Speaking up about a looming food shortage is not a violation of the government\u2019s policy, the ex-agriculture secretary went on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Further, Mr. Jayasinghe noted that the switch from chemical to organic fertiliser is not 100 percent possible.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Courtesy Adaderana Udith K.
