The swearing in ceremony of State and Deputy Ministers of the National Government completed its second day a short while ago at the Presidential Secretariat in Colombo making 19 new state ministers and 21 new deputy Ministers making altogether 85 out of 142 national government MPs either a minister or a deputy Ministers . Too\u00a0many\u00a0MPs\u00a0want\u00a0to\u00a0be\u00a0the\u00a0Ministers and to<\/em>\u00a0<\/em>be<\/em>\u00a0<\/em>in<\/em>\u00a0<\/em>charge<\/em>,\u00a0and\u00a0not\u00a0enough\u00a0MPs\u00a0are\u00a0willing\u00a0to\u00a0follow\u00a0to\u00a0do\u00a0parliamentary process.
