRC debates in Geneva.  Whichever way you want to slice your cake of We\nare good  Brotherly neighbours\u201d,<\/em><\/strong> what jumps out are the words –\nThat\u2019s baloney Big Brother you are a Bully and you are Guilty.\u201d<\/em><\/strong>  Well,\nyou may wish to ask Mirror.., mirror on the wall, who is the liar of them all<\/em><\/strong>.\u201d \nSee what the Mirror-Of-Truth has to say!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I understand you joined India\u2019s Foreign Affairs in 1990. But let\nme instil in your mind that I am not a Johnny come lately” <\/em>on this\nfile, as I was involved in the file seven years prior to you becoming an Indian\nDiplomat.  But, I together with Asoka Yapa, a young, bright, gutsy\nSinhalese-Canadian, with a straight spine strong as a steel rod that would not\nbend to the strong winds blowing across the Indian Ocean from Tamil Nadu. \nWe were the first Sinhalese- Canadians who went on ITV\u2019s 6 o\u2019clock evening news\nin Ottawa, on 4th August,  telling our side of the 1983 Black July riots\nstory, after listening to the Canadian separatist-Tamils spitting, at theirs\nand our Mother Lanka,<\/em>  kicking her silly after dropping her on to\nthe floor.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

 We were invited to go in front of the TV cameras eight days\nafter Sri Lanka was beaten up to pulp in Canada by the separatist Tamils. What\nwas disappointing was that her Good friendly neighbour\u201d, your India ignored\nthat beating. There were seven other Sinhalese-Canadians who had refused to\nspeak on the issue, for whatever the reasons were.   When we were asked\nwhether we would speak , as they had heard the Tamil stories for eight\nconsecutive  days non-stop through every print and AV media outlet, and\nnot the Sinhlese side of it,  Bring on the  TV cameras”,<\/em><\/strong>\nwe said.  Are you sure, you want to speak on camera.\u201d<\/em><\/strong> \nO sure,  bring them on,<\/em><\/strong>\u201d and the two Asoka\u2019s spoke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We told the Ottawans and all of Canada, that enough was enough and\nnot to believe the Tamil separatist propaganda lies of their innocent sob\nstories, as these riots didn\u2019t happen as a flash-mob-riot , but the Tamils were\nsupported by Tamil Nadu politicians, the Ramachandrans, the Karunanidhis, the\nJayalalithas and backed by Indira Gandhi, to try and destabilize Sri Lanka\nthrough, guns,  Kalashnikov-bullets, hand grenades and   landmines,\nand worked towards wanting their mono-ethnic, racist, separatist, Tamil \nState, Eelam<\/strong> for donkey\u2019s years.  Going back to the 1940s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The separatist Tamil terrorists ethnic-cleansed the North and East\nof the island since the 1970s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1.  These Tamils\n terrorized and kicked out 27,000 Sinhalese between<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1971-1981\nwho had lived in the North for generations;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a02.\u00a0 \u00a0 These Tamils ethnically cleansed the Jaffna University Campus by terrorizing and kicking out 400 Sinhalese lecturers and undergraduates in August 1977. \u00a0 When they were brought South escorted by the Army and Police in a convoy of buses, they had to lie prostate on the floor of the buses as they were attacked by flying\u00a0missiles of rocks and stones.\u00a0 And so you Big Brother India wants\u00a0to look\u00a0 after the Aspirations of the Tamils in Sri Lanka.\u00a0 What!<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Mr Panday, what about the two Asoka\u2019s? We are both Sinhalese.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0One a Christian and the other a Buddhist. \u00a0 We too have aspirations you know\u2019\u00a0 Isn\u2019t the \u2018Bully\u2019 Big Brother India going to look after our\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Sinhalese spirations too?\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a0\u00a0Let me whisper into your right ear, what I, this Sinhlese\u2019 aspiration is\u00a0Mr. Panday.\u00a0 I want to own a small boutique in the heart of Jaffna to\u00a0\u00a0open a Asoka Kopi Kade, to sell cups of coffee and tea<\/em><\/strong>, perhaps\u00a0with some finger-licking good foods.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Mr. Panday, you might wonder why I want to open a Coffee & Tea\u00a0boutique in Jaffna and not in Colombo where I come from…It is an\u00a0excellent probing question and I am glad you asked me.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Your Big Brother India is concerned about the Aspiration of the Tamil\u00a0\u00a0Community. \u00a0 That is silly Mr Panday nor should Prime Minister Modi\u00a0worry about these Tamils. \u00a0 They excel in entrepreneurship and\u00a0business acumen.\u00a0 If you visit\u00a0 Colombo, you will find that almost all the Jaffna-Lingams have invaded Colombo\u2019s business district, and\u00a0minting money emptying the pockets of their patrons who happen to be the majority Sinhalese.\u00a0 So I wanted to get away from that high strung Tamil competition.\u00a0 \u00a0 For me, that would have been hard \u00a0and a tough exercise.\u00a0 So my choice was Jaffna Town to start a\u00a0modest Tea and Coffee boutique.\u00a0 Mr. Panday, will my mighty \u2018Good\u00a0neighbour\u2019<\/em><\/strong> help this Sinhalese to achieve his aspiration, a dream,\u00a0as he would for the Tamils. \u00a0 We happen to speak English in two\u00a0different accents, we must be the same skin colour,\u00a0 if I cut my\u00a0\u00a0hand, the red colour of my blood will look the same as that of a Tamil,\u00a0and I smell good.