\u00a0<\/strong>What happened, what must be done\u00a0 & importantly what must not be done<\/strong><\/p>\n

Roughly two years ago the ruling United Christian Party aka UNP felt that they weren\u2019t getting anywhere in Sri Lankan politics. After much soul searching what they decided was to launch a slander campaign against the then ruling UPFA headed by Mahinda Rajapakse. The task was handed over to Mangala Goebbles Samaraweera and that was the start of the Yahapalana hoax as well as over rated slanders on government corruption. This is not to say there was no corruption. It is now openly admitted by Mahinda Rajapakse that there was corruption and unlawful activities on which he decidedly to cast \u00a0a Nelsonian Eye! On the other hand it is justifiable to ask whether there are any politicians in Sri Lanka or even around the world who have not profited by their positions in power during their tenure in office.<\/p>\n

At the elections held in 8 Jan 15 it is now abundantly clear who voted for whom. Although during his tenure as the President of Sri Lanka, Mahinda Rajapakse courted and took under his wing politicians of a wide range of beliefs and political hues, in the end most of them deserted him at the elections leaving him at his real voter base \u2013 the rural Sinhala Buddhists.<\/p>\n

It was clear from the elections results that a vast majority of Sinhala Christians did not vote for him. A vast majority of Muslims did not vote for him and almost to a man and woman, Tamils neither from the North and East nor from the Estate sector voted for him. \u00a0In sum it is clear none of those votes are neither democratic nor representative; they are command or decreed votes at the behest of their so called leaders. All this in spite of the freedom each and every one of them enjoys not having to be at the receiving end of LTTE terrorism. A vast majority of them did not know who sirisean is!<\/p>\n

It is futile now or in the future to depend on the votes of minorities to form a stable government. His defeat on 8 Jan was his false hope on the minority\u00a0 Tamil, Muslim and Christian vote.\u00a0 It is clear from the behavior of the Muslims and Tamils both Sri Lankan and of Indian Origin that they have only selfish interests that benefit them and them alone. It is clear from their behavior that their desire is not to be Sri Lankan but to find their own tribal and religious enclaves; more land grabbing and more. A stable government \u00a0can only be realized only if the Sinhala Buddhist unite realizing the danger and bring a change of government that can work for all Sri Lankans irrespective of race, caste or creed. The minorities have never worked for the common good. They have always voted to enhance their already privileged positions. No country can ever prosper let alone be at peace where the majority rights are neglected.\u00a0 This is what exactly is happening in Sri Lanka. The tail has wagged the dog for too long!<\/p>\n

Just as it was the Sinhala\u00a0 Buddhist who largely took part in the war effort it was the Sinhala Buddhists who supported Mahinda Rajapakse \u00a0to the hilt to bring him back to power for a third time. This is not to say there aren\u2019t those Sinhala Buddhists who did not vote for him. Sometimes due to political affiliations (Kapuwath UNP Sinhala Buddhists) and sometimes duped by the Anti _ Mahinda propaganda many Sinhala Buddhists did not cast their vote to Mahinda R ; some even to teach him a lesson. It is they, who must be addressed in the coming elections.\u00a0 We need to call on their patriotic duty to leave aside unrealistic expectations and as it is now clear largely false allegations against Mahinda R are not true, and decide to throw their weight behind the Mahinda campaign to return him to power.<\/p>\n

In countries like Sri Lanka there is a dearth in leadership material and the country is still not in a position to gamble and hand over power to lack lustre politicians. Even after his defeat at the last Presidential Election on 8 Jan, it is not possible to find a leader who can come close to Mahinda Rajapakse, with his own brother Gotabhaya coming a close second. It is this reason that brings in hundreds of thousands of people to flock around Mahinda Rajapakse wherever he goes around Sri Lanka. Those who know and appreciate the war effort and the simple freedom from fear \u2013 winning the war brought about are still with Mahinda Rajapakse in spite of much corruption and misdeeds that happened under his stewardship. He can be trusted to do a job and produce results.<\/p>\n

The Yahapalanaya that dawned in the morning of 9 Jan 15, promised many things including one hundred tasks.\u00a0 The promise also included that there will be Parliamentary Elections at the end of this period. Some of the things that were promised and what was really intended and in the end happened are as follows:<\/p>\n

