Dear Jehan Perera:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I read the statement by President Gotabaya Rajapaksa\u2019s to the UN\nGeneral Assembly which was short and dignified.  Expressing his thoughts\nby saying that there is a need for a Joint Effort for reconciliation to\nbecome a reality. <\/strong>   This expression obviously was the\nreconciliation between the  minority Tamil-separatists and the majority\nSinhalese in Sri Lanka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To me that statement on re-con-silly-a-shun<\/em><\/strong> was\npacked with \u2018international bully landmines’ <\/strong>that would blow-off with\nevery Tamil-biased triggered international pressure-nudge on Sri Lanka. There\nwill be too many International actors who will want to get into the act like –\nthe UNHRC, US, UK, Canada, India, Norway, France, Denmark and the\nlike.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jehan, all I can say is –\u201dSweet Mother of Jesus, please spare\nmy MotherLanka <\/strong>from  this \u2018Bias Tamil Blarney\nre-con-silly-a-shun Gong Show\u2019.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The two operative and active words in President Gotabaya\u2019s\nstatement were Joint Effort\u201d  Joint Effort <\/strong> should be clearly\nunderstood, by the Tamils as that it is stupid trying to clap with one hand\neven to the percussion sounds of Thunai-lakadi-thantha-lakadi\u2019<\/em><\/strong>\non a Mridangam. <\/strong> And that there is a clear need to have a partner\nwho is in sync with your heart-beat and your footwork when dancing the Tango to\nLa Cumparsita<\/em><\/strong>  or even Santa Maria.<\/em><\/strong>  \nEthically, if there are no two sincere partners wanting to solve this exercise,\nin reality President Gotabaya\u2019s dream of a \u2018re-con-silly-a-shun\u2019<\/em><\/strong> \nwill fail\u2026and fail miserably.  This is not rocket science, and you,\nJehan,  being a Harvard-man should comprehend its dynamics easily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have taken off my diplomat-cap for the next one hour or so, and\nI wish you would yours, the one with the Norwegian  insignia at its\nfront-center of it, the country that gives away the Nobel Peace Prize annually.\nOr telling, showing an open empty palm to these Norwegians Show me the\nmoney and I will support  you\u201d <\/em><\/strong>because there is nothing Summa<\/em><\/strong>\nin this world.     You scratch my back and I  will scratch\nyours. And the Sri Lankans, you included, Jehan.  know that pretty\nwell.  And this Eelam issue is a million dollar money spinner.  And\nyou know it pretty well being the Executive Director of the National\nPeace Council of Sri Lanka, and once upon a time the Sri Lankan darling of the\nNorwegians.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You jumped with both feet first into the \u2018dreamer\u2019s re-con-silly-a-shun\u2019s\n<\/em><\/strong>wishes hot cauldron of Hope, by saying: We are ready to engage\nwith all domestic stakeholders, and to obtain the support of our international\npartners and the United Nations, in the process.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jehan, come again!  Did you really mean …and obtain\nthe support of our international partners and the United Nations, in the\nprocess.\u201d<\/em><\/strong> Hey! Jehan, be cautious.  I don\u2019t think you have\nmastered the art of walking on thin ice, or wouldn\u2019t have told the world ..obtain\nthe support of our international partners and the United Nations, in the\nprocess.\u201d  Not smart, by any means!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who the hell are our international partners\u201d<\/em><\/strong> Jehan? \nSurely not the guys and gals who carry into the UN chambers a large wooden\ncross, nails and mallets, before they start discussing the internal affairs of\nSri Lanka, when it is none of their business, and wanting to crucify my\nMotherlanka onto it for alleged human rights violations of the Tamils. \nThere was Genocide they say. Ha!…what crap\u2026what baloney\u2026.what poppycock!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jehan, if my dear Mother was alive, she would have frog-marched\nevery \u201dour  International  Partners\u201d <\/em><\/strong>by his or her ear\nand washed their mouths with carbolic soap at the kitchen sink..  She\nalways hated liars and bullies, ,and brought me up to be straight and an Honest\nson of Motherlanka, which I believe I am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Surely,  Jehan\u2019 you are not going to obtain our\ninternational partners and the United Nations,<\/strong>\u201d  to get involved in\nthe discussions for a re-con-silly-a-shun <\/em><\/strong>between the two Tamil\nand Sinhalese ethnic communities who used guns and bullets to speak to each\nother for 30 years until it ended on  May 19, 2009.