\u00a0 So what’s wrong with me?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    And all that I hear is Tamil aspiration<\/strong> from you Indians\u00a0 Let\u2019s be\u00a0nice to me and stop being so ethnic-discriminatory.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    And I told you that all the Jaffna -lingams have come to Colombo.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    So you might see their -lingam signs sticking out from their shop\u00a0facades onto the streets and roads like Jothilingam<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 Gold Jewellers;\u00a0Panchalingam <\/em><\/strong>Sari Emporium; Soththilingam <\/em><\/strong>Best Dosa Hut;\u00a0Mahalingam<\/em><\/strong> JaffnaSpices; Lingam-Lingam<\/em><\/strong> Advocates; Dharma<\/em><\/strong>lingam, <\/em><\/strong>Thea and Kopii Kade. So India,\u00a0 you don\u2019t have to worry\u00a0about the Tamil aspirations.\u00a0 They are doing extremely well and a\u00a0good percentage are millionaires.\u00a0 So what\u2019re all these veiled threats at\u00a0UNHRC-cesspool <\/em><\/strong>saying, India calls upon Sri Lanka to fully\u00a0implement 13A to address aspirations of the <\/em><\/strong>Tamil community.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Let me continue with the Northern Tamils effort to sanitize that part\u00a0\u00a0of the island, to make it a 100% Tamil region to tell the world that,\u00a0\u00a0See 100% of the people who live in the North and East are Tamil\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0people, and our dialect is Tamil,\u00a0 and we have lived here for\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0generations, by\u00a0 Right this One-third of the island belong to us\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Tamils,\u00a0 in this State of Eelam.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Right !\u00a0 India is gung-ho to give them their Eelam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a03 In October 1990, the Tamil separatists kicked out 81,000 Muslims\u00a0from the East and North of the island who lived there for centuries and\u00a0ordering them to leave all their gold and other valuable items at their\u00a0nearest mosque.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    And you know what, they gave them 24 hours to get out making\u00a0Idi Amin of Uganda look like an angel, as he gave the Ugandan\u00a0Indians three months to leave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    And so you Big Brother India wants to look after the Aspirations of<\/strong>\u00a0the Tamils<\/strong> and not us Sinhalese.\u00a0 That is a nasty body-blow on us\u00a0Sinhalese.\u00a0 Ooooooo and that hurts Mr. Panday when every incoming Sri Lankan Government drums into my skull that India is<\/strong>\u00a0one helluva friendly neighbour of ours.\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0 That is poppy-cock, isn\u2019t\u00a0it? \u00a0 From now on, my response to the incoming\u00a0 Government will be,\u00a0\u00a0What, are you nuts.\u00a0 Are you having a hole in your head?\u201d I am\u00a0\u00a0not sure that India is an honest friend of ours.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Mr. Panday, let us get this right.\u00a0 These Tamils who some of the\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0members of the UNHRC, the cesspool of political bias\u201d,<\/em><\/strong> are\u00a0supporting were for 131 years of Colonial rule\u00a0 the Privileged\u00a0Minority\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0 of 10% of the population, and the 75% of the majority\u00a0Sinhalese population was the Wrong majority.\u201d <\/strong>\u00a0And that is the\u00a0Holy Truth.\u00a0 You may verify this fact by asking the Mirror, mirror on<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0the wall who is the liar of them all.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Mr. Panday, and you issued a statement on OHCHR report on Sri\u00a0Lanka, saying that India believed that respecting the rights of\u00a0the Tamil community, including through meaningful devolution,\u00a0contributes directly to the unity and integrity of Sri Lanka.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Respecting the rights of the Tamil people\u2026\u201d Ha! Y<\/strong>ou lost it right\u00a0there for me Mr Panday. \u00a0 See who is talking!\u00a0 You who are representing mighty India,\u00a0 who couldn\u2019t care two paise… who couldn\u2019t care a damn\u2026.who didn\u2019t have the strength, decency\u00a0and honesty in your heart to acknowledge the amazing\u00a0Classic War TextBook Act of restoring the paramount Human\u00a0Right, the right-to-life<\/em><\/strong> to 20.5 million Sri Lankans which was\u00a0hijacked by the most ruthless Tamil Tiger terrorists in the world\u00a0for 30 bloody years, by their heroes in khaki, blue serge and whites\u00a0\u00a0This was not Cricket, it is not Kosher, it is not a Haro Hara<\/em> moment either.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    I am disappointed. \u00a0 Ha! and you Talk for your Government of India\u00a0\u00a0asking Sri Lanka to respect the rights of the Tamil Community\u201d.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    With the above immoral anti-Sri Lanka backgrounder, India, you\u00a0have no moral right to demand those rights for the Tamil community,\u00a0who had violated the rights and freedoms of the Sinhalese and\u00a0Muslim communities with impunity, barring their right of freedom to\u00a0continue living where they had for thousands of years and for\u00a0generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Do you know what Mr. Panday?