  1. Reduction of the cost of living \u2013 this was only an election gimmick with no long term prospects. Intention was to deceive and what happened is that it cannot be maintained long term.<\/li>\n
  2. Reduction of the powers of the President \u2013 Ranil only wanted the power to be transferred to him hoping that he will be the future Prime Minister. Given the same powers a premiership under Ranil W would have been draconian! Again the intention was to fool the public and what happened was the Amendment got diluted to such an extent it has lost all the sting.<\/li>\n
  3. A hundred day government with Ranil Wickramasinghe as the Premier – This constituted an illegal promise, as UNP did not commanded a majority in the parliament; finally gave way to an no confidence motion against the Prime Minister.<\/li>\n
  4. Introduction of the 20th<\/sup> Amendment to the Sri Lanka Constitution. \u00a0A promise was made that they will see through the 20th<\/sup> but reneged on it after getting the 19th<\/sup>. \u00a0Intention was to fool the public\u00a0 but the cat is out of the bag now. The public knows what happened. A revamp of the electoral system including abolition of the preferential candidates and going to a mix of proportionate and first past the post type of elections. This was really a hoax and clearly not in the real agenda<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    From the outset it was clear how things were going to pan out. Within almost a day Ranil Wickramasinghe was appointed the Prime Minister without even a \u2018bye you\u2019 to the incumbent D M\u00a0 Jayaratne.\u00a0 \u00a0The Chief Justice Mohan Peiris was dispatched in a not too different a manner. Thereafter he went on to appoint a cabinet of ministers\u00a0 a very Christian Cabinet.<\/p>\n

    From the day Ranil got his appointment as Prime Minister, all he tried to do was to usurp power from the lack lustre Sirisena who is an Accidental \u00a0President only by a coup masterminded by the Christian West. Ranil tried his level best to grab all the executive power from those of the presidency. ( Kole vahala gahanna haduwa ; namuth okkoma dekka prodawa.) His na\u00efve and childish attempts were so transparent, they got exposed and the final version of the 19th<\/sup> Amendment got approved with over one hundred modifications leaving him only scraps or crap.<\/p>\n

    Although many things were promised and even could have been fulfilled if only as election gimmicks the current United Christian Party aka UNP has failed. Not only they have failed, they have taken part in large-scale corruption as well as frauds that cost the nation Billions. The Central Bank fraud alone amounts to several motorway projects.\u00a0 The nation could have been given gas, gasoline and diesel for free for a couple of decades with the money thus stolen.\u00a0 The\u00a0 tragedy is that the Nation does not understand the gravity of the fraud.\u00a0 They have taken it as one among the rest of allegations. All what has been done or rather not done is evident to the nation and the Nation must make their decisions appropriately.<\/p>\n

    The role of the JVP is laughable or even childish \u2013 their actions are so transparent. Their role in the 8\u00a0 January coup was not only\u00a0 to get Mahinda Rajapakse government out of power, but also to \u00a0discredit the \u00a0UNP in the end with the hope of bashing both sides and increase their voter base. \u00a0However we believe that the voters are intelligent enough to understand who the JVPers are and not get fooled by their false promises.\u00a0 They have done all in their power to sabotage the security of Sri Lanka. JVP payed lip service to the 20th<\/sup> Amendment and in the end went viral against it.\u00a0 All this was in their original plan. \u00a0This is, knowing very well that the mixed system of voting – FPP and Proportional will dwindle their chances at the coming elections. \u00a0It is now clear that they are being influenced by foreign forces, that are hell bent on destroying the Sinhala Buddhist power base – the only stabilizing force in Sri Lanka. Since it is obvious that the next elections will only be held under the previous Proportional representation system it is important that the voters deny them even the 5% that might give them a chance of getting a minority seat.<\/p>\n

    The proponents of Yahapalanaya \u2013 Pivituru Hetak, Jathika Hela Urumaya\u00a0 and the Catholic Jayalath Jaywardana\u2019s acolyte \u2013 Rev Sobhitha are rarely seen or heard except for monologues. Patali Champaka, Rev Rathana and not so reverend Sobhitha have deceived the Sinhala Buddhists\u00a0 completely.\u00a0 We have not heard them talking about Sinhala Buddhists at least once during the last 12 months.<\/p>\n

    It is now clear that Dawalta Maithri Raata Maru Sira has realized that SLFP without Mahinda Rajapakse is a dead horse. Also that with Mahinda Rajapakse in the Parliament his presence will get eclipsed. They want Mahinda only to get votes but not him in person in the Parliament. The multiple turncoat SB Dissanayake has put it succinctly recently at a press conference.\u00a0 The ambassadors and high commissioners of India and the Christian West have very clearly spelt what they intend for Sri Lanka.<\/p>\n

    What is left for Mahinda Rajapakse and those around him is to goto elections through a new party and carry out an election campaign as no other, targeting the real vote base of Mahinda Rajapakse to get at least 90% of the Sinhala Buddhist vote. There is no hope in hell getting any significant vote from the Christian, Muslim and Tamil who have a different agenda. For the people of Sri Lanka and mainly the Sinhalese it is now increasingly clear that a vast majority of all Christians, Muslims and Tamils are Anti Sri Lanka and are dreaming of their own ethnic and religious enclaves while retaining their positions of residence and businesses in the rest of Sri Lanka. Even if they come they only come to get their pound flesh as they have shown this barbaric attitude time and again in the past.<\/p>\n