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jehan, the majority of the International partners\u201d<\/em><\/strong>\nwho aided an abetted that unwarranted ethnic Eelam war were an anti-Sri Lankan\ndisingenuous, crummy, humbuggish, and a sick .International Gang of\nterrorism promoters<\/strong> who insists that they be judge and jury of the accountability\n<\/strong>of alleged human rights violations by the Sri Lankan Government Forces\u2019\nduring the last five months of the Eelam War<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jehan, if I have my way, I would show them the door and tell them:\nyou are not wanted at these deliberations as you have proved yourselves\nwithout any doubt to be Tamil Tiger terrorism supporters, their\nGodfathers  of their Tamil Tiger  terrorism.    \nAh..ahhh,  You are not wanted here. Here\u2019s the LITMUS TEST NO. 1, to expose International skullduggery\nand  humbuggery in Sri Lanka.  <\/strong>Let this be absolutely clear\nto you Jehan, that since May 2009, not a single International government, our\ninternational partners\u201d, <\/em><\/strong>who think they are International Human\nRights Cops,<\/em><\/strong> had identified and acknowledged the textbook example of an\namazing act of respecting human rights of a person during the Eelam war<\/em><\/strong>\nthat happened in Sri Lanka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The saving of the lives of 295,873 Tamil refugees from the\nclutches of theTamil Tiger terrorists<\/strong>, by the Sri Lankan Armed\nForces<\/em><\/strong>, who were marched for six months like a hoard of unwashed\ncattle from the west coast to the east coast of Sri Lanka, under the scorching\nJaffna-Killinochchi sun, as a human shield.<\/strong>  You know it , they know\nit and I know it \u2026as what is reassuring about the past in this 30-year Eelam\nWar is that all of this ruthless, ugliness did happen.  But what is\namazing is that this Humane Act missed the radar screens of all these\nnosey-Parker countries who may want to help Sri Lanka\u2019s re-con-silly-a-shun\n<\/em><\/strong>process  That is a bit of Bull\u201d isn\u2019t it Jehan, a crock-full of\ncodswallop\u201d. Surely, not with a bunch of mischievous rats that smell a puking\nanti-Sri Lanka odour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Further, Jehan, our international partners\u201d <\/em><\/strong>radar\nmissed the amazing  text book Humanitarian Act of not letting these\n295,873 Tamil refugees die of starvation.  The army soldiers who\nkicked-arse of the Tamil Tiger terrorists turned themselves into temporary\ncooks to help prepare three hearty breakfasts, lunches and dinners a day, \namounting to a million meals each day.   Jehan, this is a \u2018Humanitarian \nWow Act<\/strong> ..Sadhu\u2026sadhu\u2026.sadhu\u2026.Hallelujah\u2026..<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Haro-Hara Act\u201d <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You tell me, Jehan, what is the reason that our international\npartners\u2019<\/strong> missed these  major Humanitarian Acts by the Sri Lankan\nsoldiers.   There must be a damn-good reason for it.  I smell a nasty\nden of smelly International rats of Norwegians, Indians, Americans, Canadians,\nBritishers, Danes, French and so forth.  Not with cheese on their snouts\nbut with clotted Sinhala blood  I don\u2019t like it, and I resent it to the\ndepth of the marrow of my Weera-Sinha bones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you have an honest explanation, for what I have pointed\nout,  to absolve the geo-political sins of  \u2018Our International\nPartners\u201d<\/em><\/strong> to have them get involved in Gotabaya\u2019s exercise of re-con-silly-a-shun?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here\u2019s LITMUS TEST NO. 2 to expose International Skullduggery and\nHumbuggery in Sri Lanka.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The UNHRC <\/strong>has charged Sri Lanka of 40,000 \u2018Tamil\u2019\u00a0 civilian deaths during the last five months of the Eelam war in early 2009.\u00a0 This is when the Sri Lankan Government Forces kicked-arse of the Tamil Tiger terrorists in the North \u00a0and East of Sri Lanka and annihilated them on May 19, 2009 when their leader Velupillai Prabhakaran was shot through his forehead, and found dead on the sands of the Nandikadal lagoon.\u00a0 The UNHRC<\/strong> says that they have credible evidence\u201d<\/strong> to quote the numbers:, \u00a0 I say to UNHRC<\/strong>, whoopee do, good for you! What a bunch of Do-do\u2019s.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

