A victor\u2019s justice prosecuted the Germans and Germany and none of the pre & post war crimes by the Allies ever saw any trial (Allies were both prosecutor & judge). There was no justice only vengeance. Status of Forces Agreement ensured the US & UK troops remain stationed in Germany. <\/span>11million German civilians and German soldiers are said to have been killed AFTER the war ended<\/span>. As Mark Weber, director of the Institute for Historical Review rightly says <\/span>We hear a lot about terrible crimes committed by Germans during World War II, but we hear very little about crimes committed against Germans\u201d<\/span><\/i> in what can be called an \u2018Unknown Holocaust\u2019. Similarly the UN and the International Community are making it a point to target only the Sri Lankan Army who were only defending the nation against the brutal LTTE terrorists and not a hum comes out of any UN official or foreign envoy for the need to punish the LTTE for its brutal murders of civilians and unarmed personnel over 30 years, instead they are being treated as POWs when legally they have no right to be and calls are being made for their release despite arrests have been made of LTTE cadres with arms and ammunition. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Germans killed by Allies after World War 2:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Mariani\u00a0 claims that <\/span>five million Germans were starved to death in occupied Germany <\/span>according to estimates by the Canadian James Bacque, and <\/span>2 million German Soldiers died in allied captivity while performing slave labor <\/span>(Sri Lanka\u2019s soldiers saved close to 300,000 Tamils with an unknown number of them likely to have been voluntary\/involuntary civilian combatants)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a7<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Mariani also writes that US President General Eisenhower prohibited the German Public from sharing their own meager rations with detained German soldiers. <\/span>Any attempt by German civilians to feed the prisoners was punishable by death <\/span>http:\/\/www.rense.com\/general85\/mill.htm<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a7<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>American historian and jurist Alfred de Zayas, along with other scholars, has established that in the years <\/span>1945 to 1950, more than 14 million Germans were expelled or forced to flee<\/span> from large regions of eastern and central Europe, of whom more than two million were killed or otherwise lost their lives.<\/span><\/p>\n

(NOTHING HAPPENED TO THE 12,000 LTTE CADRES WHO SURRENDED TO THE SRI LANKAN ARMY AT THE END OF THE CONFLICT IN 2009) Whereas of the 90,000 Germans who surrendered at Stalingrad, only 5,000 ever returned to their homeland! The Red Cross pointed out, for example, that the American transfer of German prisoners of war to French and British authorities for forced labor was contrary to International Red Cross statutes.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a7<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>In one British center in England, called the London Cage,\u201d German prisoners were subjected to systematic ill-treatment, including starvation and beatings (Mark Weber) <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a7<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>At the US internment center at Schw\u00e4bisch Hall in southwest Germany, prisoners awaiting trial by American military courts were subjected to severe and systematic torture, including long stretches in solitary confinement, extremes of heat and cold, deprivation of sleep and food, and severe beatings, including kicks to the groin (Mark Weber) modern crimes include water boarding and other cruel tortures which US State Dept is well aware of.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a7<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Victor Gollancz, an English-Jewish writer and publisher, toured the British occupation zone of northern Germany for six weeks in late 1946. He publicized the death and malnutrition he found there, which he said was a consequence of Allied policy. He wrote: <\/span>The plain fact is … we are starving the Germans. And we are starving them, not deliberately in the sense that we definitely want them to die, but willfully, in the sense that we prefer their death to our own inconvenience.\u201d <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

\u00a7<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Bertrand Russell (Nobel laureate) in a letter published in a London newspaper in October 1945, he wrote: In eastern Europe now mass deportations are being carried out by our allies on an unprecedented scale, and an apparently deliberate attempt is being made to <\/i><\/span>exterminate many millions of Germans<\/span><\/i>, not by gas, but <\/span><\/i>by depriving them of their homes and of food, leaving them to die by slow and agonizing starvation.<\/span><\/i> <\/i>This is not done as an act of war, but as a part of a deliberate policy of ‘peace\u2019.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

