“THE MUSLIM\nVOICE” is “SAD” that you did not include in your\n“WALK\/SLOGAN” the Muslims as the 3rd., community for “NATIONAL\nUNITY and PEACE”.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It seems that you are\ntrying to do the same thing YS Jaganmohan Reddy, now Chief Minister of Andhra\nPradesh did in 2017 when he launched a 3000 km walk to win the support of the\npeople in his State to become the CM. It may be that you are also doing the same\nthing Mahinda Rajapaksa did in Pada Yatra in 1992 when he walked from Colombo\nto Kataragama to get the support of the people of the South to oust President\nPremadasa and the UNP. Because you are walking for NATIONAL UNITY between the\nSinhalese and the Tamils and against the OPPRESSION of the low caste Tamils in\nthe North and East by the Vellaala Tamils, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“THE MUSLIM\nVOICE” fully supports your “WALK FROM DONDRA TO POINT PEDRO” and\nwish you all success. But “THE MUSLIM VOICE” is “SAD” that\nyou did not include in your “WALK\/SLOGAN” the Muslims as the 3rd.,\ncommunity for “NATIONAL UNITY and PEACE”. Muslims of Sri Lanka have\nalways stood for National Unity.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
