Today the people of Sri Lanka go to polls to elect a President. President Rajapakse went for elections two years ahead as he had confidence of winning.<\/p>\n

There is peace in the country and the people are moving about freely from one end of the country to the other because of President Rajapakse. He had the courage to fight a 3 decade war and finish it to the end. All his predecessors fought the war half-heartedly. Chandrika, who is now bulldozing around, hid behind barricades in fear of the LTTE. Even now she calls the world’s No. 1 terrorist leader as Mr. Prabhakaran. Sajith Premdasa detests that the killer of his father is given a new status. And then Chandrika claims that she finished 75 per cent of the war. Her ulterior motive is to introduce her siblings to \u00a0politics.<\/p>\n

If not for the leadership given by President Rajapaksa, the war would have never ended. And all the development work done in the country would never have seen daylight. The Colombians should not forget how the terrorists were letting off bombs in Colombo leading to a climax by raising the Central Bank to the ground. And the people should remember that the terrorists did not spare Siri Mahabodiya, Dalada Maligawa and so on.<\/p>\n

TNA is proxy for the LTTE and very strangely Maitripala Sirisena is depending on them for votes. Obviously, because he has agreed to the demands of the TNA, for instance implementation of the 13th Amendment, withdrawal of the army from the North, produce our war heroes before a war crimes tribunal and so on. If so, why should the people vote for a puppet who is under obligation to the LTTE and \u00a0for division of the country? Sirisena was only a Minister in the Rajapaksa govt. He has now become a national traitor.<\/p>\n

Then there are traitors who crossed over to the opposition for money pumped in by the western countries who are instigating a regime change.<\/p>\n

The people should give serious thought to these and vote for President Rajapakse who wiped out terrorism from Sri Lanka making the country a safe place for the people to live.\u00a0 Save our motherland from traitors who ridiculed the war !<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