    Mahinda should have no qualms about the SLFP. Even in 1956 it contested under the name of Maha Jana Eksath Peramuna (MEP) and later as UPFA. For the people the name nor the symbol whether the Hand symbol or the Betel Leaf symbol all worked equally well to bring the intended consequences. Otherwise he should engineer to regain the leadership of the SLFP by legal means.<\/p>\n

    These are little black holes that will eventually devour the land of the Sinhalese. Sinhalese must realize the danger that they are in. This time it \u00a0is now or never.<\/p>\n

    They must all unite to bring Mahinda Rajapakse back to power. This can only be done only if they unite as one to bring down the hated United Christian Party aka UNP, the double dealing pseudo socialist JVP and thereby minimise the political clout of the Jihadists and Separatist Tamils.<\/p>\n

    As for Mahinda Rajapakse it is time to ditch the SLFP temporarily ( this was already done by Choura Ragina once and many others earlier and later) and field a set of reliable candidates whom he can trust \u2013 not least the likes of Apavitra, Dilan, Nimal Siripala, doubtful Prem Jayanth, multiple turncoats and others of their ilk. It is clear as daylight that Maru Sira the gutless guttersnipe, is looking for Mahinda\u2019s blood. People of Sri Lanka must understand what Maru Sira is doing at the bidding of the Christian West and that of India.<\/p>\n

    ALL THOSE WHO STAYED BACK HOME WITHOUT VOTING MUST COME THIS TIME TO EXERCISE THEIR PATRIOTIC DUTY at the elections. AS Mahinda \u00a0SAYS THERE ARE ONLY TWO KINDS OF PEOPLE IN SRI LANKA \u2013 THOSE WHO LOVE AND THOSE WHO DON\u2019T. WE CALL UPON YOU TO JOIN AS ONE AS THOSE WHO LOVE MOTHER LANKA.<\/p>\n

    MOTHERS, FATHERS, GRANDFATHERS, GRANDMOTHERS, ALL AND SUNDRY WHO ARE ELIGIBLE VOTERS SHOULD COME AND VOTE TO BRING MAHINDA RAJAPAKSE BACK INTO POWER. OTHERWISE THE COUNTRY WILL SOON BE DISMEMBERED. IT WILL NOT END THERE. THE EELAM AND THE VARIOUS \u2018ISTANS\u2019 THE JIHADIST HAVE IN MIND WILL EAT THE REST OF SRI LANKA. TO BEGIN WITH THERE WILL BE \u2018BORDER\u2019 DISPUTES AND THEN THE REST WILL BE HISTORY \u2013 UNENDING BLOOD BATHS.<\/p>\n

    JUST LOOK AT THE EELAM MAPS OF 1980 AND THE PRESENT \u2013 THE DIFFERENCE IS THERE TO SEE. IT IS ENCROACHING ON THE REST OF SRI LANKA ON A PINCER MOVEMENT. JUST LOOK AT THE ILLEGAL SETTLEMENTS OF THE JIHADISTS. SINHALESE WILL BE LEFT WITH ONLY THE SEA TO JUMP IN.<\/p>\n

    AMME, THATHTHE, SEEYE AACHCHIYE DON\u2019T STAY BACK HOME. YOUR VOTE IS VALUABLE TO SAVE SRI LANKA and Buddhism FROM THE TRAITOR SIRISENA AND HIS UNITED CHRISTIAN PARTY. When Sirisena left to join the Avajathakayos with Champaka and Ooru Kata Rajitha, he took the fist steps of dismembering the SLFP. SIRISENA IS a simpleton who even today cannot fathom the depth of his treachery.<\/p>\n

    THIS REQUEST IS FOR YOU TO FOLLOW MAHINDA RAJAPAKSE\u2019S LEADERSHIP JUST FOR THE SAKE OF SRI LANKA. MAHINDA NOR US WILL LIVE VERY LONG, BUT SRI LANKA. THIS MAY BE THE LAST CHANCE SRI LANKA HAS IN HER OVER 2500 YEAR HISTORY TO STAY AS ONE COUNTRY. THE NEW CHOLAS, THE NEW PORTUGUESE AND THE JIHADIST BARBARIANS ARE AT THE GATES OF the CITADEL SRI LANKA TO DESTROY AND TAKE FOR THEMSELVES OUR MOTHERLAND.<\/p>\n

    CHRISTIAN WEST IS OUT FOR A FOOTHOLD AND IT IS CLEAR THAT THEY ARE AIMING for a base in TRINCOMALEE HARBOUR to police the Indian Ocean.<\/p>\n

    There is one thing and one thing alone that Mahinda Rajapakse must not do \u2013 NOT SACRIFICE THE SINHALESE BUDDHISTs AT THE ALTAR OF THE CHRISTIAN GOD.
