TheTamil Tigers told you all at UNHRC\u2019s 60th Session , who are sleeping with them, and licking their Indira Gandhi\u2019s Made in India\u00a0 J<\/em>ack-bootswith \u00a0their first salvo with their demand-poster written in Tamil Tiger flag red – LTTE is our Saviour: Don\u2019t demand to lay down their weapons.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sweet Mother of Jesus, did you read that? \u00a0 Holly Moses, did you\u00a0read that? Volker Turk, did you read it too? \u00a0 To me it is somewhat worrisome and scary!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well..well\u2026well, what choice have you got Volker?\u00a0 Your lot are now pushed up the\u00a0 demand- creek of no return<\/strong>\u201d by the Tamil Tigers who most of us thought were extinct after their annihilation in Sri Lanka by their armed forces on 19 May, 2009.\u00a0 Obviously with that demand poste<\/strong>r held in Geneva for the whole world to read, most of us have been proved wrong.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So they have started to push you up the same creek<\/strong> that India\u2019s Rajiv Gandhi who slept with them, and so did Sri Lanka\u2019s President Premadasa went up the same creek because he trusted them, ended up being assassinated with\u00a0 Suicide body packs that the Tamil Tigers perfected, on 21 May1991, and 1 May 1993 respectively.\u00a0 They took down their\u00a0 TULF leader, Appapillai Amirthalingam who addressed them lovingly as My boys\u201d,<\/strong> with a shower of live bullets on 13 July 1989.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Volkor, did you figure out what their weapons were that they demand Not to be asked to lay down.  Did you?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This was not\u00a0 a school yard fight between separatist Tamils and the Sri Lankan Armed forces with bamboo sticks, stone catapults and small stones and Mahaveli River-tumbled rounded pebbles, charnokite-granite rocks and kabook rocks, but sophisticated armouries of weapons like 303 rifles, AK47 Kalashnikovs,T56, pistols and 380 & 450 revolvers, Self-Loading Rifles, Light-Machine Guns,\u00a0 Sub-Machine guns, rocket launchers of 2\u201d mortars, Hand grenades, SAMissiles. and Claymore mines and many more. \u00a0 What chances have you at UNHRC got to dodge them when shot at, and fired at you all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Volkor, let\u2019s get it right at least for once, with that cocky-demand-poster, what the LTTE is telling you all as they did with Rajiv Gandhi\u2019s Indian Army\u2026We are the kings of the castle\u2026You are the dirty rascals,  just move aside or vamoose!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You lot at UNHRC are going up the creek<\/strong> with your insolent remarks and demands from the Sri Lanka Government acts of Human Rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well\u2026Volker\u2026. The American Republican Nikki Haley summed you all up brilliantly as the cesspool of political bias, and self serving body that makes a mockery of human rights.<\/strong><\/em>\u201d\u00a0 <\/strong>\u00a0How true\u2026how true!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don\u2019t you all know that your characterization that you are the best there was, and the best there is as  International Judges and Jurists on Human Rights, when you failed passing marks not able to recognize Sri Lanka\u2019s Classic Text Book example of the amazing act of Human Rights, when the Sri Lankan Government soldiers gave back the paramount human right, THE RIGHT-TO-LIFE<\/strong> to their 20.5 million peoples when they annihilated the most ruthless terrorists in the world the Tamil Tigers.  Oops!  What a faux pas<\/em><\/strong>.!    Sweet Mother of Jesus, what\u2019s with these guys and girls at UNHRC?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You who think that  you  all are the World\u2019s Police of Human Rights<\/strong>, missed another great opportunity again to prove your honesty\u2026prove that you all  are the Best Human Rights Police that have ever been in th world  Volkar, that\u2019 a Haha Joke! What poppycock\u2026   what a crass, disingenuous lie.   What Austrian-Hogswash!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Did you not know that the Sri Lankan Khaki and Blue serge clad  brave men and women in May of 2009, saved  295,873  Tamil refugees from the clutches of the Tamil Tiger terrorists who marched them for six months under a scorching <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jaffna-Killiniochchi sun,  like an unwashed herd of cattle from the West coast to the East coast.  It would have been easy for the armed soldiers to have bumped them off\u2026.and they didn\u2019t because of their brotherly, sisterly affection for humanity.  They were good-Christians, and they were good-Buddhists alike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And you all lacked the honesty, decency and love for humanity to acknowledge this amazing act of valour who put their lives on line.\u00a0 Not only that Volker, share this bit of information with your colleagues at UNHRC.\u00a0 The 295,873 Tamil refugees were housed in a white tent city and sustained their lives with cooked Dietitian-approved, a million meals a day\u2026. Hearty breakfasts, lunches and dinners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I resent you lot,  and get off my back, for not having the courage and decency to acknowledge this beautiful Act of generosity and Love.   What the heck is wrong with you lot Why, Volker\u2026why?   Explain to me.   That was a Classic Text Book example of a Human Rights Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Volker you and your mates at UNHRC failed the passing mark  again one more time, when you all missed recognizing another example of a Classic Text Book Act of Human Rights that the Sri Lankan armed forces were involved in.  Shish! What stupidity!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You were absolutely weird and wrong ignoring Sri Lanka\u2019s contribution to Human Rights,  and thus empowering the Tamil Tiger terrorism in the bid to resurrect in 2025 in Geneva, holding a Demand Poster<\/strong> which said in bold red letters -\u201d LTTE is our Saviours: Don\u2019t demand to lay down their weapons\u201d. And  had the audacity to fly their banned terrorist flag.<\/strong>   This is amazing stuff. when you all cannot recognize and failed miserably the amazing Classic textbook<\/strong> Acts of Human Rights<\/strong> when the Sri Lankan armed forces gave back 20.5 million Sri Lankans their paramount human right, their Right-to-Life, <\/strong>when they annihilated the Tamil Tigers on 19 May 2009, and kicked their butts. The  Tamil Tigers feel empowered knowing they have friends in you all, who will guard their lives and skin and bone and let them carry a sophisticated armoury of guns in their arms cradling like babies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well, Volker, the resurgent Tamil Tigers, I see are pushing you all up their Cyanide-Creek, telling you all that, :We are the Kings of the Castle. And You lot at UNHRC are the Dirty rascals!\u201d<\/strong>.\u00a0 That Demand poster that was held during the UNHRC\u2019s 60th Session said it all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Volker, here is my thesis when all this UNHRC Tommy-Rot<\/em><\/strong> started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ban Ki-Moon by 2011 was reduced to being a puppet by UNHRC\u2019s Western Pay-Masters, and was ordered to go on the war path to hurt the puny, courageous island of Sri Lanka with his stupid three-panel investigation report.  By then it seemed to have hurt Ban Ki-Moon more than Sri Lanka as 20.5 million Sri Lankans had told him boldly, to sheba-nom, Ban Ki-Moon\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is what I told Ban Ki-Moon on April 23, 2011, in a letter.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here are the four reasons why I say to you that you are acting like a pretentious Asian Korean fool Ban Ki-Moon thinking that you are God and that Sri Lanka\u2019s destiny is in your hands.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