 <\/em><\/strong>But you guys and  girls at UNHRC<\/strong>\nare smart and cunning, not wanting to get caught as liars and be slammed and beaten\nwith bamboo-sticks, so you all tell us that the credible evidence <\/strong>\ncannot be accessed for the next 30 years, a kind of a Covid-19 lockdown.  \nSmart, aren\u2019t they Jehan?  They know that they are on a silky Sri\nLanka-banana-peel slippery slope on that one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And here is a UNHRC <\/strong> liar\u2019s  doosey., that Nikki\nHaley of  US brilliantly picked up and exposed the UNHRC<\/strong> as a\ncesspool of political bias\u201d,<\/em><\/strong> and that Such a Council, in fact,\ndamages the cause of Human Rights.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And  then there was this British Labour MP for Micham and\nMorden, Siobhain McDonagh,<\/strong>  who said in parliament that the Sri\nLankan Armed Forces had killed 100,000 innocent Tamil civilians during the last\nfive months of the Tamil separatist terrorist war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She said, I hope that this debate will mark a small step\nin the attempts of the Tamil people of Sri Lanka to gain justice.\u201d <\/em><\/strong> I\nasked her in my letter, Surely you are not talking of the same Tamils\nthat I know that populate 40% of the population of the capital Colombo, where\nthe Tamil women drive around in BMWs  wearing designer jeans and\nsunglasses, are you?  What justice do they need, Siobhain?\u201d <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

 And I was curious, Jehan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I asked in a letter to her\u2026 what was it that you smoked\nbefore your morning cup of coffee, or is it something you put into the coffee\nthat made you hallucinate throughout that day when you spewed all that rubbish\nabout Sri Lanka in the British parliament.\u201d <\/em><\/strong> There was not a\nwhimper from her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And this is when the UNHRC’s charge of Human Rights violations by\nthe Sri Lankan Armed Forces which they said were responsible for 40,000 Tamil\ndeaths during the last five months of the war, oops! became a God damn\nHoax.  Especially, when the UNHRC-incumbent liars revolved around the\nlofty ideals of Human Rights, such as \u2018accountability.\u2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

 According to  war statistics in every international\nwar, the casualties were twice the number of deaths.  So here comes the \u2018Thousand\ndollar question\u201d <\/strong>which UNHRC\u2019s<\/strong> High Commissioner Madam Michelle\nBachelet and British Labour MP Siobhan McDonagh have to answer respectfully,\nhonestly  and truthfully as this is  a case of \u2018accountability<\/strong>\u2019,\nand you two cannot dodge and hide in your home-country mountain ranges or in\nmeandering river\u2019s coastal green forests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well\u2026well\u2026well Madam Bachelet, <\/strong>if 40,000 Tamils were killed\nby the Sri Lankan Armed Forces, that war according to war statistics should\nhave produced  80,000 casualties.   One would have expected a moving\nriver of wounded bloodied flesh,  broken human bodies with red blood\npatched bandaids, broken arms in slings, hobbling with the help of walking\nsticks, and carried in stretchers. Where the hell were\/are they?   Did any\none of your We are holier than thou\u201d:<\/strong> gang witness this human ugly\ndisaster?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I want to know and the world wants to know. You don’t happen to\ntalk about  them nor do your colleagues who are ready to call the Sri\nLankan Armed Forces personnel as War Criminals.   Right, Madam!   Where\nthe hell did the 80,000 Tamil war casualties disappear to..  Come on Madam\nBachelet, I want to know so does the whole world want to know.   Is this\nwhy Nikki Haley of the US said that the UNHRC  is a cesspool\nof  politicbias.\u201d  <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not giving us the answer is proof positive<\/em> that your charge\nagainst the Sri Lankan Armed Forces is a badly scripted storyline, which has\nturned into a  sour HOAX and is coming to bite at your credibility.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And You,  Siobhain McDonagh,<\/strong> where the hell did the\n200,000 Tamil Eealm war casualties  go, disappear to, an\nABRACADABRA-Vamoose Act\u201d.  You haven\u2019t spoken about them nor did your\nLabour Parliamentary colleagues.  . Give me a  break Siobhain\u2026give\nthe world a break!  Let\u2019s not  turn the world into a Human Rights\nCircus where, perhaps, you may have a place  to wear a Clown\u2019s pointy\ndunce hat,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are caught in a liar\u2019s-vice, and you have nowhere to go for an\nescape.  