The CID also believes that Ekneligoda\u2019s practice of mailing human ash to Mahinda Rajapaksa was part of a well orchestrated project that was handsomely funded\u201d to drive fear into the former president.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, one of the military personnel grilled by the CID has alleged that Ekneligoda was involved in human smuggling and forging documents. Sandhya Ekneligoda, wife of Prageeth, has meanwhile accused a friend of a Foreign Affairs Minister Mangala Samaraweera and the editor of The Colombo Telegraph Uvindu Kurukulasuriya of attempting to derail the investigation into Prageeth\u2019s abduction as per orders given by former president Rajapaksa.