 <\/em><\/strong> When you appointed the Special panel of three to advice you on Sri Lanka\u2019s alleged war crimes, the very issue that was dealt in June 2009 at the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, where the members decided in a 29 to 12 votes not to intervene in Sri Lanka\u2019s internal affairs, but the Tin-God in you Ban ki-Moon exceeded your powers prescribed in Chapter XV of the UN Charter where your role as the Chief Administrative Officer and the limits of your authority are detailed clearly in Article 97and 98.    And you, I understand, can read, write and understand English which the UN Charter is written in that Language. But you seem to have failed in that endeavour to comprehend.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

No wonder 20.5 million Sri Lankans were telling you to Sheba-nom, Ban ki-Moon!\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You were told  quite clearly by the Sri Lankan Government that the panelists were unacceptable as two were viscerally prejudiced against the Sri Lankan Government and were suspect. But you, the Tin God in you, still went ahead foolishly with this panel.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steven Ratner <\/em><\/strong>had written that the Tamils represented by the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (aka Tamil Tigers) are an oppressed minority.  More than Ratner’s ignorance this revealed his bias when he calls  the most privileged minority\u201d during the 131-years of colonial rule<\/strong>, the Jaffna Tamils (12.6%) the oppressed minority\u201d<\/strong>, compared to the wronged majority\u201d,<\/strong> the Sinhalese (74%) during the 131-years of colonial rule.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What expert knowledge, based on objectivity, can Steven Ratner <\/strong>give you when he comes out with this kind of ill-informed punditry?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This statement should have disqualified him instantly.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Volker, here is another UNHRC\u2019s Ban ki-Moon\u2019s stupid doozy.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The leader of his panel  Marzuki Darusman<\/strong> (Indonesia’s former Attorney General) was a member of an international team appointed to observe proceedings of a previous Sri Lanka Commission.  He left in a huff squabbling over fees with strong anti-Sri Lankan feelings.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Volker, one does not have to be an Einstein to know what the contents of his report would be.    Ban ki-Moon was a stupid fool to keep him in this panel.  What was wrong with this guy., who was determined to keep Mooning at Sri Lanka!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And the third member<\/strong> of the panel, the South African, Yasmin Sooka, <\/strong>was heavily dependent on the EU to be impartial.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well Volker Turk, that is how this UNHRC Tommy-Rot started<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

to target Sri iLanka on alleged Human Rights violations during the 30 year bloody Tamil Ethnic War that the Tamils were spoiling for a flight,\u2019and their butts were kicked after 30-years of haemorrhaging that sovereign puny island, and killings.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bottom line is\u2026NO ONE, not even Nikki Haley\u2019s UNHRC\u2019s thecesspool of political bias and self serving body that makes a mockery of human rights\u201d <\/em>is going hurt my Mother Lanka\u00a0unfairly.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And you all at UNHRC have been told boldly by the new generation of Tamil Tigers in their demands poster carried during the 60th Session in Geneva inSeptember 2025\u2026\u201dLTTE is Our Saviour: don\u2019t demand to lay Down their weapons.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You read between those lines Volker Turk, UN\u2019s High Commissioner  of Human Rights \u2026failing you will be pushed up their Cyanide-Creek of No Return.   That is the price  that others paid who did not toe their line, like:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

V. Yogeswaran <\/strong>(MP for Jaffna 13..89); Sam Thambimuutu<\/strong> ( MP for Batticaloa 7.5.90); W.K. Yogasangaree<\/strong> (MP for Jaffna 19.6.90); A. Thangathurai (MP for Trincomalee 5.7.97); Sarojini Yogewswaran <\/strong>(Mayor of Jaffna 17.5.98); S. Shanmuganadan<\/strong> ( MP for Vavuniya 17.7.98); Ranjan Wijeratne<\/strong> (MP Foreign Minister of Defence, 2. 3. 91 ); Lakshman Kadirgama<\/strong>r (MP, Minister of Foreign Affairs 12.8.05) and several hundreds more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You know what, Volker?   With your biased mentality, and working with a knife that cuts just one way, by now you may think that all those deaths happened at the hands of the Khaki clad Sinhalese soldiers?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
