Ranil Wickramasinghe is not the Prime Minister of Sri Lanka as he has been appointed a Prime Minister in terms of\u00a0 an agreement signed with Maitripala Sirisena before\u00a0 he became the President.<\/p>\n

Being sworn in as the Executive President does not give Maitripala Sirisena the right to act in breach of the Constitution of Sri Lanka to keep the pre-election\u00a0 agreements he entered into in his private capacity. It follows that, to sworn in\u00a0 Ranil Wickramasinghe as\u00a0 the Prime Minister is in breach of the Constitution of Sri Lanka.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Neither has Maitripala Sirisena as the executive\u00a0 President the right to take on himself the powers of the Judiciary which he did in appointing and sacking Chief Justices. Therefore, all such acts of President Maitripala Sirisena are ultra vires.<\/p>\n

Ranil Wickramasinghe is a lackey of the USA ,the West, and India.\u00a0 Modi has failed India as much as Barrack Obama failed America.<\/p>\n

Americans were tired of war mongering\u00a0 under Bush administration and wanted America take a different path to \u00a0save their children dying in foreign wars.\u00a0 Therefore they elected Barrack Obama to end foreign wars, and bring back American soldiers-their children,\u00a0 to usher in a much desired peace to America. But he has \u00a0miserably failed the American people realise their hopes of a peaceful existence without sacrificing their children to win foreign wars.<\/p>\n

The people of the world outside America also expected America under Barrack Obama to follow a non aggressive people friendly foreign policy and bring peace to the world.<\/p>\n

But he has made aggression his policy, human rights his arm to subjugate\u00a0 developing countries, regime change to keep developing countries under QAmezrican control, imposing sanctions to keep rival nations like Russia in check,\u00a0 setting up puppet regimes in Asia to bar\u00a0 China\u2019s influence on developing nations, and stop China\u2019s use of southern seas to facilitate its transport of oil.\u00a0 A means to cripple\u00a0 China\u2019s vast economic development, as using sanctions to cripple Russian economy.<\/p>\n

India thought Modi would take India away from subservience to USA and follow an independent foreign policy developing closer ties with Asian Nations and Russia.\u00a0 But Modi\u2019s India seems to be caught in the American loop against China and Russia. India is wary of China\u2019s growing economic strength, and its influence in the world and in its neighbourhood. Therefore India is now hand in glove with American Imperialism to stop the growing influence of China- India\u2019s self imposed nightmare.<\/p>\n

It is here we see our man Ranil Wickramasinghe playing the role of the lackey of the USA and the white west falling into the trap of India\u2019s plan of subverting Sri Lanka\u2019s fast growing economic strength.<\/p>\n

However, under\u00a0 Yahapalanaya of Maitripala and Ranil Sri Lanka will lose its identity as the \u00ab\u00a0 fast growing economic strength\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0 It will despite Ranil\u2019s<\/p>\n

Finance Minister\u2019s assurance,\u00a0 fall back to what it was before 2005.<\/p>\n

The people rejected Ranil Wickramasinghe\u00a0 29 times at elections\u00a0 as they knew his lack of patriotic allegiance to Sri Lanka as his motherland,\u00a0 but his tendency to bootlick USA and the West. But chance pushed him to unexpected heights and today he is an unconstitutional Prime Minister for hundred days with a cabinet of like minded Ministers (hunters of thieves and criminals) for the same period.<\/p>\n

Ranil Wickramasinghe knowing that he would be a sure failure at another election fools the gullible President with a plan to set up a National government, in which he would naturally be President Maitripala Sirisena\u2019s Prime Minister.<\/p>\n

Then why go to elections at all ?\u00a0 Is this democracy in terms of\u00a0 President Maithripala Sirisena or is it his boring yahapalanay\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 which has already created a police state threatening to take into custody the former President and his Ministers ?<\/p>\n

If USA and the West were to ask Ranil Wickramasinghe to turn right, he would\u00a0 turns right, if USA and the West\u00a0 were to ask him to turn left, he would turns left. Ranil Wickramasinghe is now completely immersed in the USA plan of regime change\u00a0 hypnotically following \u00a0its \u00a0instructions.<\/p>\n

Latest is Ranil Wickramasinghe\u2019s attack\u00a0 on the Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbot.\u00a0 Ranil Wickramasinghe\u00a0 says that , \u2026\u2026Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott\u2019s close relationship with the Sri Lanka\u2019s Rajapaksas was \u2018a mystery\u2019 to Sri \u00adLankans\u201d It is Ranil Wickramasinghe who is purposely making a\u00a0 mystery of it though \u00a0there seems to be no mystery in it.<\/p>\n

Has\u00a0 he gone paranoic ?<\/p>\n

Unexpected power in one\u2019s hand, coupled with fear and hatred can make one \u00a0suffer from dementia.<\/p>\n

Ranil had said in \u00a0an interview with the The Australian that, the Australian government\u2019s silence on alleged human rights abuses was the price it paid to secure co-operation from the former Rajapaksa government on stopping asylum-seeker boats.\u201d<\/p>\n

This most disgusting man Ranil seeking to sling mud at the former President Mahinda Rajapakse has continued his\u00a0 uncouth statements most disgustingly unfit for some one who is\u00a0 being addressed to as\u00a0 Prime Minister, though he is constitutionally not a Prime Minister.<\/p>\n

