Boy\nTNA parliamentarian&nbsp; Rasamannikam&nbsp;thinks&nbsp; one law means applying\nlaw equally to all. I am writing a series of essays on this subject in Sinhala\nnow appearing on the Lankaweb website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The essay attached was written 31 years ago, and I hope it will be a good reference\u00a0 item for all those handling the &#8220;law&#8221; in Sri Lanka.\u00a0 I believe this essay has points that could be developed as several masters theses.
