The term democracy\u201d has become a tool used to undermine democracy in the name of democracy by interfering into the internal affairs of countries & causing mayhem. What the CIA did back in the 1970s has now been outsourced to an entity called NED \u2013 National Endowment for Democracy. Entire vocabulary of democracy\u201d rule of law\u201d freedoms & rights\u201d peace\u201d reconciliation\u201d are encrypted to mean the opposite of what they profess to promote. NED founder Alan Weinstein called it the second CIA\u201d in 1991.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The NED was designed to enable bogus democracy promoting bandwagon\u201d to get closer to the People with initiatives that were tasked to private parties on NED\u2019s behalf. The modus operandi was to hire private entities to do the dirty work of NED\u2019s goals. These private entities became NGOs and Civil Society groups & their heads.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

US Govt gives NED funds, NED in turn creates a program, outsources it to a NGO who are tasked to carry it out under supervision of NED or reporting to NED. These NGOs are the vassals for the bogus democratic values\u201d spread among citizens to advance US strategic interests. This is why countries need to have a mechanism to keep an eye on the programs launched by NGOs\/Civil Society as funding is sent for them to brainwash\u201d citizens under cover of a program that looks quite innocent\u201d on the exterior. Within the program the goal or outcome is different. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

National Endowment for Democracy (NED) comprises 4 key subsidies <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. National Democratic Institute<\/strong><\/li>
  2. International Republican Institute (supports local political groups)<\/strong><\/li>
  3. American Centre for International Labor Solidarity (supports trade unions & labor movements)<\/strong><\/li>
  4. Centre for International Private Enterprise (supports private enterprises)<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Thus NED entraps the politicians-the trade unions & private organizations to facilitate riots, coloured revolutions, political crisis, to spread lies & rumors & infiltrate into local administrative systems. In Sri Lanka, we can notice that their tentacles have gone further to tap the Public Sector and top administrative posts.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    NED disintegrated the Soviet Union, NED was responsible for the Rose Revolution in Georgia, NED instigated the Velvet Revolution in Serbia, NED led the Orange Revolution in Ukraine, NED was responsible for the Arab Spring across the Middle East, NED was responsible for Pakistan and there is no reason not to believe NED did not have its hands in what took place in Sri Lanka. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
