How about investigating the following for a start:<\/p>\n

1.0 Daham Sirisena’s huge stash of Foreign Currency.\u00a0<\/strong>

2.0 Implement the recommendations of the Batalanda Commission report. According to this report RW’s civic rights should have been removed.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

3.0 How about also investigating Central Bank Governor who did a day light robbery of the Central Bank last year as soon as RW came into power.<\/strong>\u00a0Arjun Mahendran pulled off the infamous bond scam involving Rs. 5000 million about which much has been writtenAfter the Presidential Election My3 appointed RW as the Prime Minister even when there was an existing Prime Minister and Cabinet. When asked why MY3 did it he said that the West wanted him to do so. RW in turn went on to appoint a Singaporean, Arjun Mahendran as the Governor of Central Bank, Paskaralingam as Head of the Treasury, whose reputation is well known and brought the Finance Ministry under him.\u00a0 When the Parliament brought a “No Confidence” motion against him and also the COPE report on Mahendran, My3 dissolved the Parliament and brought in his own people with the UNP included.<\/p>\n

4.0 Re-open the Ravi Karuanayake money laundering case.<\/strong> After dragging on for 10 years suddenly when Yahapalanaya came into power the Judge immediately acquits him of the charges and retires.<\/p>\n

5.0 Investigate the Constitutional Laws broken by Maithripala Sirisena since he became President.<\/strong> When he was elected President, MY3 was not given a mandate by the People to do various changes without approval from the existing Cabinet.<\/p>\n

(i) He appointed RW as Prime Minister when there was already a Prime Minister and a Cabinet.<\/p>\n

(ii)\u00a0Subsequently, during the August General Election, My3 first gave permission for Mahinda to run as head of the UPFA, and then two days before the election he had got news that \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Mahinda was going to win, and to make sure that the did not get the PMs post, \u00a0went on tv and also wrote a letter telling the public that Mahinda will not be appointed as PM even if he wins. He then went on to remove the Secretaries of the SLFP and the UPFA and appointed his own. In addition he rejected the Nomination list which had been gazetted, and appointed a bunch of people who had been rejected by the people.\u00a0In my opinion what My3 did was illegal and should be investigated by either the Police or the Election Commissioner. UPFA should have filed a case in Court to hear the case.<\/p>\n

(iii) He removed the Party secretaries who had been gazetted and appointed his own.<\/p>\n

(iv) He removed the people who were on the Gazetted Nomination List and put in his own people who had lost the election.<\/p>\n

(v) He took his son to UN and removed an official invitee to ensure his son could be in the delegation.<\/p>\n

(vi) He has been lying to the people on the UNHRC recommendations. He says one thing one day and some thing else the next day. No one knows where the country stands.<\/p>\n

6.0 Investigate how many went recently to Davos for the Economic summit and what was the expense.<\/strong> Who paid for it? Davos is a very very expensive city and each hotel is supposed to cost a few thousand dollars a night. It is rumored 40 people went and what did Sri Lanka gain out of it. RW has been going there every year even when he was not in power. Who was paying his expenses each year?<\/p>\n