Ranil had said in the interview with The Australian , “\u2026\u2026\u2026.It was being done by people with Rajapaksa connections, but once this deal was done between Australia and the Rajapaksa government, where you looked the other way (on human rights abuses), then secretary of defence got the navy to patrol,\u201d he told The Australian. You could not have got anyone out of this country without someone in the security system looking the other way, the police or the navy\u2026\u2026.\u201d<\/p>\n

This man Wickramasinghe\u00a0 is beating the drum for the USA and the West. The reason for his\u00a0 statement is\u00a0 s because the USA and the West want to take revenge from Australian Prime Minister for the following reason.<\/p>\n

Australia has been accused of refusing to speak out on alleged war crimes committed in the last months of Sri Lanka\u2019s 26-year civil war with Tamil separatists in which as many as 40,000 civilians were killed, and on subsequent \u00adallegations of human rights abuses, because it needed the Sri Lankan government\u2019s support to stop the flow of boats. While fellow Western nations have pushed for an independent investigation through the UN Human Rights Council, Australia has said it is not its place to publicly lecture Sri Lanka on human rights.\u201d<\/p>\n

In fact when\u00a0 the Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbot was asked by his western counterparts\u00a0 to\u00a0 raise the human rights issue with the President of Sri Lanka during CHOGM, Prime Minister Tony Abbot had said, ahead of travelling to Sri Lanka in 2013 for the Commonwealth summit, that he was “not inclined to go overseas and give other countries lectures” but he would be urging Colombo to “respect everyone’s rights”.<\/p>\n

Prime Minister Tony Abbott\u00a0 was a gentleman compared to Prime Minister David Cameron who took the opportunity of his invitation to CHOGM to go to Jaffna\u00a0 making a fuss over human rights, meeting women who had lost their children during the terrorist war<\/p>\n

It is quite evident that Ranil Wickramasinghe\u2019s criticism of the Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbot was to please his new political masters USA, the West, and India.\u00a0 Ranil Wickramasinghe\u2019s arrogance against Australian PM is also because of his distancing from China on the advice of USA, the West and India.<\/p>\n

A month later in October, the Indian government quietly launched an inter-ministerial review exercise to revisit India\u2019s policies for the Indian Ocean. This followed on the heels of China\u2019s proclaimed\u00a0Maritime Silk Road<\/a>, its growing influence around the Bay of Bengal, and the development of the\u00a0Pakistani port of Gwadar<\/a>, which is to be operated exclusively by Beijing. Glimpses of this exercise were seen the same month when Modi visited Myanmar, Australia and Fiji. China is the biggest foreign investor in Australia, and has liberally provided economic aid, loans and investments to Myanmar and Fiji. Ranil Wickramasinghe is taking the 100day government opportunity to accuse the former President Mahinda Rajapakse, his wife, children, his brothers, all his collaborators, his Ministers, all Directors and Managing Directors of Companies and government enterprises, even Ambassadors appointed by the previous government( to put in place UNP supporters and\u00a0 Sympathisers), and reverse all\u00a0 development projects, and security measures that had been taken and put in place by the previous government.<\/p>\n

Ranil wickramasinghe the 100 day Prime Minister of President Maithripala Sirisena\u00a0 is doing all this, with a view to take over completely the Administration into the hands of the UNP supporters, getting ready finally to make Maithripala Sirisena a ceremonial President and take over the Government as the Prime Minster with Executive powers. All this is being done while the President Maitripala Sirisena stands like a scarecrow- an effigy which stands like a man to scare away the birds.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ranil Wickramsing who had promised press freedom, has already\u00a0 taken over all state media and had\u00a0 threatened the press saying that , \u2026.. some newspapers had attempted to remove him from politics but they failed over the past 10 years and later they attempted to ensure Mahinda Rajapaksa won the Presidential elections last month, but he lost.Wickremesinghe said that while he has no issue with any newspaper backing\u00a0Mahinda Rajapaksa at the next election, he will have an issue with anyone attempting create communal disharmony\u2026\u2026some newspaper owners who have the support of Mahinda Rajapaksa are big businessmen and have a stake in the Colombo Stock Market but he will look to remove them from the Stock Market.\u201d<\/p>\n

There is a further media censure in the offing\u00a0 in addition to the media censure that is already on.<\/p>\n

Ranil Wickramasinghe is a little panicky despite his words of bravado\u00a0 he has challeneged former President Mahinda Rajapaksa to contest the next general election as the UPFA\u2019s prime ministerial candidate.<\/p>\n

Addressing a meeting of UNP Puttalam District activists at Wennappuwa on Saturday, Wickremesinghe\u00a0 had said he would reduce Rajapaksa\u2019s votes to five million from 5.8 million if the latter entered the fray.\u00a0 Ranil seems to be\u00a0 on the verge of a nervous breakdown despite his words of bravado, since the Nugegoda mammoth rally in support of the former President Mahinda Rajapakse\u00a0 inviting him to contest as the Prime Minster Candidate of the UPFA.<\/p>\n

Ranil who has been defeated at 29 elections\u00a0 now dares to\u00a0 \u00a0the \u00a0former President Mahinda Rajapakse, \u00a0 \u2026\u2026 to contest the next general election as the UPFA\u2019s prime ministerial candidate\u2026\u2026.\u201d\u00a0 There is no doubt that in such a contest he will surely score his 30th<\/sup> defeat.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