\u00a7<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Theft of art by Nazi\u2019s is given global attention but not a word is mentioned about the role of the Church or the massive theft of art works and other objects of cultural value by the Allies<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a7<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Robert Jackson, the chief US prosecutor at the Nuremberg Tribunal of 1945-46, privately acknowledged in a letter to President Truman, that the Allies have done or are doing some of the very things we are prosecuting the Germans for. The French are so violating the Geneva Convention in the treatment of [German] prisoners of war that our command is taking back prisoners sent to them [for forced labor in France]. <\/i><\/span>We are prosecuting plunder and our Allies are practicing it. <\/span><\/i>We say aggressive war is a crime and one of our allies asserts sovereignty over the Baltic States based on no title except conquest.\u201d (EVEN THE LTTE CADRE WHO LOST HER EARRING HAD IT RETURNED TO HER BY A SRI LANKAN SOLDIER)<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Arrests have been made of people in their 80s, 90s \u2013 most of them probably due to age may not even be able to recall what they are alleged to have committed. But the arrest goes to show that the hunt for Nazi\u2019s remains alive but questions why internationally banned LTTE terrorists are allowed to go scott free including all those who have been accessories and providing material support from foreign destinations. If Nazi\u2019s can continue to be hunted for their crimes why is the LTTE being treated differently and arrests are being made only after allowing\/watching LTTE to revive and regroup?<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

\u00a7<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>In January 2016 <\/span>a 95 year old man <\/span>was put on trial for being an accessory to murder.<\/span><\/p>\n

Very few persons in Britain or the United States spoke out against the Allied policy in the 1940s\u2026 is it a surprise that they are silent now on LTTE atrocities over the years when their politicians are being wined and dined by the LTTE kitty and none of these governments are investigating the linkss.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sri Lanka faulted in not de-nazifying the LTTE (remove the political ideology & associated entities following the military defeat of the LTTE\u2019s ground force)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Calls have increased since the new Government took office in January 2015 for the release of LTTE cadres. However, a spate of discoveries of arms, ammunition & suicide vests have raised questions of whether LTTE cadres that fled the country have now returned through legal channels that have been opened. Some of the cadres that have been arrested were formerly on the \u2018disappeared\u2019 lists with the former government being accused of \u2018disappearing\u2019 them. The LTTE cadres arrested are key leaders LTTE Ampara Commander Ram, Nagulan of the Charles Anthony Brigade, Thalaiarasan, Praba Subramaniyam Sivakaran who was the ITAK Youth Wing Leader. ITAK is a main constituent party of the TNA demanding a merger of the North & East and denying Sinhalese their right to return to their original homes in the North. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

65 arrests in just March 2016 is no small number and should alarm and alert the Government & the security establishment that cadres that fled the country may have returned following the easing of restrictions across the country with the removal of military bases, closure of camps, reduction of high security areas we have foolishly fallen into traps laid out by our enemies. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In the wake of these arrests it is puzzling why the GOSL should suddenly decide to remove the elite commando security of the former President and replaced with police which automatically brings a threat to his life given that he holds the place of being the world\u2019s only President to defeat a terrorist movement. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In the case of the Allies, they wrote history according to the Victor\u2019s standards because of the well-organized Jewish community. Isnt the same scenario applicable in Sri Lanka\u2019s case \u2013 the LTTE diaspora is cash-rich, well-organized and well-connected too? The former UNHRC heads\u2019 invitation to a LTTE front overseas recently showcases why LTTE\u2019s crimes have never gotten justice nor will ever get due justice. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If a film has never emerged of how Germans have been treated, the explanation can be found in virtually all the senior executives at the major studios being Jews. Writers, pro\u00adducers, and to a lesser degree directors are disproportionately Jewish and the political power they have is nothing no one is not aware of. Joel Stein a writer boldly declared in 2008 As a proud Jew, I want America to know about our accomplishment. Yes, we control Hollywood \u2026 I don\u2019t care if Americans think we\u2019re running the news media, Hollywood, Wall Street or the government. I just care that we get to keep running them.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n

Perhaps its good to compare the comparisons in the counterpart\u2019s influence in Sri Lanka of late as well. <\/span><\/p>\n
