US defense contractors have been profiting from Ukraine-related military supplies while bringing the world to the brink of war, numerous experts have told Sputnik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>US weapons manufacturers have raked in a fortune capitalizing on sales to foreign governments scrambling to replenish stocks drained by <a href=\"https:\/\/sputnikglobe.com\/20250125\/nato-dumps-almost-200-billion-into-ukraine-1121489334.html#:~:text=NATO%20Dumps%20Almost%20%24200%20Billion%20Into%20Ukraine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aiding and abetting the Kiev regime<\/a>. US military equipment sales to surged 29% in 2024 to a record $318.7 billion, according to State Department figures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shares of <a href=\"https:\/\/sputnikglobe.com\/20241011\/us-defense-contractor-raytheon-making-billions-profiting-from-weapons-for-ukraine-1120506151.html#:~:text=US%20Defense%20Contractor%20Raytheon%20Making%20Billions%20From%20Weapons%20for%20Ukraine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">US weapons giants<\/a> like Lockheed Martin (LMT.N), General Dynamics (GD.N), and Northrop Grumman (NOC.N) are all forecast to climb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lockheed Martin shares grew by 38.49% over the past year, reaching an all-time high of $611.74 last October.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>General Dynamics has also seen its stock rise by 27.81%, reaching an all-time high of $313.39 in November 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Northrop Grumman showed a 25.5% increase over the last three months of 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While NATO collectively financed Kiev to the tune of <strong>$191.2 billion<\/strong> over the past three years, the US was the largest donor of military aid (<strong>$68.9 billion<\/strong>), according to calculations by Sputnik, based on data from the Ukrainian Finance Ministry and the University of Kiel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The US State Department reported earlier that the main buyers of <a href=\"https:\/\/sputnikglobe.com\/20240912\/presidential-debate-aftermath-the-only-winners-were-the-donors-the-military-industrial-complex-1120112481.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">American weapons<\/a> were:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Turkiye (deliveries\/modernization of F-16 aircraft worth $23 billion);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Israel (F-15 fighters for $18.8 billion);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Japan (KC-46A tanker aircraft developed by Boeing for $4.1 billion, Raytheon-made Tomahawk missiles for $2.4 billion);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Germany (Patriot missiles for $5 billion); India (MQ-9B drones for $4 billion);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>South Korea (AH-64E Apache helicopters for $3.5 billion);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Romania (M1A2 Abrams tanks for $2.5 billion);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The continuing scourge of war profiteering by the US now threatens human civilization itself, author and professor Dr. Ken Hammond <a href=\"https:\/\/sputnikglobe.com\/20240925\/us-war-profiteers-bring-world-to-brink-of-armageddon-over-taiwan-donbass-1120276860.html#:~:text=US%20War%20Profiteers%20Bring%20World%20to%20Brink%20of%20Armageddon%20%E2%80%93%20Analyst\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">told Sputnik last year<\/a>, as Ukraine has been relentlessly pumped full of Western armaments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Much of the West\u2019s vast military aid to Ukraine has proven futile and served as a legitimate target for Russia on the battlefield.
