The sixteen-year-old student, residing in the Polhena area of Matara, was found with 60 mg of the drug &#8216;ice&#8217; at the time of his arrest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to preliminary investigations by the police, the student claimed to have started using drugs six months ago after connecting with a friend in Kochchikade through Facebook. The arrested student allegedly confessed to requiring around fifty thousand rupees for his drug habit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In an effort to fund his addiction, the student reportedly used his photographer father&#8217;s camera to capture pictures of couples and individuals in the city and at the beach.
