In the aftermath of the Easter Sunday terror attacks, intelligence agencies from the United States (FBI), India (RAW), the United Kingdom (Scotland Yard), and Australia (ASIO)<\/strong> conducted extensive investigations into the origins, execution, and failures surrounding the 21 April 2019 massacre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their findings revealed beyond doubt that the attacks were executed by Islamist extremists and enabled by catastrophic institutional failure \u2013 not by Sri Lankan military intelligence<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yet in 2026, Sri Lanka\u2019s government and police appear determined to<\/strong> <\/strong>publicly ridicule, contradict, and invalidate these foreign intelligence conclusions<\/strong> <\/strong>by arresting individuals<\/strong> <\/strong>never named in any international or domestic reports.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not a single foreign intelligence or law-enforcement agency \u2014 including the FBI, Scotland Yard, Indian NIA, Australian Federal Police or US State Department \u2014 has ever named, implied, or suggested any role by Maj. Gen. Suresh Sallay or any Sri Lankan intelligence conspiracy in the Easter Sunday attacks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If<\/strong> <\/strong>FBI + Scotland Yard + NIA + AFP<\/strong> <\/strong>all found<\/strong> <\/strong>Islamist terror networks<\/strong>,
but<\/strong> <\/strong>Sri Lanka alone invents an intelligence conspiracy<\/strong>,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sri Lanka is effectively ridiculing the world\u2019s most powerful intelligence agencies.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Responsibility lay with institutional paralysis \u2013 no coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The disaster resulted from:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every conclusion:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All international investigations converged on one uncomfortable truth:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If guilt is assigned by political convenience rather than evidence, justice ceases to exist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What replaces it is narrative engineering.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And when a government begins contradicting FBI, RAW, MI6 and Australian intelligence findings \u2014 not with evidence, but with theatrics \u2014 it publicly exposes institutional collapse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This path guarantees only one outcome:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
