I would like to\ndraw your serious and immediate attention to the content of this article,\n(attached) especially sections marked in red by Kamalika. I am afraid the same\nintrigue by the West is in full thrust even now, rather in a more organized and\nlarger scale<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 What is worse is the additional conspiracies\nnow hatched by India and Muslim Jihad terrorists <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both the western\ncountries, their allies and India and even Arabic terrorist have established\ntheir own terrorist, jihad and  ISIS networks\nwithin the country in addition to their global operations <\/p>\n\n\n\n

 In this context, I would request your\nExcellency to be extremely careful in your personal security and restrict your\nmovements within the country and avoid foreign travel as well. I am deeply\nconcerned about your safety and security<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this\nbackdrop, I would strongly advise you to rethink and revisit your weekly Gamana\nsamanga Pilisandarak programme as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Indian\nOcean, we are surrounded and sandwiched by the Quadrilateral forces, and at\nhome threatened by the Dasa bimbarak marasena of the opposition, Tamil and\nMuslim extremists and separatist, and the agents of the West and India that\nhave infiltrate every nook and corner in the Island <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I were you I\nwould seriously think of an alternative way to get this Pilisadarak program implemented\nthrough the Officials of the respective Districts more efficiently at a lower\ncost<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I think that\nwill avoid a big risk, save the time of public officials and also the excessive\ncost<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Things in the\ncountry are so bad and vulnerable I think we should not take a chance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
