For the first time, this rally will be organised by the United People\u2019s Freedom Alliance (UPFA).\u201d He said.<\/p>\n<p>The contemplated no confidence motion against the Prime Minister may hasten the dissolution of Sri Lankan parliament,\u201d a political observer predicted earlier.