\u00a0 These Tamils that your India is batting for can live anywhere in Sri Lanka and own land in any nook and corner of the island, but this Sinhalese-Buddhist will not\u00a0have a Snowball Chance in Hell to own a one-square foot of land in the North and East east because of a Dutch Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Let\u2019s make it right as a Diplomat, first acknowledge what the\u00a0\u00a0Sri Lankan Armed Forces did for their 20.5 million\u00a0people,\u00a0and then you can demand respect for the Tamil community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0THE REPORTER WAS CLEAR <\/em>as the Sounds of the Ganesh\u00a0Hindu Temple Bell when he said<\/strong> : India signals to Sri Lanka\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>the support in UNHRC should not be taken for granted.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Mr. Panday, I think Sri Lanka would be foolish if they do with their\u00a0experience having their Heluva good Friendly neighbour\u201d\u00a0 have\u00a0let them down many times, to the point that they shouldn\u2019t trust her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                     That\u2019s\nthe bottom line and that is how the cookie crumbles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Freedom is there for Sri Lanka’ to enjoy, and if she wants to be\u00a0foolish, so be it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0But no doubt, Mr. Panday, India has certainly met with\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0embarrassment for her arrogant \u2018Big Brother Bully Acts.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Mr. Panday, here is something for you to chew on as an\u00a0Indian Diplomat.\u00a0 On a day in late July 1989, a Major in the\u00a0Indian Army who had just returned from Sri Lanka said, The Sri<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Lankan Government doesn\u2019t\u00a0 want us, the majority of the Sri\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Lankan population is against us, even our countrymen do not\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0want us in Sri Lanka.\u00a0 So what the hell are we doing there.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0And that summarized the issue for Rajiv Gandhi, who was engaged in a political battle in Nepal in the north; disputing Bangladeshi\u00a0claims over Ganges waters in the east, involved in a costly\u00a0weapons race with Pakistan in the west, and had tied his troops in a war with Tamil Tigers\u2019 whom they housed, trained, armed and paid to destabilize Sri Lanka in the South.\u00a0 Rajiv Gandhi whose ego\u00a0was crushed by the Tamil Tigers was at a considerable cost and\u00a0loss – just over 1000 of his soldiers dead and sent home in body\u00a0\u00a0Bags. Another 2,500 were injured and maimed for life, at a cost of a\u00a0staggering Rs. 5 billion rupees.\u00a0 And crushed India\u2019s ego was that the Indian Peace Keeping Force of the fourth largest army in\u00a0the world was not able to score a swift victory as planned by\u00a0India\u2019s army that they had envisaged in July 1987, such as disarming the Tamil Tigers in 72-hours. These were the\u00a0 Tamil\u00a0Tiger terrorists whom\u00a0 India trained in 32 camps in South India and\u00a0\u00a0at the foothills of the Himalayas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Mr. Panday, we are told that the US, wants a Strong India to\u00a0\u00a0Combat China.\u00a0 And the pressure is on Sri Lanka to fall in line with\u00a0\u00a0their thinking.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The vote on Sri Lanka at the UNHRC-the cesspool of political\u00a0\u00a0bias <\/strong>\u00a0will be next week we are told.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Remember, whatever the geo-politics is requesting you to do,\u00a0 I\u00a0hope mighty India, who is supposed to be a good neighbour of Sri\u00a0\u00a0Lanka will not want to screw Sri Lanka onto an\u00a0\u00a0International \u2018Jokers<\/em>\u2019 crucifix.<\/em>\u00a0 Remember\u00a0 India will have to live\u00a0with the consequences of the Sins of her\u2019s. Mr. Panday, and that is\u00a0called Karma.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Surprise Sri Lanka with India’s vote, and I will believe that Mighty<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0India is an honest good friend of Sri Lanka.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0This Eelam IV War which is still alive in the UNHRC- the cesspool\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>of political bias<\/em><\/strong> is because of unsubstantiated lies and damn\u00a0lies, would never had happened if Indira Gandhi did not train the\u00a0barefooted Tamil guerillas in 32 camps in India and trained them to\u00a0shoot straight, and taught them how to trigger a suicide vest for a\u00a0suicide bombing.\u00a0 And after graduation sent them back in battle\u00a0fatigues, and Jack-boots carrying Kalkashnikovs in their arms like\u00a0babies and festoons of live bullets and not frangipani (Temple flowers) around their necks to destabilize\u00a0Sri Lanka. And this was the only country that annihilated terrorists almost single handed,. And that was a biggy as it happened to be the most ruthless serial killers in the world of the history of terrorism. history – the Liberation <\/em><\/strong>Tigers of Tamil Eelam (aka Tamil Tigers<\/em><\/strong>).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