Admit that you picked that number during that hallucination phase\nin your coffee-spiked morning when you spewed out that number of 100,000 dead\nat the hands of the Sri Lankan Armed Forces.  Right!   Shish,\nLady\u2026how wrong you were.  It was a HOAX wasn\u2019t it  Pity!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The  lack of  a response of \u2018accountability\u2019 will be\nproof-positive<\/em><\/strong> that your charges of 40,000 and 100,000 deaths directed\ntowards the Sri Lankan Armed Forces was a HOAX , and you two have no place to\nhide your 10-shades of red of  embarrassed faces in the Chile\u2019s Cordilleras\nde Nahuelbuta<\/em><\/strong> and the Banks of the meandering River Wandle<\/em><\/strong>\nfor Siobhain McDonagh. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hallelujah!  You two took a chance, and that\u2019s what nasty\npolitics is all about,  and this is how the cookie crumbled.  Too\nBad!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The second Ban Ki-Moon\u2019s panelist<\/strong>\u00a0 that produced the Darusman\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Report<\/strong> was Steven Ratner. \u00a0 <\/strong>He was an advisor to Human Rights\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Watch t<\/strong>hat has been very critical of Sri Lanka from the very inception of the Eelam War.\u00a0 Steven co-authored a book with Jason Adams titled\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u2018Accountability of Human Rights: Atrocities in International Law\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0beyond the Nuremberg legacy\u2019,\u00a0 where on page 123 he has stated that\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0the convention of banning apartheid should be invoked in relations\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0to countries such as Sri Lanka.\u201d That statement itself should have disqualified him to be a panelist.\u00a0 Damn!\u00a0 Ban Ki-Moon is guilty of that infraction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0So what did the Sri Lankan Government do about it at the UN?\u00a0 Sweet\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Nothing and hoping that the expatriate activists around the world take on\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ban Ki-Moon on\u00a0 and ride on their volunteering backs.\u00a0 Ha! \u00a0 Jehan, I can quote dozens and dozens of such incidents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The third Ban Ki-Moon\u2019s<\/strong> panlist that produced the Darusman Report <\/strong>was South African lawyer Yasmin Sooka<\/em><\/strong> heavily dependent on EU\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0funds to be impartial.\u00a0 She was also a close associate of the South\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0African-Tamil Navi Pillay who was then a patron of the Sooka\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Foundation, and responsible for the failed resolution against Sri Lanka\u00a0before\u00a0 May 2009.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    It was this arrogance, more or less thumbing their noses at us Sinhalese-Canadians in Ontario, the Provincial Government of Ontario passed Bill 104 on May 6, this year.\u00a0 And the Tamils gloat at as theirs being the first jurisdiction in the world that has charged Sri Lanka of Genocide against the Tamils.\u00a0 And what is interesting is the UN quite rightly said that the Sri Lankan soldiers did not commit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    I for one\nwill be watching the court battle and keeping my fingers crossed.  If the\nSinhalese Coalition wins the case I want to see the arrogant Ontario Provincial\nGovernment Councillors who voted for Bill104, go down on their knees and kiss\nthe dust that the Sinhalese<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Coalition members walked on.\u00a0 That will knock his socks off even of the Federal MPs who are supporting the Tamils.\u00a0 And, of course, Prime Minister Justine Trudeau too But what is damning for Canada\u2019s<\/strong> Federal and Provincial Governments is to be told by the Indigenous peoples that these Canadian Government officials\u00a0 were a bunch of Genocidal Maestros killing their children in residential schools,\u00a0 not so long ago,\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    They found a mass grave of remains of 215 children at a former Residential school in Kamloops, in British Columbia And today (December 28, 2021), the remains of Indigenous children found in former residential schools is now at 7,509 and growing.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
