When US President Joe Biden declared on\nTuesday that evacuation efforts would be completed<\/strong><\/a> by <\/strong>August 31 in the virtual meeting of G-7.\nWestern states urged US to extend the deadline. A spokesperson of Taliban\ndidn\u2019t not agree to an extension of the\nevacuation mission from Afghanistan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At least 60 Afghans and 13 U.S. military\npersonnel were killed in the attack, according to U.S. and Afghan officials.\nThe AP says at least 143 Afghans have been injured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The head of the US Central Command, General\nFrank McKenzie, told a news conference at the Pentagon that 11 US Marines and a\nNavy Medicaid had been killed and 15 wounded. He added that the gunfight\nstarted immediately after the blast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Later on, Thursday, Islamic State claimed\nresponsibility for the attack on their news agency’s Telegram channel. The\nUnited Nations and NATO have condemned the attack. Taliban spokesman Mujahid\nalso condemned the attack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his remarks, President Biden reiterated\nhis commitment to the removal of US troops, allies and Afghan civilians from\nAfghanistan and said those responsible would be found.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Afghanistan is now more strategically\nsignificant than ever. Chinese development projects and connectivity and Russian\nengagement with a new shape in Central Asia and western Asia are issue for\nAmerica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

US focus is shifting towards China, Russia\nand Iran from Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq issue. They signed an agreement with\nTaliban. It is true that US, Pakistan provided all kinds of Assistance to\nTaliban to capture the Kabul covertly. It is not clear what the decision taken\nby Pakistan authority regarding CIA military base in KP province of Pakistan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although US wants to withdraw from\nAfghanistan, it also wants engagement of its military into the Central Asian\nstates. They might have a plan in Central Asia to counter China, Iran and\nRussia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nBiden administration has reportedly considered Uzbekistan and Tajikistan that\nborder Afghanistan, as well as Kazakhstan, as possible staging areas for\nmonitoring and quickly responding to possible security problems that may follow\nthe U.S. military\u2019s withdrawal from Afghanistan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Russia\nhas strongly warned the United States against deploying its troops in the\nformer Soviet Central Asian nations following their withdrawal from Afghanistan\nin a few days ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now\nISIL-Khorasan claimed responsibility for the attack. The group takes its name\nfrom the Khorasan Province, an area that once included wide swaths of\nAfghanistan, Iran and central Asia in the Middle Ages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No\none knows where is the base of this outfit. But US says that Central Asia may\nbe the base of the groups. Now US got a ground to keep itself in the Region in\nthe name of Counter-ISIS-Khorasan and Terrorists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

US\nneeds a reason to do something. Now they can keep its military for some days in\nthe region. They narrated the outfit as an anti-Taliban outfit. So, Taliban\nalso keep silence in this regard. US will expect some backup from Taliban.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In\npast, we saw that US invaded Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria to counter\nterrorists. Many security analysists say, Why at his time, this group attacked\nKabul airport when US needs a strong logic to keep itself in Central Asia? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Central\nAsia is a hub of geo-politics. Central Asian countries may be sufferer. Chinese\ndevelopment project is going through the region. When China is starting to play\na role in case of bringing perpetual peace in the region, this type of incident\ncan turnover the whole geo-political scenario. Some evil forces want to damage\nthe regional peace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So,\nsuch things matter for the region:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
